*PRAISE RELEASES JOY AND STRENGTH*
*Anchor Scripture:*
“The joy of the Lord is your strength.”
Nehemiah 8:10

*Aim:*
To understand the connection between praise, joy, and spiritual strength.

*Deep Dive:*
Praise refreshes the spirit and strengthens the believer. A praising believer cannot remain spiritually weak for long. Praise shifts focus from problems to God’s greatness. Joy flows naturally when praise becomes consistent. The enemy thrives where joy is absent, but praise restores spiritual vitality.

*Reflection:*
Have I allowed situations to steal my joy?

*Action:*
Dance joyfully before the Lord today, even if you do not feel like it.

*Prayer:*
1. Father, restore supernatural joy to my life in Jesus’ name.
2. Every spirit of heaviness and depression, break by fire in Jesus’ name.
3. Lord, strengthen me through the power of praise in Jesus’ name.
