LESSON 1.
WHY NEW BEGINNINGS
Text. Exodus 12:2
Introduction.
In the history of creation, God creates opportunities for New Beginnings. God remains unchanged but effects changes that reintegrate that he is the only "Constance"; every other is a variable. Times, seasons, elements, life circumstances are all under his control.
Reasons for New Beginnings.
1. Only God is constant and sovereign (Hebrew 1:10-12; Psalm 102:24_27)
2. Necessity for change of status ( Exodus 12:2; 31-33)
3. To Terminate the Rule of Evil (Genesis 6:1-8; 7:1)
4. To Exchange Weakness for Strength (Job 19:26)
5. To Unveil a New Phase of God's Blessings (Genesis 12:1-3; Rev 21:1-7)
6. For Correction (1 cor 5:17)
7. For Restoration (Joel 2:25-26)
8. For Revival and Rebuilding (Isaiah 61:1-4)
May the Lord look upon us with mercy and attend to our needs for a new beginning as you present those areas before Him in this season. Amen
