✝️ The Reasons for the Second Coming of Jesus Christ
The Bible clearly teaches that Jesus will come again—and His second coming has powerful purposes. Here are the key reasons:
1. To Take Believers to Himself (The Rapture)
👉 John 14:3
“I will come again, and receive you unto myself…”
👉 1 Thessalonians 4:16–17
“…the dead in Christ shall rise… then we which are alive… shall be caught up… to meet the Lord…”
Meaning:
Jesus is coming to gather His people
Believers will be united with Him forever
This is the fulfillment of our living hope
2. To Judge the World in Righteousness

“He hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness…”

Meaning:
Jesus will bring justice
Every person will give account

Believers will receive:
Crowns

Meaning:
Jesus will reign as King
His kingdom will be:
Righteous
Peaceful
Everlasting
