It's the last of 2025! Tick tock, tick tock, the clock is gradually ticking down to the year 2026!

Now here a few Tips for this last day of 2025:

✅ Begin today vibrantly with thanksgiving to God for seeing you to the end of the year.

✅ Don't keep high stakes for yourself in these last moment of 2025, for whatever you would have achieved should have been gotten before now.

✅ Begin to slow down by noon and pay particular attention to every activity & event you & your family get involved, keeping wellness & safety in mind.

✅ As the day wind down towards dusk, look back and up at 2025. Take stocks of how well you fared.

✅ Be in a reflective mood, rather than being in a wild celebration mood, throwing caution to the winds, for the enemy can creep in at dying minutes to the new year.

✅ Take a peep into the future to see what lies ahead for you and plan accordingly.

✅ Ensure at the close of the day and at late evening to quietly find time to spend with God in thanksgiving for provision & protection in the concluding year and place the oncoming year in His hands.

✅ Now walk calmly into the new year with smiles. Avoid wild excitements, but with your shoulders high for you are just one of the few who made it through.

✅ Clap your hands to appreciate yourself, give hugs & kisses to your loved ones as a sign of grace that you are beginning a new fantastic year together.

10 Principles Programmed By God On Earth For Effective Living

God created the earth and backs up His creation with principles for the good of Man. Principles are fixed laws that makes life predictable and helps you navigate through life successfully. For example, the principle of gravity pulls down any object that is thrown upwards.

Do not copy a powerful man who lacks principles, for power without principles destroys. Principles ensure the sustainance of power.

The 10 Principles For Effective Living:

1. The Principle of Divinity:
Every man was created by God. God breathed into man, and he became a living soul. This principle says man came from God and must live in God for sustenance and survival. Just like a fish cannot live without water. (Genesis 1:27, 2:7, John 15:5).

2. The Principle of Purpose:
Everything God created and everything He does is for a purpose. Man was created to fulfil God's purposes. Purpose is the reason for the existence of a thing. This principle says purpose must be known for without the discovery of purpose, abuse is inevitable. (Acts 26:16, Romans 9:17, 1John 3:8).

3. The Principle of Potential:
Potential is a pointer to purpose.This principle says God has given every man the talents, gifts, abilities and capacities to fulfil their purpose. (Exodus 31:1).

4. The Principle of Sin and Death:
This principle says every time sin happens, something dies. This could be the death of life goals, dreams, vision, etc. (Ezekiel 18:4, Romans 5:12).

5. The Principle of Cause and Effect:
This principle says to every effect (something that happens), there is a cause (reason). It means that there are no neutral decisions in life. Every decision has a consequence. To every action, there is an opposite or equal reaction. (1 Samuel 17:29).

6. The Principle of Sowing and Reaping:
This is a well-known principle. Farmers sow and later reap their harvests of crops. This principle says every man will reap what he sows. (Galatians 6:7).

7. The Principle of Cost and Product:
This principle says nothing of value is free. If you pay the price for anything, nobody can stop you from getting it! When you need a product from a store, you get it by paying for it. Jesus paid the ultimate price by His sacrifice and was highly exalted and given a name that is above all names. (Philippians 2:8-9)

8. The Principle of Reproduction:
This principle says every living thing or being produces after it's kind. A lion will reproduce another lion. A goat will reproduce another goat. It can never be otherwise. A lion can never give birth to a goat. (Genesis 1:12, 21).

9. The Principle of Association:
This principle says the relationship/company you keep will determine the kind of information you receive. You can not rise higher than the relationships you keep. (1 Corinthians 15:33).

10. The Principle of Reward:
This principle says your reward is determined by the amount of contribution you make. Your reward is determined by the problems you solve. (Matthew 16:27, 25:20-30, Revelation 22:12).

The Master Principal established the principles by which we all perform our roles on the stage of life as divinely inspired performers.

Principles cannot be broken. If you try to break them, you will end up broken!

The Pike Syndrome Mentality: Accepting Absurdity As Normal

And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
Romans 12:2 (KJV)

Mentality means a particular attitude, way of thinking, or mental inclination that determines how a person or group responds to situations.

It can refer to a general mindset, a habitual way of thinking, or the quality of one's intellectual ability.

Some people's favourite Bentley is used for Taxi in Dubai. I recall years ago when P Square visited Dubai for the first time, to their amazement they saw Bentley used as taxis. When they arrived back in Nigeria, they sold off their Bentley.

Poor leadership and irresponsible governance has eroded our mentality and self awareness. Some Nigerians still shout up NEPA when power is restored. And when the power stays up to 12 hours in a day, we say they have tried. What is supposed to be absurd has been normalized.

We have been systemically conditioned to accept this gross failure and incompetence of our leaders. Many Nigerians are now suffering what is called the "Pike Syndrome."

The Pike syndrome, also known as learned helplessness, involves a fish called pike separated from its prey by a glass partition. The Pike repeatedly attempts to eat the prey, but constantly hits the glass and eventually stops trying. When the partition is removed, the Pike no longer attacks the prey, even though it is now easy to access, and may starve to death because it has "learned" that success is impossible due to repeated failures.

The Pike syndrome is often applied to humans to explain why people may not pursue new opportunities, even after obstacles have been removed, because they have internalized past failures and have become mentally conditioned to limiting beliefs and circumstances.

Our leaders must recognise that leadership is action, not a position. We must refuse to be victims or spend excessive time wallowing in unpleasant conditions.

Seeing Beyond The Superficial

But Jesus would not entrust himself to them, for he knew all people. He did not need any testimony about mankind, for he knew what was in each person.

The ongoing drama between VeryDarkMan and China Ross highlights the complexities of human beings and the power of will.

Things are not always what they appear to be.

Initial appearances can be deceiving and one must look beyond the surface to uncover the underlying reality. This can apply to people, situations, or objects, as outward appearances don't always reflect the true nature of something.

You cannot guarantee someone's loyalty until you know through revelation that they will never deny or betray you.

Peter replied, “Even if all fall away on account of you, I never will.” ‭“Truly I tell you,” Jesus answered, “this very night, before the rooster crows, you will disown me three times.” The rest of the story is there for all to see.
Matthew 26:33-34 (NIV)

The person you believe is supporting you and appears to be working in your favour may be the person dragging you down behind. Their actions reflect what we say in local parlance: "The more you look, the less you see."

"He who answers a matter before he hears the facts - it is folly and shame to him." (Proverbs 18:13). This encourages us not to judge something before we have all the information.

May God continue to guide us in all of our transactions with others and protect us from known and unknown enemies who may be plotting our downfall.

When It Seems Life Doesn't Make Sense

I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.
‭Romans 8:18 (NIV)

Songs Minister Nathaniel Bassey has opened up about a deeply personal experience, revealing that his wife suffered five miscarriages and that he continued to lead online worship sessions even while she was hospitalized.

He recounted this during the Hallelujah Challenge, explaining how he would minister online and then rush to be with her at the hospital.

Nathaniel's story serves as a testimony of faith, emphasizing the importance of perseverance through difficult times.

Believers in Christ are not immune to trials and sufferings. God permits us to go through these trials of faith so that we can be purified like gold in fire.

The process of suffering is the process of becoming. We see that Jesus learned obedience through the things He suffered. (Hebrews 5:8).

This is why you need to get it right with your reason for serving God. Do you serve God because of what He does for you, or because He is God and deserves your adoration and service?

What happens if you lose your job, a loved one, or suffer through a crisis beyond your control, and life appears to make no sense because you believe God should not have allowed it to happen?

The first thing to remind yourself is God's word in ‭1 Corinthians 10:13 (NIV‬):

No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.

I once lost a spouse, and right in the midst of my mourning, the Holy Spirit revealed to me that she had accomplished her calling. Then I heard these words in my heart: "You knew God before she came into your life, so her departure for glory cannot take God away from you."

In ‭‭2 Corinthians 11:27-28 (NIV‬), Apostle Paul tells us his struggle:

I have laboured and toiled and have often gone without sleep; I have known hunger and thirst and have often gone without food; I have been cold and naked. Besides everything else, I face daily the pressure of my concern for all the churches.

Kill all excuses and be ready to do God's will in and out of season!

Keep living and winning with an attitude of unreserved praise to God, giving Him glory in all circumstances and situations.

Forming Images In Accordance With God's Plan - The AI Ability

And the Lord said, “Behold, they are one [unified] people, and they all have the same language. This is only the beginning of what they will do [in rebellion against Me], and now no evil thing *they imagine they can do* will be impossible for them.
Genesis 11:6 (AMP)

It's fascinating to see how AI is able to produce one's imagination by issuing a prompt message on the AI platform. Imagination is simply image formation.

One of the things God does is make you envision the future He wants you to have, via the message He sends you, regardless of the obstacles you are facing.

God created you with a mind so you can mentally and visually align yourself with His purpose and decide the size of your experiences.

God Himself, our Creator, is mindful of us. His mind is "full of us." (Psalm 8:4)

✅ God spoke to Abraham and made him a promise to make him a great nation, even though he had previously lied about his wife. (Genesis 12:10-20)

✅ God spoke to Moses and addressed him as a leader to lead the Isrealites of Egypt despite his initial feelings of inadequacy, stuttering, and the murder of an Egyptian. (Exodus 3:7-12, Exodus 4:1-13)

✅ God spoke to Gideon and called him a mighty warrior to save Isreal out of Midian's hand, even though he was initially fearful and felt too weak for the task. (Judges 6:11-16)

✅ God spoke to Jeremiah, letting him know he has been appointed to be a Prophet to the Nations, even though he felt inadequate and too young to be a Prophet. (Jeremiah 1:5-6)

We are all inadequate by ourselves, but God's message to us makes all the difference! Our limitations don't limit God.

All we have to do is see what God has seen about us and declare what He has spoken about us.

God says to you:

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV‬)

So align your imagination with God's word and do the needful work required of you.

Living With Eternity In View - Death Is The Believer's Horse Ride To Glory

We are confident, I say, and would prefer to be away from the body and at home with the Lord.
2 Corinthians 5:8 (NIV‬)

It is amazingly glorious to watch how Charlie Kirk's death has sparked a faith resurgence and spiritual reawakening throughout the United States.

People get terrified of death because they are overly tied to this world or have not discovered peace through complete submission to Jesus Christ.

We should not be afraid of death, but we should be mindful of what happens after death.

True Believers in Christ do not die. Apostle Paul Says; to be away from the body, is to be at home with the Lord.

For those who believe in Christ, bodily death is not the end but rather a transition to a greater level of life.

“Very truly I tell you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life.
John 5:24 (NIV).

If you die today, where will you spend eternity?

If you are not as certain as Apostle Paul about where you will spend eternity, you can pray this prayer now:

"Father God, I come to you in the name of Jesus. I renounce my devotion to this, and I pray that you forgive my sins. I believe Jesus Christ died to save me. I receive Him as my personal Lord and Saviour. Heavenly Father, from this day forward, I pledge my allegiance to you and resolve to live as a citizen of Heaven. I look forward to the day when I will stand in your presence to receive my reward. Thank you for saving me. Amen."
