Vocational Sunday was beautifully celebrated at St Athanasius Catholic Church, Kekere. as the children joyfully displayed different vocations during the Mass. The celebration reminded everyone that God calls each person to serve Him in different ways and that every vocation is important in building the Church and society.
The children dressed beautifully to represent various vocations in the Church and family life. Priests and Bishops, symbolizing spiritual leadership and service to God’s people. Religious sisters and monks, showing lives dedicated to prayer, sacrifice, and service to humanity. Another represented family life, reminding the congregation that marriage and parenting are also sacred vocations blessed by God.
As the children processed into the church with confidence and joy, the congregation watched with admiration and excitement. Their presentations inspired many parents and young people to reflect on God’s calling in their own lives. The parish priest encouraged everyone to support and pray for vocations, especially for young people who may be called to serve God in the priesthood and religious life.
