DON’T EXAGGERATE YOUR PROBLEM
1 John 5:4-5
4 for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith. 5 Who is it that overcomes the world? Only he who believes that Jesus is the Son of God.
NIV
To exaggerate is to stretch the truth by making something seem much larger, more extreme, or more important than it actually is. It involves overstating the facts, whether to make a story more dramatic, emphasize a point, increase fear and anxiety, provoke more empathy from others or for comedic effect.
Many people exaggerate their problems and blow them out of proportion, thereby creating fear and panic. It is important that you keep your thoughts clear when a challenge surfaces in your relationship, work, business and life. Do not panic. Do not allow fear to come into you. Do not exaggerate the situation. Pray it down and pray it up to God. See every challenge and problem through the eyes of a son of God who has been equipped by God to overcome any and every challenge that comes his way. See the problem through the eyes of God. See the problem from your position of authority in Jesus Christ. You are born an overcomer in Jesus Christ. Always tell yourself, that, “There is no problem that will come to me that I cannot win over through the life of Jesus that I have”.
The life of Jesus that you have is from above and it is higher than the normal human life. It is a life that sets man above all the problems and challenges of life. So, never panic when faced with a challenge for you are well equipped to overcome it.
John 3:31
31. "The one who comes from above is above all; the one who is from the earth belongs to the earth, and speaks as one from the earth. The one who comes from heaven is above all.
NIV
Revelation 5:10
10. And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.
KJV
Exaggerating problems create fear and panic. It makes the brain to malfunction. It takes a faith filled heart and a relaxed and calm mind to think creatively on how to resolve an issue and solve a problem. Don’t change the facts of the issue. Keep it straight and accurate. Analyse with a clear, sincere and positive mind. Analyse bearing in mind that you are born in Jesus Christ a winner and an overcomer of challenges.
I pray for you that you will always see challenges and confrontations through the eyes of God and face them as a son of God with authority and power to win over them in Jesus name. May the peace of God keep your heart always in Jesus name.
