Greetings kind hearted mummies and daddies, My name is Unekwu Comfort i was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease (CKD) in 2021 ,unfortunately for me I have been living on one kidney from birth, medical report shows that one of my kidneys was ectopic and the other one is bad but i didn’t know on till late 2021 and i have been on drugs since then, presently she needs a transplant which is 15milion Naira to carry out a successful surgery. please your kind support is needed 👏
