Life is like a journey through a great forest. The people you walk with are like trees around you; some provide shade, fruit, and shelter, while others are dry, thorny, and ready to catch fire at the smallest spark.

If you choose to walk with the wise, you breathe in wisdom, grow in strength, and flourish like a tree planted by rivers of water. But if you walk with fools, you inherit their blindness, stumble in their snares, and fall when their branches break.

Every companion shapes your destiny. Some lift you up like sturdy roots, others drain you like choking weeds. That is why your circle is not just a choice, it is your future.

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗜𝗦𝗘 𝗠𝗘𝗡?

The 𝘄𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗻 are people who carry wisdom. They are mentors, visionaries, disciplined achievers, and those whose choices uplift and inspire. Walking with them sharpens you, builds you, and pulls you higher.If want to become wise, walk with wise people. It has been said that if you move with five wise people, you will be the sixth; it is just a matter of time. By moving among them and observing, you could be transformed.

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗢𝗢𝗟𝗦?

The 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 are careless souls, reckless dream-killers, negative influencers, lazy complainers, and those whose choices drag down and destroy. Staying with them blinds you and breaks you.

• 𝙬𝙖𝙡𝙠 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙫𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙨𝙚𝙚 𝙛𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧.

• 𝙒𝙖𝙡𝙠 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙗𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙚 𝙝𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙚𝙧.

• 𝙒𝙖𝙡𝙠 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙨𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙬𝙞𝙨𝙚.

But walk with fools… and you won’t need an enemy, their path will be your destruction.

𝗧𝗘𝗡 ( 𝟭𝟬) 𝗧𝗬𝗣𝗘𝗦 𝗢𝗙 𝗣𝗘𝗢𝗣𝗟𝗘 𝗜𝗡 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗘

𝟭. 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗳 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲.
They come for a season. They take what they need and fall off when the wind blows. Don’t lean too much on them.

𝟮. 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲.
They look strong, but snap when the storm hits. They stay for a while, but not forever.

𝟯. 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲.
They rare and priceless. They go deep, unseen but unshakable. They support, nourish, and hold you through every season.

𝟰. 𝗙𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲.
They bring beauty, fragrance, and joy into your life. They may not last forever, but while they are there, they inspire, uplift, and make life brighter. Their purpose is to remind you that life has moments of color and happiness, even if temporary.

𝟱. 𝗙𝗿𝘂𝗶𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲.
These people are rare and precious. They don’t just stay; they *add value*. They pour into your life with wisdom, opportunities, blessings, and nourishment. Being around them makes you grow, and they leave you better than they met you.

𝟲. 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲.
Like the protective outer covering of a tree, these are people who shield you from harm. They may not always be the closest to your heart, but they defend, protect, and stand guard when storms come.

𝟳. 𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲.
These are vision carriers. They plant ideas, lessons, and opportunities in your life. Sometimes they don’t stay long, but the “seeds” they drop can grow into something bigger than both of you.

𝟴. 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲.
These are comforters. They give you rest, peace, and relief in your most heated battles. They may not always solve your problems, but being with them gives you calmness and strength to keep going.

𝟵. 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲.
These are the draining, toxic people. They compete for your energy, time, and resources. If not careful, they choke your growth. Their presence teaches you the importance of boundaries and pruning.

𝟭𝟬. 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲.
These come like strong winds—sometimes to shake you, sometimes to test you. Though uncomfortable, they push you to grow deeper roots. Their purpose is not to stay, but to strengthen your foundation.

𝗝𝗢𝗛𝗡 𝟭𝟭 :𝟯𝟵 - 𝟰𝟬

𝗠𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗔𝗚𝗘

In Biology, decay is defined as the breakdown of a complex organic compounds into simpler substances. It occurs only in dead plants or animal tissues. For decay to occur, death or loss of life must first of all take place. What follows after death are some physical and chemical processes which begin and end the decay procedure.

The scientific discovery helps us to gain insight Into spiritual truth on the subject. Since death must first occur before decay begins, anything which dies physically or spiritually is bound to decay except the process is reversed

We can infer the following from the above that:

• during the process of decay, there is a breakdown of something from higher value to a lower value;
• decay changes the form and reduces worth of anything;
• decay begins when death occurs;
• decay leads to loss of value;
• decay makes something useless compared to its original form;
• decay produces bad odour;
• decay spoils the original condition of something;
• decay is depreciation from excellence;
• decay means to waste away;
• decay is reduction to a less perfect state;
• decay is decline into a state of abandonment.

HOSEA 4:17 says,
"Ephraim is joined to idols, Let him alone."

Unlike Lazarus who was sick and died,a tribe in Israel, called by the head of their family, joined itself to idols and gave room for spiritual death and decay. This tribe was called by the name EPHRAIM, the ancestor of that lineage.

This is what the psalmist described as:

"𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙞𝙧 𝙞𝙙𝙤𝙡𝙨 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙨𝙞𝙡𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙜𝙤𝙡𝙙, 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙬𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙤𝙛 𝙢𝙚𝙣`𝙨 𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙨. You become your dream. Your desire is what engages your time and resources on daily basis. With time, everyone becomes what he spends his time and resources upon.

𝟮. 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗣𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗟𝗗 𝗜𝗦 𝗔 𝗚𝗜𝗙𝗧 𝗧𝗢 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗟𝗗

• You are a gift to the world.
• You are in the world to accomplish something
• You are a gift to the planet earth.
• Your presence has a significant role to play in the circle of life.
• You are more than ordinary.
• You are not just a human being.
• You are created for a purpose.
• You are a solution to someone's problem.
• You are a door to someone's escape from sorrow.
• You are a light to somebody's pathway.
• You You are a covering to somebody's nakedness.
• You are a voice in the wilderness of somebody.
• You are a sun in somebody's night.
• You are a Melody in somebody's music.
• You are an answer to somebody's prayer(s).

God has given you to the world as a present. The world is waiting for you to manifest your value and impact lives.

"For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God." Romans 8:19|NKJV

Creatures are waiting for your manifestation. The world is waiting for what God has planted withing you.

𝟯. 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗠𝗬

This is a fact many people do you not understand.

• You are the only one to decide whether your life will be a blessing or a curse to someone's life.
• You are the only one to decide whether you will make heaven or not.
• Nobody can decide for you.
• God cannot force you.
• The devil cannot force you to make HELL.
• You are the one to decide what you want for your life.
• Love and wish yourself well. Some people hate themselves by what they say and do. Many people are organizing destruction against themselves.
• You can prepare battle against yourself.
• You can stop yourself from moving forward.
• You can make yourself a permanent enemy of God.
• You can decide to permanently shut God out of your life.
• Your greatest enemy is yourself.

"O'lord deliver me from myself." That was the cry of brother Paul in Romans 7:24-25.

𝗠𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗔𝗚𝗘

In today's message, we shall learn what it takes to say no to shame and disgrace.

A girl was put in a family way. The Father woke her up one morning and asked her who was responsible for her pregnancy. She said, " Joshua." " where does Joshua live?", her father asked. She told him and he asked her to take him there. They went to the house of Joshua; and Joshua he came out smoking India h**p.

He asked the Father and the daughter what they wanted and the Father said, " This girl said that you were the one who got her pregnant." He removed the Indian h**p, looked at the man's face and said, " I hope you are not mad?" He further said to the old man, " I don't know this girl. I have not seen her anywhere. If you don't clear out of this place, I will use cutlass on you." The man and his daughter went away in shame.

He kept on asking the girl, if she was sure she did anything with the man called Joshua. The girl told him there was another man too who had an affair with her. They went to the house of this second lover and knocked at the door. He came out and asked them what they wanted. The Father asked him if he was the one that put his daughter in the family way. The man looked at him and said, " Daddy, this your daughter has no home training. It is true that I was involved but I know of four others." He turned to the girl and said, " Is it true?" The girl could not talk. She told the Father that there was still another one living somewhere.
But by now, the Father was totally ashamed. The girl was used to bring shame upon that family.

Many times, failure to get ahead financially can be traced back to the sins of one's forefathers. A curse on a family can produce an inheritance of shame. Alcoholics are heavily loaded with shame. Sometimes, by the time the spirit of disgrace and shame is sent upon a person, other things like alcoholism and confusion will set in. Eventually, the victim ends up messing himself up in the street.

You must pray until your adversaries are forced to put on the garment of shame. Do not rest until those who hate you are clothed with shame.

𝗠𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗔𝗚𝗘

Maximizing today is sowing the seed for a better tomorrow. The seed of tomorrow you are clamoring for and eagerly expecting is in today that you have. Yesterday has gone. There is nothing anyone can possible do about it. You do not have any control over tomorrow either. But what you and I have is today. Whatever you do today will determine how tomorrow will be. Someone said, ' each day that passes without a recordable achievement is a waste.' Life is not a dress rehearsal. I do not care what philosophy you believe in, we have only one shot at this game called life.

The stakes are too high to waste your life. The questions, ' what time is it and where are we ? The answer is now and we are here. The message is not that you do not need to plan for the future. The message is, you need to plan your future. The fact is, if your today is productively maximized, you have sown seeds for a better future. No wonder ECCLESIASTES 9:10 clearly illuminates our minds that our best time is now, not tomorrow. Some people practice procrastination by hiding high-sounding words, saying 'I'm analyzing' and six months later they are still analyzing. Some procrastinate by saying ' I am getting ready.' A month later, they are still getting ready and six months later; they are still getting ready. Mind you, the saddest words in life are ' It might have been', ' I should have', ' I could have', ' I wish I had'. If you want to build a positive attitude, learn the phrase, ' Do it now'. Make the best out of now and utilize the present to the fullest.

Remember, time flies; years of our lives roll by unnoticed. Before you realize what is going on, time would have gone before your very eyes. See every second of your life as something you must account for. Secure a focus on time. Spend all your energy to pursue it. Avoid all time-wasters. God will see you through. 𝗠𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗔𝗚𝗘

Debt is usually money, borrowed by one party from another. It is incurred on many occasions to make purchases that naturally one could not afford under normal circumstances. It could also be something borrowed to make ends meet. You have to live below your means per time if you don't want to end up being a debtor.

The first thing to do if you desire to live a debt- free life is to calculate how much your income is every month. If you are a salary earner who also engages in trading; both incomes must be calculated in order to help you reduce how you spend. This is where creating a budget plan becomes important. It helps keep your spending on track.

Resist the pressure to have or acquire things just because you see others getting it: Don buy on impulse; avoid buying now and paying later system of purchase. Have it in mind that; to move up life is largely dependent on you and your ability to be financially disciplined.

Keep your financial future in sight; make savings out of your earnings. Target investing into worthwhile business at a point and this can only be from your savings. No one can become successful without first learning the act of saving. If you don't save, you are not safe and you will be in debt.

Get to know that every cent you owe to a leader handicap both your ability to survive now and your ability to save for the future. So, if you want to experience rest roundabout, you can to run from debt. From now, your story and status will change. You will begin to lend to nations. Enjoy the rest of your day!

𝗠𝗘𝗦𝗦𝗔𝗚𝗘

The message for today is about prayer and we will examine FIVE prayer blockers. These are:

𝟭. 𝗟𝗔𝗖𝗞 𝗢𝗙 𝗥𝗘𝗣𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 :

Sin is an enemy of prayer. Any wilful sinner is going to hell fire, no matter what they call him or her. So, genuine repentance from sin is a requisite for answered prayer.

𝟮. 𝗨𝗡𝗕𝗘𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗙 :

You must cast the garment of unbelief away, so that it does not hinder you.

𝟯. 𝗛𝗔𝗧𝗥𝗘𝗗 :

If you hate anybody, the Bible says you are a murderer.

There was war in a city and the enemies were pursuing two men. These two people were arch- enemies. They did not like each other at all. One of them ran and hid himself inside a pit. The other one ran into the bush and hid himself there. Their pursuers were searching for them. After some time, they got the man in the pit and wanted to kill. He started begging them, saying: " please, sirs, my wife just delivered a baby five days ago, please have mercy, don't render my baby fatherless..." But, the other man hiding in the bush shouted and told them that his enemy was lying. In saying this, he exposed himself and the looking for both of them were able to kill them. That is what hatred does. Believers should not hate anybody. The only person they should hate is the devil.

𝟰. 𝗨𝗡𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗚𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗦𝗣𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗧 :

If you refuse to forgive those who offend you, you cannot receive mercy from God. On the other hand, you'll be attracting tormentors. You must forgive all who have offended you.

𝟰. 𝗨𝗡𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗚𝗜𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗦𝗣𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗧 :

𝟱. 𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗘 :

If you are not grateful for what God has done for you and if you do not count your blessings, and thank God for them, you are inviting trouble into your life.

You must utter these miracle cries aggressively. Determine that your situation must change today. God does not mind going to the uttermost part of the earth to collect your blessings for you. God does not mind removing a whole city because of one person.
