Topic: Be Steadfast And Unmovable.

This passage is centered on the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Apostle Paul build a statement that said because Christ is risen our faith is not in vain. It is a call to stability in a shaking world. Many believers are easily moved because of hardship and unanswered prayers but God still remains God. God in time like this is still calling his church to higher level ( to be steadfast and unmovable).
To be steadfast means to be firm in believe constant in commitment not giving up under pressure. God is not interested in a unstable man, in a double minded man. We as believers we are rooted in Christ. Many believers are like potted plant easily moved from one place to another because of anxiety, fear and doubt because we are not rooted in the word of God. God wants us to be rooted in His word and continue in faith. Let's apply faith in all areas of our life. We must stand firm in truth. Jesus is the author of life so as believers we should hold on to Him.
Reasons why we should be steadfast and unmovable in Christ
1.Because trials will definitely come:faith that cannot be tested cannot be trusted
2.Many are falling away: we should be rooted in Christ Jesus
3.Because of our labour is not in vain: every sacrifice,
Prayers God sees it and he will reward it.
How can we be steadfast and unmovable
1.Staying rooted in the Word of God: The Word of God will stabilize your faith.
2.Maintain a consistent prayer life: Job was connected throughout his ordeal. Through the bible passage we are ought to pray in other not to lose heart.

3.fellowship with believers: don't be too tired. Fellowship with believers in other to attain divine favour from Christ.
4. Fix your eyes on Christ. Brethren do not lose focus on Christ and do not focus on the storms of life. Look unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith. do not give up, keep on praying. Our reward is not in humans but in Christ Jesus. We should keep on believing. In our situation Jesus will make a difference. The wind of vices may be blowing but our faith should be rooted and firm in Christ.
AFFIRMATION: I will be steadfast, I will be unmovable, I will remain faithful to the end.
