The supplication is reported from ʿAbdullāh ibn Ghannām al-Bayāḍī (رضي الله عنه), who narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said:
اللَّهُمَّ مَا أَصْبَحَ بِي مِنْ نِعْمَةٍ، أَوْ بِأَحَدٍ مِنْ خَلْقِكَ، فَمِنْكَ وَحْدَكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ، فَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ وَلَكَ الشُّكْرُ، فَقَدْ أَدَّى شُكْرَ يَوْمِهِ، وَمَنْ قَالَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ حِينَ يُمْسِي، فَقَدْ أَدَّى شُكْرَ لَيْلَتِهِ.
English translation
“O Allah, whatever blessing has come to me this morning, or to any of Your creation, is from You alone, without partner. To You belongs all praise and to You belongs all thanks. He who says this in the morning has fulfilled the gratitude due for his day; and he who says the like of it in the evening has fulfilled the gratitude due for his night.”

It is narrated in Sunan Abī Dāwūd, no. 5073, in the chapter “What one says when he wakes up.” It is also reported by al-Nasāʾī in al-Sunan al-Kubrā (9835) and al-Bayhaqī in Shuʿab al-Īmān (4368)
