National President Pays Working Visit to Lagos State Council: Key Highlights

The National President of Ansar-Ud-Deen Society of Nigeria, Prince Mosediq Adeniji Kazeem, SAN, FcArb, paid a working visit to the Lagos State Council during its State General Assembly meeting held on Sunday, 16th Nov. 2025, (Yaom Ahad 25th J.Awwal 1447AH) at the Council Secretariat, Fagbile Ijegun.
The historic visit happens to be his first official working visit to Lagos state Council since his emergence as the National President of the Society.
Upon arrival, the President was warmly received by the State Executive Council, led by the Council Chairman. Alhaji (Dr.) Hassan Usman Alao, in company of the executive of Lagos State Women Council, and the ADYAN Lagos State Council.
His visit marked a significant moment of unity, collaboration, and renewed commitment to the progress of the society at both state and national levels.
A major highlight of the visit was the President’s generous donation of a 9kva high-capacity generator to the Council to support the secretariat operations and ongoing projects. In appreciation of his goodwill, the State Council and the Women Council presented commendation gifts to the President.
In his welcome address, The Council Chairman, Alhaji (Dr.) Hassan Usman Alao, expressed his profound gratitude for the President’s visit, describing it as a great honour to the council and its members. He highlighted key achievements recorded by his administration within the past 10 months, reiterating the council’s unwavering support to the National Council. Dr. HU Alao also seized the opportunity to present certain constitutional matters requiring the attention and intervention of the National Executive Council.
The National President, Prince Mosediq Adeniji Kazeem, SAN FcArb. in his goodwill message described his visit as a “homecoming,” appreciating the Lagos State Council and all it’s branches for their steadfast support during the National Conference and throughout his administration.
He reaffirmed his commitment to fulfilling his mandates and performing beyond expectations.
The President further outlined key components of his developmental agenda, including the establishment of the Ansar-ud-deen Foundation and the AnsarCare Initiatives, both aimed at enhancing the society’s impact in community development, welfare, and humanitarian services.
The visit concluded on a positive note, strengthening ties between the National and Lagos State Councils and reinforcing a shared dedication to advancing the mission and vision of the Ansar-ud-deen Society of Nigeria.
