...And who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this? (Esther 4:14).

Throughout history, there have been moments when God moved in extraordinary ways to accomplish His purpose. In such times, the crucial question isn't merely what God is doing, but whether those He has positioned for that moment recognise their role in it. When the Jewish people faced annihilation in Esther's day, God had already positioned Esther in the palace.

What appeared to be a personal elevation was, in reality, part of a larger divine purpose. Esther understood that her position, influence and opportunity carried a significance greater than herself. Don’t go through life unaware of the opportunities God has placed before you. Never see the events of your life as ordinary and your assignments as routine.

God often works through seemingly ordinary situations to accomplish extraordinary things. The difference lies in recognising your place in His unfolding purpose. This is why spiritual discernment is so important. You must learn to recognise the significance of the opportunities, responsibilities and assignments God entrusts to you. The Lord didn’t place you where you are by accident. Recognise the value of your contribution to His Kingdom and respond with faith and diligence. Know your place in time and participate effectively in what God is doing through His Church in these last days.

I walk in spiritual discernment and recognise the opportunities, responsibilities and assignments God has given me to fulfil my role faithfully and effectively in the ministry of the Gospel. The Gospel is advancing through me, and the Name of Jesus is known and magnified in all the earth. Amen.

THINK BEYOND THIS WORLD

WEDNESDAY 7TH, OCTOBER 2026

While we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal (2 Corinthians 4:18).

One of the most important lessons in the Christian life is learning to see beyond the present world and its temporary concerns. Many of the decisions people make are based entirely on what benefits them now, what feels convenient today, or what appears advantageous in the moment. But God's perspective is different. He evaluates everything in the light of eternity.

This is one reason God's instructions often seem unusual to the natural mind. He sees what lies beyond the present. He knows the eternal significance of our choices and understands the glory that awaits those who walk in His will. While human reasoning is often preoccupied with immediate outcomes, God's wisdom is focused on realities that endure forever.

His Kingdom that we’re a part of, is a spiritual and everlasting Kingdom. He’s given us an inheritance that is incorruptible, undefiled, and unfading. This means your life is connected to something far greater than the fleeting systems, structures and pursuits of this world. You're called to live and see from an eternal perspective.

When you understand this, your priorities become clearer. You recognise the value of serving the Lord, advancing the Gospel, and investing your time, resources, and energies in things that produce eternal fruits. You realise that the greatest opportunities in life are not necessarily those that bring the most immediate rewards but those that align with God's purpose and contribute to His eternal plan.

Refuse to evaluate your life merely by earthly gains, temporary comforts, or momentary advantages. The world and its systems will pass away, but God's Kingdom is forever. Therefore, think beyond this world. Remember, the Lord is coming soon. So, let eternity shape your priorities, your decisions and your pursuits. When you do, you'll live with purpose and the confidence that your labour in the Lord is never in vain.

PRAYER
Righteous Father, I thank you for giving me an eternal inheritance in Christ and teaching me to see life from your divine perspective. I walk in wisdom and make decisions that align with your purpose and your eternal Kingdom. My heart is set on you to fulfil your divine purpose and establish your righteousness in the earth, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

IT'S ALWAYS IN YOUR INTEREST

TUESDAY 6TH, OCTOBER 2026

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son... (John 3:16).

One of the greatest truths to understand in your walk with God is that He never asks anything of you for His benefit. Whenever He instructs, guides, corrects or directs you, it's always in your interest. Everything He does is motivated by His love for you and His desire to bring you into the fullness of His greater blessings and purpose for your life.

Consider what He did through Jesus Christ. He gave His Son for us. Jesus laid down His life, bore our sins, and rose triumphantly from the dead to bring us into fellowship with the Father. Yet His love didn't stop there. Having been exalted to the place of supreme authority and glory, He chose to share that inheritance with us. The Bible says we're "...heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ..." (Romans 8:17).

Think about it: The One who possesses all things didn't simply bless us from His abundance; He brought us into joint ownership. This helps us understand God's dealings with us. Never view or relate with His instructions through the lens of loss or sacrifice. Rather, see them as expressions of His love and wisdom.

Trust His Word and the guidance of the Holy Spirit in your life, knowing that He has your highest good at heart. He loves you more than you love yourself. He’s more passionate about your success than you could ever be. The God who gave His Son for you and made you a jointheir with Christ will never lead you into anything that isn't ultimately in your best interest.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for your immeasurable love and goodness toward me. I trust your wisdom and your guidance, knowing that every instruction you give is motivated by your love and designed for my benefit. My heart is yielded to you, and I walk confidently in your perfect will, with full assurance that your plans for me are excellent and designed for my blessing, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

HE KNOWS MORE THAN YOU DO

MONDAY 5TH, OCTOBER 2026

..and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this? (Esther 4:14).

There’re moments in life when God calls you to act, give, speak, serve, or take a stand, and you may not fully understand the significance of what He's asking of you. At such times, it's important to remember a simple truth: He knows more than you do.

Consider the woman who broke her alabaster box of precious ointment and poured it on the Lord Jesus (Matthew 26:7). The disciples condemned her act as wasteful. They thought the ointment should have been sold and the money given to the poor; they were upset (Matthew 26:8-9).

But the Lord saw what they couldn't see and said, “… Why trouble ye the woman? for she hath wrought a good work upon me…For in that she hath poured this ointment on my body, she did it for my burial” (Matthew 26:10-12). Then the Lord made a most remarkable statement in verse 13 that wherever the Gospel would be preached throughout the world, her act would be remembered.

The woman didn't fully understand the eternal significance of what she had done, but the Lord did. The same truth is seen in the story of Esther. As queen, she had a position of influence, but when her people faced destruction, Mordecai challenged her to recognise the significance of her place and time, saying, “…who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?” (Esther 4:14).

What seemed like a personal decision for Esther carried consequences for an entire nation. God had positioned her for a purpose greater than she could see. Many times, the Lord's instructions are connected to realities beyond our present understanding. He sees the future.

He knows the impact of your obedience. He understands the eternal value of the choices He places before you. That's why you can trust Him completely. When He directs you, He's not trying to take something from you; He's leading you into His greater purpose for your life and into blessings whose full significance may not yet be apparent.

Therefore, trust His wisdom above your own reasoning. When He calls, respond. When He directs, obey. When He opens a door for service, sacrifice, or commitment, embrace it with joy. He sees what you cannot see, and He knows more than you do.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for your wisdom, love and guidance in my life. I trust your plans and purposes for me, knowing that you see beyond the present and understand the eternal significance of every step of my obedience. My heart is yielded to your leading, and I walk confidently in the path you have ordained for me, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

WE'VE GOT SOMETHING BETTER

But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint (Isaiah 40:31).

When you read about the men and women of faith in the Old Testament, it's impossible not to be inspired by their extraordinary feats of faith and experiences with God. Take Caleb, for example. He declared at eighty five years of age, "As yet I am as strong this day as I was in the day that Moses sent me..." (Joshua 14:11).

Moses was one hundred and twenty years old when he departed this world, yet the Bible says, "…his eye was not dim, nor his natural force abated" (Deuteronomy 34:7). These were remarkable manifestations of God's power under the Old Covenant. But as wonderful as those accounts are, we have something better. We have the Holy Spirit living in us.

We have eternal life at work in us. We have the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus operating in every fibre of our being. This is the consciousness with which you're to live. Refuse to evaluate yourself on the basis of natural circumstances, age or human limitations. The same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead lives in you (Romans 8:11). He rejuvenates and vitalises your body.

Don't adopt or accept the world's opinion and expectation that as you grow in years, there’s sure to be a decline in your strength, health and vigour. No! In Christ, we have agelessness. You’re forever in health, in shape and in vitality because you have the life and nature of God.

Eternal life is at work in every fibre of your being. The law of the Spirit of life is working in your bones, your tendons, your ligaments, and every cell and organ of your body. Affirm these truths about your life and walk in the consciousness of the divine life in you. Your strength is continually renewed by the Holy Spirit in you, enabling you to run and not be weary, to walk and not faint. That's your present-hour reality in Christ.

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for the life of Christ that is at work in me. BORNE ON EAGLES' WINGS

SATURDAY 3RD, OCTOBER 2026

As an eagle stirreth up her nest, fluttereth over her young, spreadeth abroad her wings, taketh them, beareth them on her wings (Deuteronomy 32:11).

This is a most beautiful description of God's dealings with His people. The Lord likens Himself to an eagle caring for its young. The eagle doesn't merely watch from a distance; it actively trains, guides, protects, and carries its young until they become strong enough to soar.

The eagle stirs up its nest, fluttering over its young and spreading its wings beneath them. This illustrates how God works in our lives. He doesn't leave us to struggle alone or figure things out by ourselves. He guides us through His Word, strengthens us by His Spirit, and leads us in the path of His perfect will. Even when circumstances seem challenging, He's at work, preparing you for greater heights and greater victories.

When the children of Israel came out of Egypt, the Lord reminded them, "Ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I bare you on eagles' wings..." (Exodus 19:4). He wanted them to recognise that their preservation, progress and success were not the result of human wisdom or strength. He carried them. He sustained them. He was their way in the wilderness. The same is true in your life today. You're not to depend solely on your own ability, intelligence or resources. The Lord is your strength. He’s your wisdom. He’s your sufficiency. He upholds you, directs your steps, and causes you to triumph. He knows every challenge you'll ever face, and He's already made you a victor. T

herefore, refuse to be overwhelmed by the pressures or uncertainties of life. He’s your ever-present help in times of need; He bears you up. He’s able to keep you, strengthen you, and bring you into the fulfilment of His purpose for your life. Maintain this consciousness every day.

The Lord is actively involved in your success. He's guiding you by His Spirit to rise above limitations, obstacles, and adversities. Like the eagle that soars high above the storm, you're called to live above the circumstances of this world, sustained by the power and grace of God. Hallelujah!

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for your unfailing love, guidance and strength in my life. I trust completely in your ability to lead, sustain and uphold me. I walk in confidence, knowing that you direct my steps and cause me to rise above every limitation and challenge. Your wisdom and power are at work in me today, in Jesus' Name. Amen.

HE BROUGHT US UNTO HIMSELF

FRIDAY 2ND, OCTOBER 2026

Ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I bare you on eagles' wings, and brought you unto myself (Exodus 19:4).

When God delivered the children of Israel from Egypt, His purpose was greater than rescuing them from oppression. Deliverance was only the beginning. His ultimate desire was revealed in His words as read in our opening scripture: He bore them on eagles' wings, and brought them unto Himself. He didn't merely bring them out of Egypt.

This reveals the heart of God. His goal has always been fellowship, relationship with man. He wanted a people who would belong to Him, walk with Him and live in the consciousness of His love and purpose. That's why He went on to say in the ensuing verses: "…then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine: And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation...” (Exodus 19:5-6). They were chosen, separated, and set apart for Him.

What God foreshadowed in Israel has found its greater fulfilment in Christ and the Church! Through the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, you've been brought into an inseparable union with God. You're not separated from Him, trying to find your way into His presence. You've been joined unto the Lord and made one spirit with Him: “But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit” (1 Corinthians 6:17).

The Apostle Peter echoed the same words God spoke to Moses when he declared that you're "...a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people..." (1 Peter 2:9). To Israel, it was preconditioned on their obedience to the Law, but for us, it’s a promise fulfilled, our inheritance in Christ. We’re His peculiar treasure, inseparably one with Him.

You're not an ordinary person struggling through life alone. You’re in Him, and He’s in you. He brought you out of darkness into His marvellous light, into a life of glory, excellence and divine purpose. You're borne by His power, guided by His wisdom and established in His blessings. Walk in the confidence, dignity and purpose of one who belongs to Christ, the King, and has been set apart for His glory. Hallelujah!

PRAYER
Dear Father, thank you for bringing me into an inseparable union with you. I rejoice in the knowledge that I am your peculiar treasure, holy and sanctified. I walk in the consciousness of my oneness with you, and I fulfil your purpose for my life with boldness and joy, in Jesus' Name. Amen.
