📢 Dear Friends,

It's My New Life Birthday 🎂 Today!
..And this is my 💯 true life story:

Some years ago, precisely on 15th August 1999, when I was in my 200 level, I was invited to a new life birthday party hosted by one of the believers on campus. When the Guest Minister was preaching at the new life birthday party, he made a call for the salvation of souls, but I was convinced that I had to make this decision in a personal way. This was because, during a gospel campaign, in my early days of life, I responded to a call to step forward and embrace Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, but I did not step out mindfully with the intention to be born again. It was just a bandwagon effect. I dashed out to the podium because a great number of people were running out to the podium.

So, at the new life birthday party, when the Guest Minister made the call for the salvation of souls, I left the party, having resolved to make the decision in a personal way, I went straight to my hostel, went on my knees, in tears began talking with God. I knew He has been reaching out to me with the message of salvation but I was yet to receive Him. And while I prayed, I asked God to forgive my sins, wash me in the blood of His Son Jesus Christ, and I received Him into my heart as my Lord and Saviour.

Just after these prayers, I felt as if someone was pulling me out of the ocean where I had been drowning. Then I felt as if heavy weights I had been carrying were being taken off me. Immediately, I felt peace and calmness in my soul, and guess what I thought to myself, why didn't I do this before now?

Before that day, I used to be very pessimistic and negative about life, but now I live a fulfilling life in terms of my Profession and Ministry. Jesus gave me a new life full of meaning and purpose!

It is now your turn for the salvation of your soul and for a spiritual turnaround. Do not delay any longer. Decide to be born again today! Jesus loves you.

Say this prayer 🙏🏻 from your heart:

“Dear Lord Jesus, I renounce my devotion to this world, and pray that you forgive my sins. I believe you died to save me. I ask that you come into my life as I open my heart to you. I now accept you as my Lord and Saviour and receive the power to become a son of God in accordance with John 1:12. Heavenly Father, from this day forward, I pledge my allegiance to you and resolve to live as a citizen of Heaven. I look forward to the day when I will stand in your presence to receive my reward.Thank you for saving me. Amen.”

🤝 Welcome to a new life.

Now that you are saved, I encourage you to be committed serving God in a local vibrant Church where you will be equipped and nourished by the word of God. This is crucial because, having been saved by grace through faith in Christ, you have been born again, and therefore in need of development like a newborn, in order to reach your divinely appointed destiny.

Be bold to share your experience about your new life in Christ with your friends, family and loved ones, for that is a good place to start evangelizing.

I pray for you; may God keep you from evil. May you overcome every temptation from satan and his cohorts that may derail your faith in Christ Jesus. You will not die but live to fulfill God’s plan and declare His goodness on this earth, in Jesus name, Amen 🙏

You Are God's Strategy To Fulfill His Plan On The Earth

For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.
Ephesians 2:10 (NLT)

You are one-of-a-kind, an original, uniquely created by God, with no identical iris, finger print and DNA matching yours!

Let me drive this truth further in your consciousness; God has an assignment for you to accomplish that He has given to no one else but you on planet earth.

Don't you dare give up and relinquish your glorious destiny to the grave without your talents and gifts being used or your dreams being accomplished or your opportunities being utilized.

Release the power of God. Reach for greatness. Speak the word of God. Dare to believe the impossible. Dare to fly on the wings of faith fulfilling the plan and purpose of the Holy One of Isreal who created you.

You were made in His image so He can reveal his glory in the earth through you!

Don't ever, ever give up in the face of adversity.

Like they say in our local parlance; na who give up lose.

Adversity rarely makes sense. But when we realize what God is up to, we understand the link between pain, passion and purpose.

Our tests are turned into testimonies, our trials into triumphs! It all ends in praise to God for His wonderful works and matchless wisdom!

The Most High God is the Ultimate Master Planner and Strategist of all time! And you are His strategy in the very place and position He has placed you today!

Recognize this and give glory to God by fulfilling the plan and purpose of God unapologetically, refusing to be politically correct.

THE GREATEST ENEMY OF THE BELIEVER IN CHRIST IS NOT SIN; NOT EVEN THE DEVIL.

JESUS DEALT WITH BOTH.

HE PAID THE PRICE FOR SIN AND DESTROYED HIM WHO HAD THE POWER OF DEATH THAT IS THE DEVIL.

Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
Romans 6:6 (KJV).

Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Romans 6:11 (KJV).

So the believer should walk in the newness of life by yielding the members of his body as instruments of righteousness.

You cannot fight sin. Sin and the old nature are legally in a union. The old nature will always produce fruit for sin. Because its nature is sin. The only solution to sin is death to the old nature. Jesus had accomplished that for us. His death was in fact the death of the old man (Romans 6:6). That death brought about a legal separation.

We are now required to live in the consciousness of our death. It is achieved by carrying our cross daily. The cross is the symbol of our death. We have to live in that consciousness daily by letting the world know that we are dead to sin through our conducts and actions. It takes consciously putting off the old man and putting on the new man that is renowned in the likeness of Christ to live above sin. We can only achieve that through willingly offering our body as a living sacrifice. A sacrifice on the altar has lost right to use the members of his body.

When we truly live in that consciousness then Galatians 2:20.. I am crucified with Christ... which is the only way to manifest a life victorious over sin. If not be rest assured that your old man is married to sin. It always produce fruits for sin. The only way out is death."

The beauty of the death of Jesus Christ is that it gave us not only freedom from sin but also POWER OVER SIN!

THEREFORE, SIN IS THE ENEMY FIGHTING OUR CONSISTENCY IN THE EXHIBITION OF GODLY CHARACTER. ANOINTING WILL TAKE YOU TO THE TOP, BUT IT WILL TAKE GODLY CHARACTER TO KEEP YOU THERE!

Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.
Romans 6:13 (KJV).

JESUS ALSO DISARMED, DEFEATED AND DESTROYED SATAN:

And having disarmed principalities and powers, he made a public spectacle of them.
Colossians 2:15 (NIV).

Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might DESTROY him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;
Hebrews 2:14 (KJV).

JESUS DEFEATED SATAN AND OBTAINED VICTORY FOR YOU AND I. NOW YOU HAVE TO STAND FIRM ON THE AUTHORITY GOD HAS GIVEN YOU AND COMMAND THE DEVIL TO STOP IN HIS OPERATIONS, MANOEUVRES AND MANIPULATIONS.

Authority is not effective until it is exercised. So exercise your God-given authority in Christ over the devil and don't ever chicken out because YOU HAVE THE VICTORY! HALLELUJAH!!

THEREFORE, THE GREATEST ENEMY OF THE CHURCH IS SPIRITUAL IGNORANCE! MY PEOPLE ARE DESTROYED FOR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE!

Hosea 4:6: My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

When you remain ignorant of your rights and inheritance in Christ, you cannot effectively represent the kingdom of this great God you serve and whose you are.

SO GOD EXPECTS US TO MANIFEST THE REALITY OF WHAT CHRIST HAS ACCOMPLISHED FOR US BY KNOWLEDGE POWERED BY GOD'S GRACE.

As humans (6), when we come into union with Christ (2), we find completeness and fulfilment in Him (26).

For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power.
