PASTOR OPE MIKE
Mike Oyeyisola Ope was born in the Epetedo area of Lagos Island of Lagos State. He is a young professional with excellent counseling skills.
A dynamic man with a career in finance and management. to contribute meaningfully to society.
He is a provincial accountant in the Redeemed Christian Church of God in Lagos, Lagos State, Nigeria. He is also consulting and auditing different firms and churches.
He attended Abeokuta Grammar School, Abeokuta, Ogun state. He obtained B.Sc in Accounting at Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State. He has added other feathers to his cap by obtaining a certificate in Child and World Foundation, Lagos (1994), Diploma in Theology at RCCG Bible College, Redemption camp (2000), Diploma in Film Editing at PEFTI Institute, Oshodi, Lagos (2005) and certificate in Adult Literacy Care at North London, Kingsland Road, London (2006). He has a B.Sc in Entrepreneurial and Business Management from the National Open University of Nigeria, McCarthy Centre, Lagos. 2020
He has served in various capacities. He was a member of the Youth Consultative Committee on youth development in Lagos Island in 2000 and a member of the Community HIV/AIDS enlightenment committee (2002).
OPE MIKE is primarily known for his Great Gospel Crusades in Nigeria. The son of an Evangelist, Ope Mike surrendered his life to Christ at age Seventeen, and heard the call to the African mission field as a teenager.
The Redeemed Christian Church of God ordained him in year 2000 at Redemption Camp after he attended Bible College at RCBC Ilesha in 1999.
Several churches of RCCG have been pioneered by him, both in Nigeria and abroad. He and his wife, Adelola, pastored the Yoruba Model Parish of RCCG, the First Yoruba Speaking Parish in Apapa Family, Region 20 of RCCG
Some of his protégés are Senior Pastors in The Redeemed Christian Church of God. He is currently the Provincial Evangelist and Provincial coordinator of Politics and Governance under RCCG Lagos Province 48, Region 20 Apapa Family.
He began his missionary life in 1999, following the call of his teenage years to serve in Benin, Togo, and Ghana. In 2002, he also travelled to Cameroun and Congo Brazzaville.
He had a recurring dream in 1987 about the righteous taking over Nigeria's government. He established a Change Centre Ministry to address the nation's political issues.
It was he who became an inspirational visionary who believed the Gospel was power to save, heal, and deliver who plunder hell to populate heaven.
The pastor started by holding meetings in a tent that could accommodate only 80 people, but, as attendance grew larger and larger. In 1996, he commissioned the GOD OF GRACE EVANGELICAL
The group moved from villages to states and some countries. Attendance at his meetings exceeded imaginations, and he began open-air Gospel Campaigns with an initial gathering of over 1,500 people per service! From then on, he conducted city-wide meetings across the nation.
Ope Mike held the first Fire Open air Crusade in Limbe, Cameroon, in 2002. Since then, these events have taken place around the nation, equipping church leaders and workers for evangelism.
He was also the visionary behind the area Boys now JESUS BOYZ evangelism program to every black spot in Lagos Island. It was known as BORN to RULE. As always, he sought every opportunity to reach and save the lost!
As part of our commitment to discipleship, God of Grace continues to link new believers with the local church. Over 3,000 souls have been handed over to able men of God as part of the follow-up program, and there is a great hunger for the Word.
Additionally, he developed the God of Grace Film Ministry - Many inspirational films aimed at evangelizing the church through Holy Spirit power. We make these available free of charge to all interested ministries and churches across Nigeria.
Today, almost 30 years after he founded the ministry, there are team members who exhibit the same call to soul-winning that he was known for and are doing well in The Redeemed Christian Church of God and other ministries around the globe.
Ope Mike's passion for the Gospel endured until the end. He preached it in season and out of season, wherever in the world the door opened to him, but Africa always remained his primary call. He loved to thunder Africa shall be saved! These words still echo wherever the name of Ope Mike is known
Politically Hon. Ope Mike has been a household name that cannot be worked over in Lagos Island and Lagos State. These are some of his political involvements.

• Initiator of Area Boys rejuvenation Club in 6 major black Zones in Lagos Island 2013- Till date
• Apex member in EXCEL Foundation for the establishment of Literary and debating society in 40 public primary schools in Lagos State 2012-Till Date.
• Apex Member of ACT NOW Group under APC for the Presidential and Vice Presidential Campaign in South-West Zone 2014-Till date
• Initiator of Youth Empowerment and development Group called Change Center in Lagos Island.
• Apex member of STEP-UP INITIATIVE FOUNDATION 2015 Till date
• House of Reps Aspirant under APC Lagos Island Constituency 2 in 2019

Pastor Ope Mike is a philanthropist par excellence. In social welfare, he has been a man of the people. In addition, he founded a foundation called the CHANGE CENTRE, also known as IYIPADA OMO ADUGBO MI.
In addition to being a film editor and life coach, Pastor Ope Mike is also the Area Pastor of Covenant Parish of LP48.
His vision is to bring about developmental change to lives and communities by reaching out to different groups through strategic interventions.
Ope Mike, fondly called by all, has developed creative ways and solutions to tackling issues such as drug addiction, urban poverty, and community development.
• OPE REHABS: He took this initiative by establishing OMO ADUGBO MI Foundation. This foundation rehabilitates victims of sexual, drug, and alcohol-dependent persons.
• OPE FEEDS A MEAL PER WEEK: We mobilizes community elders and youth to have breakfast once a week)
• OPE’S EDU: We do our little support for children from impoverished backgrounds to secure a better future through education)
• OPE EMPOWERS: This provides empowerment programs to young men and women through career skills training, business and entrepreneurial development, vocational skills training, counselling, and mentoring.
Ope Mike is married to his beloved wife, Adelola blessed with two children, Isaac and Deborah.
