Want to witness God's power? Spend time fasting, praying, and reading the Word. I recall a time when I devoured 38 chapters of the Bible daily and spent 8 hours speaking in tongues.
When Omega Fire Ministries first launched, I rallied my pastors as we prayed non-stop for 24 hours...time flew by! There was another instance where I prayed for days on end, losing track of time. My mum would call out, "Johnson!" and I'd respond in tongues, LAKADO'SHANDA", leaving her thinking I'd gone crazy
You can't immerse yourself in prayer without manifesting power. When you're alone with God, you'll emerge with God. Here's what I want young people to know: prayer is the voice that shakes the earth. Without prayer, you'll struggle in life. May God teach us to pray and make us prayer warriors in our generation.
Take E.M Bounds, who prayed until his last breath left a mark on his room walls. Or Charles Finney, who prayed until his heart was transformed. Young people, if you want to leave a lasting impact, prayer is key! It's the Christian's lifeblood, their natural habitat, and most powerful voice.
Make yourself available to burn for God and stay ablaze. I've never seen someone who prioritized prayer and struggled in life. If we want to succeed, we must be a generation that travails in prayer - and wins!
