A quiet minute, a powerful prayer, cast your fears, receive his peace, and trust him with every part of your life.

As it is written:
“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear” Psalm 46:1–2

“So we say with confidence, The Lord is my helper, I will not be afraid” Hebrews 13:6

God is not distant or silent He is present, helping, and steady. Psalm reminds us that He is our safe place in every storm, while Hebrews calls us to respond with bold confidence, choosing faith over fear because He is with us.

A gentle reminder to pause and pray today, even if it’s just one minute.
