DON'T DIALOGUE WITH THE DEVIL

Now the serpent was more crafty than any other beast of the field that the Lord God had made. He said to the woman, “Did God actually say, ‘You shall not eat of any tree in the garden’?” — Genesis 3:1 ( ESV)

Now the serpent was more subtle than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? — Genesis 3:1 ( KJV)

GOD'S "DELAY" IS OFTEN PREPARATION

For from of old no one has heard nor perceived by the ear, nor has the eye seen a God besides You, Who works and shows Himself active on behalf of him who [earnestly] waits for Him. - Isaiah 64:4 ( AMP)

LORD OPEN MY EYES

2 Kings 6:17

And Elisha prayed, and said, Lord, I pray thee, open his eyes, that he may see. And the Lord opened the eyes of the young man; and he saw: and, behold, the mountain was full of horses and chariots of fire round about Elisha.

Midnight Scripture Reflection

Mark 10:46-52

"WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO FOR YOU?"

Some people wear their limitations like an identity. It becomes their excuse, their livelihood, their way of getting attention.

God’s question is simple: Do you want freedom more than you want sympathy?

SCRIPTURE AWAKENING

‎Theme: God Sees The Inside

‎Text: Matthew 23:25-26

‎“Woe to you, teachers of the law and Pharisees, you hypocrites! You clean the outside of the cup and dish, but inside they are full of greed and self-indulgence. Blind Pharisee! First clean the inside of the cup and dish, and then the outside also will be clean.” — Matthew 23:25-26 NIV

‎Good morning beloved

‎It’s easy to look holy. We can come to church early, post scriptures, fast, sing loud, serve in every department.

‎Religious activities are good. But Jesus wasn’t impressed by the Pharisees’ religious activities. Why? Because He saw their hearts.

‎Many of us are more concerned with looking like Christians than being like Christ.

‎We polish the outside; our reputation, our religious routine but inside, there’s envy we haven’t surrendered. Bitterness we’re still nursing. Unforgiveness we justify. Pride we call “confidence.” Malice we dress up as “boundaries.”

‎Jesus said, “First clean the inside.”

‎God is not after your performance. He’s after your heart. Because a dirty heart will always pollute clean hands eventually.

‎Matthew 15:18 says; “The things that come out of a person’s mouth come from the heart, and these defile them.”

‎Religious activity without inner transformation is just acting. And heaven doesn’t applaud actors.

‎Search your heart today.

‎Ask yourself honestly;

‎What am I hiding behind my religious activity?

‎Is there envy when others are blessed?

‎Bitterness from old wounds?

‎Unforgiveness still linger in my heart?

Has pride become the master of my life?

‎Am I more worried about people’s applause or God’s approval?

‎Man looks at the outside, but God looks at the heart. 1 Samuel 16:7

‎What’s one “inside issue” I need to surrender today?

‎Don’t dress it up. Confess it.

‎God is watching your heart more than your habits.

Let us ‎Pray 🙏

‎Heavenly Father, forgive me for the times I’ve focused on the outside and neglected my heart. You don’t want my religion without my repentance. Today, I open my heart to You. Search me. Clean me from envy, bitterness, and every hidden sin. Wash the inside of my cup so my life can be truly clean not just religious. Create in me a clean heart, O God. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Title: WHO IS STOPPING MY HELPER

But when Sanballat the Horonite and Tobiah the Ammonite official heard of my arrival, they were very displeased that someone had come to help the people of Israel. — Nehemiah 2:10

*Scripture Awakening

‎“Did God really say…?”
‎— Genesis 3:1b

‎That was the devil’s first strategy in Eden: to question what God already said.

‎He doesn’t come with force first, he comes with doubt. He wants to draw you into a conversation so he can twist the truth.

‎Beloved, never negotiate with the enemy.

‎Don’t entertain a dialogue with sickness, affliction, setbacks, or unfruitfulness.

‎The moment you start asking “Is this God’s will?” about what He already condemned, you’ve stepped onto the serpent’s ground.

‎God’s Word is final.

‎If He said you are healed, you are healed.

‎If He said you are fruitful, you are fruitful.

‎If He said no weapon formed against you shall prosper, then it shall not prosper.

‎So don’t debate it. Declare it. Don’t explain it. Stand on it.

‎The devil is not looking for discussion, he’s looking for permission. Don’t give it to him.

‎Shut down every conversation that questions God’s Word.

‎Answer with the Word, just as Jesus did: “It is written”
