Declarations;
*Lord, help me. I need help. Make me comfortable
*Lord, position me in the right place at the right time for the help needed
*This month, make me visible for help; make me reachable for help.
*Whenever I need help, I will find help.
*Help will not be scarce for me. There will be no restriction between me and my helper
*God, you are my help. I will not lack help throughout the new month. Amen

Fresh 6 Months Of Glory

" Looking unto Jesus, the originator and perfecter of Faith. Heb 12:2

Declarations:
*Lord Jesus, break every negative cycle that hinders my progress

*Weakness may caused failure in the last 6 months; Let your mercy give me strength to breakthrough in the new 6 months.

*Holy Spirit, fill me with a renewed sense of hope and purpose

*Surely, the good works you have started in me shall be completed

*This month of July, my path shall shine brighter and brighter

Still in the week celebrating Father’s Day and Men’s Mental Health Month, we asked some of the men in our church a few questions, and the reactions and answers were funny. Here are a few reminders that men should follow:

1. Drugs should be completed within the stipulated period (time and days) to ensure complete treatment.
2. ⁠fasting blood sugar/ Random blood sugar should be checked at least once in two month. Normal range RBS ( 70-140mg/dl)
3.adults should have at least 8hrs of sleep in a day to have an optimal health
4. normal average BP is 120/80mmHg.
5. food we consume must be properly prepared and hygienic to avoid food poisoning and infection
6. too much sugar can affect the whole body health
7. following one’s wife to antenatal provides both physical and emotional

Strong fathers build strong families, and healthy fathers are better equipped to lead, love, and serve. Don’t forget to take care of yourself ☺️💐
