Happy Birthday Sir, Akaazua Elijah, Former Supervisor/ Current Secretary, Council of Elders, NKST Lagos Mainland.

We cannot keep quiet about a man of your standard with rare leadership skills. Your developmental strides in the Sunday School over the years have built a solid foundation for the Sunday School Mainland to leverage.

You have demonstrated leadership competence and exceptional wisdom like King Solomon.

Even though your birthday was yesterday, we cannot keep quiet. As Secretary of the Council of Elders, you have demonstrated competence and your information flows like water in the church.

Congratulations sir

CELEBRATING A TRUE SOLDIER OF CHRIST - REV. EPHRAIM IVASEH

We thank God for the life of our Assistant Pastor, NKST Lagos Mainland, Rev. Ephraim Ivaseh.

Rev. Ivaseh is not just a Pastor, he is also a Sergeant and a Chaplain in the Nigerian Army. A man who has been to the battlefield, who has served in Borno, in the heart of Sambisa Forest, who has fought so many battles for this nation. Yet despite his rank and military background, he is one of the simplest and most humble men you will ever meet.

He never uses his military power in the church. He is not arrogant. He is soft-spoken, approachable, dedicated, and so passionate about the work of God. As the Chaplain of the Boys' Brigade, NKST Fellowship, Lagos Classis, he has served faithfully and he is still serving. He has a special gift for advising children and youths, always ready to counsel, to teach and to guide.

Yesterday during our Holy Communion service, you could see the joy of the Lord upon him as he danced freely before God. That is the kind of man he is - a man who loves God genuinely.

We are celebrating him today not because it is his birthday, but because of his selfless service to God and to humanity. He is fighting two battles at the same time - physically as a soldier defending Nigeria, and spiritually as a soldier of Christ winning souls for the Kingdom.

As Sunday School members, we have a lot to learn from him. His dedication, his humility, his discipline and his love for God are worthy of emulation. May our youths grow in wisdom and in service like him.

Our Prayer:
We pray that the Almighty God will continue to keep and protect you, Sir. May God cover you in the battlefield and on the pulpit. May He bless your family, increase your anointing, and give you more grace to serve Him. You will not fall, you will not fail. The Lord will crown all your labour with success in Jesus name. Amen.

We love and celebrate you Sir!

A STANDING OVATION TO GOD'S DRAMA, MELODY AND TRUMPET VOICE

Celebrating MR. AMENGER BENSEN On His Birthday

On behalf of the Supervisor and the entire NKST Lagos Mainland Sunday School family, we celebrate and give thanks to God for the life of Mr. Amenger Bensen. You are an expert in Bible Drama, and God has graced you with the rare ability to bring Scripture to life on stage. Through your ministry, the Word becomes clear, inspiring, and deeply touching to both children and adults, drawing many hearts closer to Jesus.

God did not stop there. He has also anointed your hands with music and your lips with sound. We appreciate your faithful service with the unique iron instrument played with a stick (Ichembe Kwem), whose bright sound adds joy and order to our worship. We also honor you for the royal sound of the kakaki you blow. Just as in Bible days, your trumpet announces that God is at work, gathering us to worship and declaring victory and celebration in the house of the Lord.

Beyond your talents, what stands out most is your heart. Your commitment, dedication, and pursuit of excellence are seen in all you do. Whether rain or shine, you are always present. You pour into the children with love, correct with Scripture, encourage with wisdom, and build people for God’s kingdom. You refuse to give God anything less than your best, whether in drama, music, or service.

Mr. Amenger, you are living proof that one man yielded to God can influence an entire generation. The lives you have touched will speak of you for years to come. On this day of your birth, we pray that the Lord renews your strength like the eagle’s, anoints you afresh for greater drama exploits, sweeter melodies, and louder sounds of victory. May your home be filled with peace, your health be strong, and may every seed of sacrifice you have sown in NKST Lagos Mainland return to you in hundredfold blessings.

Thank you for being a father, a teacher, a director, a musician, and a worshipper all in one. We love you, we honor you, and we celebrate you today.
Happy Birthday, Mr. Amenger Bensen! May your new age be greater in grace, greater in impact, and greater in the manifestation of God’s glory.
With love and appreciation, The Supervisor and the Entire NKST Lagos Mainland Sunday School Family.
