Christians have been enlightened about the word of God.

This enlightenment was provided by Apostle Anthony Fasipe during a sermon at Pavilion of Faith Global Church GRA Ikeja.

Apostle Fasipe who put scriptures side by side after reading from the Book of Genesis 17:1-14 and Galatians 3:23-25 where God told Abraham to circumcise every member of his family as a covenant between him and God. This according to the bible was the ordinance put in place when Christ was yet to come, but the coming of Christ indicates that we have been bailed out by grace and we are no longer under the law.

The man of God in his preaching used the above scriptures to cleared the air about argument among Christians on whether or not the Laws of Moses are to be highly regarded by Christians today.

He however told the congregation that the laws of Moses are not the determinant of salvation for Christians, saying that, the law was only to usher us to Christ the Messiah who was to come.

According to him, in the book of Galatians 3:23-25, John1:17 Acts 15:1-11, the coming of Christ with grace has reminded us Christians of today that, salvation is by grace through faith and not by ordinances.

Christians have been charged to seek the face of God for their needs, Apostle Anthony Fasipe who gave this charged while preaching at Pavilion of Faith Global Church enjoined Christians to trust in God for their needs and never give up.

Fasipe who is the General Overseer of the Commission encouraged Christians to be patient with God for whatever they request from him.

Reading from the following books, Hebrews 10'36, John 4:4, 2Chronicles 7:14 1Kings 3:1-5 and Romans 3:21-23 the man of God said, those who seek the face of God in faith and spirit are never disappointed for once.

He also narrated the story of Solomon who sought the face of God and God granted him more than what he requested.

The encyclopedia of bible in his prophecy told the congregation that the year 2020 is going to be a year of settlement, greatness, fulfilment, enlargement, and establishment for those who have faith in God.

Also speaking during the sermon, Gen. Mohammed whose message centered on overcoming the devil's tricks advised the congregation to put on the armour of God which is the strong weapons for Christians.
While reading from the book of Ephesians 6:10-12, Mohammed said, putting the armour of God will give Christians the courage to defeat the devil.

According to him, David's defeat on Goliath was a clear manifestation of God's power which Christians all over the world need to emulate.
