INTRODUCTION
Spiritual maturity is consciously leaving the longings for continuous"milk and baby steps" and growing to be like Christ alone. Every believer is expected to grow up to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ (Eph. 4:13).

OUTLINE -2:
SIGNS OF SPIRITUAL IMMATURITY

The following are some of the signs that a believer in Christ is not growing in the faith as expected by God:

1. Selfishness - Like babies, such a believer cares about him/herself alone (2Tim. 3:2; Philip 2:21).

2. Gifted but lacking the corresponding fruit of the spirit (1Cor. 12:7).

3. Quick to speak, slow to hear (Prov. 12:18; Jam. 1:19).

4. Given to complaining and murmuring at all times (1Cor. 10:10).

5. Quick at judging others and justify him/herself (Jn. 8:7; Matt. 7:1).

6. Inability to endure sound doctrines (2Tim. 4:3): loves to be pampered and listens to only what is soothing.

7. Controlled by sights/emotions/feelings (2Cor. 4:18).

8. Engaging in envy, strife, heated arguments, and disagreements (James 3:14-16).

9. Gets upset over petty things (Prov. 19:11).

10. Flowing with the world (1Jn. 2:15-17).

OUTLINE -2:
JOURNEY TO SPIRITUAL MATURITY
The journey to Spiritual maturity begins with a deliberate walk with the holy spirit (Romans 8:4, 14). It is about feeding intensely on the word of God (Acts 17:11; 2Tim. 2:15), and doing what the word says (James 1:25). Also, there must be visible manifestations of the fruit of the spirit (Gal. 5:22-24). Spiritual maturity also entails forgiving and growing to forget (Col. 3:13); taking the corrections and heeding instructions (Prov. 1:8; 4:13); managing our emotions and living beyond our feelings (Prov. 16:32); having integrity and not going with the 'current' of the world (Job 27:5; Prov. 20:7); doing away with strife (Prov. 20:3); being humble (Prov. 22:4; James 4:6); putting on the rightousness of Christ to produce pure fruit always (Eph. 4:24).

CONCLUSION
Although Spiritual maturity is a journey, we must never remain on the same level; we must make noticeable progress in our christian walk.

THE WIND OF REVIVAL IS BLOWING

INTRODUCTION
For there to be revival in the church of God, the church must become very prayerful. It is only prayer that can bring about the expected revival that will make the church stand out in Jesus name.

LET US PRAY
1. Father, we thank you for the past revivals we have enjoyed in our generation in Jesus name.
2. Father send down the fire of revival in your church again, like the days of old, in Jesus name. Hab. 3:2
3. Father, awake your church from deep slumber in Jesus name. Eph.5:14. Isa. 51:9
4. Father let there be fresh fire, fresh anointing, fresh unction upon your church, in Jesus name. Acts. 1:8, 2:1-4.
5. Father give new strength, new live, new energy to your church at this end time, in Jesus name. Ps. 84:7, Isa. 40:31
6. Holy Spirit, send down your fire to our revival programs, in Jesus name. Acts 2:1-4.

Productivity(fruitfulness) is one of the mandate God gave to His children. it is not negotiable; it is a command. and if you are a true child of God all you need to do in order to be productive is to abide in the Lord who gave the command,

1. Father, I thank you for all your mercies I have enjoyed over the labour of my hands in Jesus name.
2. Father, please deliver me and my family from the spirit of unproductivity in the name of Jesus Deut. 1:40-46.

INTRODUCTION
Depression is a state of being downcast or in deep sorrow. Sometimes it leads to su***de. Believers have the grace of His word that cheers us up whenever depression is about to set in. That is why we must not stop meditating on His word.

LET US PRAY
1. Father, thank you for your promises to terminate every spirit of depression in Jesus name. Isa.41:10
2. Father, thank you for making me righteous and hearing my cry and saving me from every trouble in Jesus name Ps. 34:17.
3. Father, thank you for saving me from the spirit of depression you did not allow me to die in it you heard my cry and came for my rescue in Jesus name Ps. 4:1-3.
4. Father, please remove from us the spirit of depression in Jesus name Ps. 42:11,

*INTRODUCTION*
Alternative spirituality is a loosely defined term generally used to describe spiritual practices that do not conform to true Christianity. It is largely characterised by some spiritual practices and rituals that are often chosen by the participants to fit their individual needs. In this lesson, we shall attempt to highlight some of them and scripturally view with our perspectives should be as believers.

*LESSON AIM:*
To teach the students about other forms of spirituality prevalent in the world and the scriptural stand on them.

*TEACHING OBJECTIVES:*
At the end of this lesson, students should be able to:
a. Explain what it means to engage in alternative spirituality.
b. Distinguish between biblically acceptable and unacceptable spirituality.
c. Name some of the alternative spirituality.

*TEACHING PLAN:*
To achieve the above-stated objectives, the teacher should:
a. Allow the students to recite the memory verse, read the Bible passage, contribute to the discussion, do class activities and assignment.
b. Allow the Assistant Teacher to see to the well-being of the class, mark attendance and assignment.

*_OUTLINE -1: ALTERNATIVE SPIRITUALITY PRACTICES_*

The teacher should explain some of the alternative power people seek after today:

A. Astrology and the Zodiac is the "interpretation" of an assumed influence the starry hosts (and planets) exert on human destiny (Isa. 47:13; Dan. 2:27). According to astrology, the sign you were born under , like Aquarius, pisces, etc impacts your destiny.
B. Crystal sphere is the the belief that a precious stone has an inherent power that can be used to man benefit like attracting wealth, rekindling romance, and warding off evil spirits or bad energy this bringing good luck.
C. Necromancy is the conjuring of the spirit of the dead to magically reveal the future or influence the course of events. In the Bible, necromancy is also called "divination", "sorcery" and "spiritism" (Exo. 7:11; 2Kgs. 17:17).
D. Others includes practices like:
i. Palm reading, spiritual bathing, etc
ii. Playing some seemingly harmless games designed to initiate people into divination
iii. Visiting websites that promise to guide and reveal destiny to unsuspecting victims
iv. Perfumes and cosmetics capable of bring good luck of warding off bad luck, visiting false prophets
v. Using charms, amulets, or talismans, etc. (Lev. 19:26).

*CLASS ACTIVITY 1*
Students should mention other ungodly spiritual practices prevalent in their community

*_OUTLINE -2: SCRIPTURAL PERSPECTIVES_*

A. Astrology, Crystal sphere as well as necromancy are forms of divination expressly detestable and forbidden in Scripture (Deut. 18:10-14).
i. Stars, along with the sun and moon, were given for "signs" and "seasons" (Gen. 1:14).
ii. To "worship the starry hosts" is a clear violation of God's law (Deut. 4:19).
iii. The royal astrologers of the Babylonian court were put to shame by God's prophet, Daniel (Dan. 1:20; 2:27).

B. Our wisdom comes from the God, not the dead (James 1:5).
i. Those who are dead, either go to heaven to rest or to hell for condemnation. Anything outside this is the conjuring of demonic spirit.
ii. Anything that seeks to manipulate the spirit world can be categorized as witchcraft. Witchcraft is namely along with idolatry as ungodly behavior (Gal. 5:19-21).

C. All the aforementioned practices involve demonic manipulations
i. They open the one who practices them to demonic attacks.
ii. It is worshipping created things rather than the creator (Rom. 1:25). The word of God is and must remain our guide through life (Ps. 119:105).

Students should share any alternative spirituality they engaged previously and its implication on their lives

*CONCLUSION*
Every spirituality outside the will of Christ is false and demonic. It should not be embraced by true Christians.

INTRODUCTION
To launch out means to make a start on a new and challenging enterprise. It means to venture into a business, career, academics, ministry, etc. It also connotes taking new risks to create something as an entrepreneur that would meet the need of people. The Earth was "formless and void" and out of that emptiness, God created the world. As believers, we have the characteristics of God-the Creator- in us. When we create; launch new businesses, write new books, compose new songs, build new things, create new art, etc. We are not doing something "secular" rather, we are imitating the work of God - the first Creator.

OUTLINE -1: THE MINDSET NEEDED

Teachers should ask for the views of the students on the needed mindset to launch out and later guide them with their under-listed.
Before launching out into any business we need to have the mindset:

i. To primarily solve a problem or a set of problems (Genesis 41:56; Romans 8:19). So, seek God for direction and wisdom (Isaiah 30:21).

ii. That a business is a professional like other professions like banking, law, engineering, medicine, architecture, etc. Therefore, it must be handled professionally (Proverbs 22:29).

iii. That a business is different from a hustle. Hustle is what you do to survive but business is what you continuously do to solve other people's problem by creating value that people will be happy to pay for (Psalm 107:23).

iv. That business is for the long-term and should glorify God (1 Corinthians 10:31).

v. That integrity, diligence, and creativity are necessary for any business to grow. (Proverbs 11:1; 12:24; Exodus 31:2-5).

CLASS ACTIVITY 1:
The class should identify area they would like to launch out.

OUTLINE -2: STEPS TO BE TAKEN

Teachers should ask the students how they can launch out before guiding them with the following:

i. Start your business with a vision to provide a solution to a challenge that you see around you. You may be the one going through the challenge and it may be someone else or a group of individuals (Habakkuk 2:1-2; Genesis 41:32-36).

ii. Commence your business where you are and with what you have (Genesis 26:12; Exodus 4:2). Think very big, plan ahead but start small (Luke 14:28).

iii. Start your business as a brand with special unique attributes (Acts 4:13). You must incorporate your business as a corporate entity by registering with the appropriate regulatory body.

iv. Begin your business with an unfair advantage or a unique selling point. (Genesis 30:40-43).

v. Start your business with functional strategy, system and structures (Isaiah 28:10).

vi. Equip yourself to do business as a professional (Hosea 4:6).

vii. You must engage a mentor or a coach to guide you to launch out well (2Timothy 2:2).

CLASS ACTIVITY 2
Students should mention the steps they are taking to launch out.

CONCLUSION:
God expects His children to launch out to do business and prosper in accordance with His words. Therefore, your business can only flourish if you begin with God and apply kingdom principles combined with strong business processes.

Father, we bless Your Name. Before the world, before the heavens were created, You are God. You are the One who spoke and said, “Let there be light”, and there was light. You are the One who parted the Red Sea. You are the One who pulled down the wall of Jericho. You are the One who made bitter water sweet. You are from everlasting to everlasting.

Before the mountains were brought forth, You are God. When You speak, it is done. When You open, nobody can shut. When You shut, nobody can open. When You say 'Yes', nobody can say ‘No’. Oh, Father! You are glorious in holiness, fearful in praises. Wonderful, Counsellor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Glory be to Your Holy Name. Father, glory be to Your Holy Name.

It is by Your mercy that we are not consumed. Left to the enemies, we won't be here today. It is not everybody who is in prison today who has committed an offence. But You kept us alive. You kept us safe. You make sure today that we are in Your presence again. Father, accept our thanks in Jesus’ Name.

Today, all we have come to do is to praise You. Even as Your children are praising You all over the world, my Father and my God, just like You have promised, send us fearful miracles. Miracles that the world would hear about and they will shake, Father, send to Your children.

Once again, as for all Your children who have been faithful all these years in the payment of their tithes and in the giving of their offerings, this year, embarrass them with Your blessings. Blessings so mighty that they would say, “No! God! This is becoming too much”. Father, bless them with Your blessing.

And I'm praying that everyone hearing us today who might be in sorrow, even before this day is out, turn their sorrow to joy. Anyone in pain, my Father and my God, before the Sun sets today, put an end to their pain.

Heal the sick. Set the captives free. And Lord God Almighty, this year, like never before, God, save souls massively. Answer all the prayers of Your children by fire. Let Your wind blow in our favour.

Thank You,Almighty God. In Jesus’ Mighty Name, we have prayed. Amen!

CONFESSIONS
I want to know the things you have got and the things that God ‘dash’ you. Are you ready? Yes!

Divine joy - I get am.
Divine prosperity - I get am.

Divine repositioning - I get am.
And the one whey I no get - God dash me.

THE MESSAGE
Text - 2 Chronicles chapter 1
6 And Solomon went up thither to the brazen altar before the Lord, which was at the tabernacle of the congregation, and offered a thousand burnt offerings upon it.
7 In that night did God appear unto Solomon, and said unto him, Ask what I shall give thee.
8 And Solomon said unto God, Thou hast shewed great mercy unto David my father, and hast made me to reign in his stead.
9 Now, O Lord God, let thy promise unto David my father be established: for thou hast made me king over a people like the dust of the earth in multitude.
10 Give me wisdom and knowledge that I may go out and come in before these people: for who can judge these people, that is so great?
11 And God said to Solomon, Because this was in thine heart, and thou hast not asked riches, wealth, or honour, nor the life of thine enemies, neither yet hast asked long life; but hast asked wisdom and knowledge for thyself, that thou mayest judge my people, over whom I have made thee king:
12 Wisdom and knowledge is granted unto thee; and I will give thee riches, and wealth, and honour, such as none of the kings have had that have been before thee, neither shall there any after thee have the like.

PRAYER
God is going to appear to somebody tonight.

DECREE
Whatever you ask from God today, you will get.

The Almighty God in His infinite mercy has repositioned us. We are now on the mountaintop. It may not appear like that in the physical, but it is already so in the spiritual.

PRAYER
Long before the end of this year, you will know that you are on the mountaintop.

Don't forget God had already said - The wind is already blowing.

PRAYER
In the Name that is above every other name, the wind is going to blow in your favour.

The elders have a saying, “The major problem of victory, promotion, and repositioning is - after that, what next?”

What do I do with the victory? What do I do with the wealth?

Believe me honestly, God has spoken loud and clear, “Some people would start this year as nothing, but before the end of the year, they will be somebody.”

Whether you believe it or not, when my Daddy speaks, it is already done. How He will do it, leave that to Him.

GOOD NEWS
I have good news for somebody listening to me now - Nobody knows you right now, before the end of this year, they will be coming to you for help.

SOLOMON WAS REPOSITIONED

Solomon knew without doubt that he was not the one who was supposed to be the king. He was not qualified.

The one who was qualified, the one the king thought would succeed him was Absalom. The king loved Absalom. David loved Absalom so much that he never corrected him once.

He was allowed to do whatever he wanted. Absalom felt David did not die on time, and he tried to become king, but he died.

After Absalom’s death, the next qualified fellow was Adonijah. Somehow, the devil moved Adonijah, he did not learn his lesson from Absalom, he tried to become a king and God moved him out of the way and repositioned Solomon.

PRAYER
God will remove anybody who tries to prevent you from reaching your goal.

God has a way of manoeuvring to make sure that what He has planned for your life would come to pass. If He has to shake the heavens, He will shake the heavens.

Tell your neighbour - By the time this year ends, you will know that I'm a different person.

THREE MAJOR LESSONS FROM SOLOMON

1. Solomon praised God massively.

He offered a thousand burnt offerings. God paid him a visit and gave him a blank check.

Praise God. Thank God like you have never done before.

I was preparing for a Special Holy Ghost Service. God told me to praise Him for all He has done before the service, and there were many testimonies. Fourteen thousand people were healed in a night without laying hands on them, and God promised to do more.

PRAYER
The blessing that God is going to bless you today, the blessing that God is going to bless you this year, even your grandchildren will enjoy it.

2. Solomon said, “All that I'm asking for is what I need to serve You satisfactorily”.

Praise God and serve Him.

If you ask for money so that you can use the money to serve Him, He will provide more than you need.

If you ask for good health so that you can serve Him, He will give you good health. Look at me.

PRAYER
This year, wealth will change hands.

Praise God mightily and continuously.

Serve Him. Win souls, follow them up, bring them to the church, and let them be established.

Bring them to the Holy Ghost Service, and let the power of God land on them. Do everything you can to serve God.

If God fulfils His promise, prospers you, and repositions you and you would not use it to serve Him, He can raise up, and He can bring down.

PRAYER
The blessing that God will give you this year will be permanent.

3. You must stay connected to the One who has repositioned you. Stay connected to God.

Every river that detaches itself from the source will run dry.

Every branch that is torn from the tree is going to dry up. It is the tree that supports the branch, not the branch supporting the tree. Stay connected.

God blessed Solomon so much, but he detached himself from God. At the end of his life, he said, “Vanity upon vanity”.

PRAYER
You will end well.

According to Ecclesiastes 7:8, the end of a thing is better than its beginning.

How you end is very important, stay connected.

ALTAR CALL
How can you stay connected if you are not connected? You can become connected this morning.

Come and surrende, your life to Him, and He will receive you. No matter how terrible your situation has been, come to Him. He will not cast you out.

If you want to surrender your life to Jesus Christ, come. Come and make contact with Him. He is the One who can reposition you and keep you repositioned.

If you have backslidden and you want to be reconnected to God, come.

SALVATION PRAYER
Cry to Him: “Lord God Almighty, please save my soul. I want to be connected to You. Save my soul. Forgive all my sins. And I will serve you for the rest of my life.”

LET’S INTERCEDE FOR THEM
Please let’s stretch our hands towards our new brothers and sisters and pray for them.

Pray that the One who saved your soul would save theirs also. Ask God to have mercy on them.

My Father and my God, I just want to say thank You for Your Word. Thank You for a new beginning. Thank You for another wonderful year. Please accept our thanks in Jesus' Name.

Father, You promised that whosoever would come to You, You would no wise cast out. These people have come to You now, Father, please receive them.

Save their souls. Forgive all their sin. Let Your Blood wash them clean. Please, Lord, receive them into the family of God. Let them become connected to You.

And from now on, anytime they cry unto You for anything, please answer them by fire. Any backslider who has come back today, please reconnect them.

Thank You, Father. In Jesus Mighty Name, we have prayed. Amen!
Praise the Lord. Hallelujah!

CLOSING PRAYER
My Father and my God, You promised that if all the people would praise You, God, even our God will bless us, and the whole earth will fear before Him.

My request today is this, as all these Your children will begin to praise you, that kind of blessing that You alone can give, the kind of blessing that they will be afraid, Father, release unto them.

Let this year be a year of fearful miracles. Let the miracles begin right now. In Jesus’ Mighty Name, we have prayed. Amen!

PRAYER POINTS
