A MAN WHO GIVES HIS LIFE TO CHRIST IS A NEW CREATURE

2 Corinthians 5:17
"Therefore IF ANY MAN BE IN CHRIST, HE IS A NEW CREATURE: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become NEW."

When you were born again, a new life was introduced into your spirit, and that's the life of God. The human life with which you were born of your earthly parents ceased to be; that earthly nature is completely supplanted by the life and nature of God! This special divine operation is carried out by God's Spirit.

This new type of man was created when Jesus arose from the dead. 1Corint. 15:45 says, "... The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit." Our Lord Jesus is the one that's refered to as the "second Adam" in this verse, and He's a life giving Spirit. He came to give us that glorious divine life; and to make us sons of God: 1 John 3:2 says, “Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is”.

A christian is a divine being; and you can't truly live a glorious christian life from the canal or earth realm. You have to be led by the spirit and live by faith. The old nature before we got born again and all the negativities that goes with it are passed away. We are a brand new creature in Christ; Fresh from heaven; a kind of creature that never existed before. No wonder the bible says "we'll change in just the twinkling of an eye at last trump. We are spirit beings. We'll instantly be transformed into Heavenly beings that we truly are. Glory to God!

🗣️ “O Lord God, I believe in Jesus Christ, Son of the living God. Jesus came to die for my sins and God raised Him up for my justification. GOD'S AMAZING GRACE

Our Gracious God made the process of salvation so simple that everyone can obtain it. If you choose to believe in Jesus Christ, God will be your Father and you will become His beloved child and be part of His heavenly and everlasting kingdom. The sacrifice of Jesus was the only way for God to bring us back to Him, because our sin separated us.

But Jesus was willing to take our sin, to serve our sentence and He died for that on the cross. Everyone that chooses to believe in Him are thereby justified, saved and become true children of God. God then sees you through Jesus and you are without any sin or guilt from His point of view. It is a free gift from God to each of us. This is the amazing grace; the innocent One was sacrificed to justify the guilty ones.

“But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name.” (John 1, 12)

Turning away from God and rejecting the Lordship of Jesus has consequence. It has to be told that God is a beloved Father for all those who receive Jesus as the Saviour, but it also has to be told that the one that turns away from Him, will one day meet Him as the Judge. At that point there will be no second chance, no possibility for repenting. The Gospels in the Bible speaks about two alternative outcomes after death; God’s amazing kingdom or a place of hopelessness and suffering(Hell).

The time you spend on this earth is not even the blink of an eye compared to eternity, yet what you choose to believe in this life determines your everlasting destiny. It is your choice that determines where you will spend eternity. This is the most important decision you will ever have to make, so please consider it carefully.
