We all face trials.
There may have been times when you have felt like the storms in your life will overpower you but I promise that the saviour can bring peace and calm even in your darkest moment. You just have to believe and put your trust in Him.

In the premortal life we agreed to come to earth and face whatever would be thrown at us.
Remember that choice and keep going no matter what.

We invite you to look for others who are struggling and help them.

Following Jesus Christ means that we can still find peace and joy even in hard times. I love this scripture:

"And moreover, I would desire that ye should consider on the blessed and happy state of those that keep the commandments of God. For behold, they are blessed in all things, both temporal and spiritual; and if they hold out faithful to the end they are received into heaven, that thereby they may dwell with God in a state of never-ending happiness. O remember, remember that these things are true; for the Lord God hath spoken it."

What brings you joy in sad times?

We all stumble on our journey back to God but He has prepared a way for us to keep going. That is the Gift of Repentance.

"But as oft as they repented and sought forgiveness, with real intent, they were forgiven."
Moroni 6:8

Recognise that everyone stumbles and practice more forgiveness this week.
