*God's purpose will defeat your own will if you aren't in alignment with His will.

*The circumstances and situations of life promoted God's purpose in your life to a degree that God can take the glory. Psalms 27:13

*For God to position you, He will strip you of pride.

*When God's purpose conflicts with your expectations, it reveals that you have locked God inside of you, and He is unable to express Himself through you.
