In conformity with heavenly dictates, everything under the sun has its appointed hour. This third millennium denotes the technical resurrection day of Christ, since a millennium, encompassing one thousand years, is comparable to a day from the divine perspective. Thus, this third millennium incarnates the resurrection day of Christ, equipped with the power to eradicate the root cause of evil in the world, as highlighted in the Resurrection Millennium Summit. Let me summarise in two portions of the Bible: the root cause and remedy to sins and worries of life, including climate change.
While Habakkuk 3:9 is the bane of the world, Hebrews 7:13 is the solution.
It is, however, clearly shown in the Resurrection Millennium Summit that both cause and remedy used marriage institution and government as an institution to play their role based on how we use them. If both institutions are free of transgression or sin against the Holy Ghost, the world will be free, and vice versa.
Neverthleess, it marvels to note that while Habakkuk 3:9, the cause of evil of the world has been operating since the the disobedience of Adam, the solution to the cause of evi of the world as shown in Hebrews 7;13, is yet to be discussed on any altar of God.

"And he (Christ) said unto them (in Luke 13:32-33 that), Go ye, and tell that fox, Behold, I cast out devils, and I do cures to day and to morrow, and the third day I shall be perfected.
"Nevertheless I must walk to day, and to morrow, and the day following: for it cannot be that a prophet perish out of Jerusalem"
Christ declared in the above portion that he would take a final step of his concern for the world in this third millenium concedering the fact that a millenium, which is one thousand years is one day as seen in 2 Peter chapter 3: 8 - 9.
Church, which means Christ, walked in the first and second millennia without the power of his resurrection but not this 3rd millennium. The step taken by Christ in this resurrection day is to apply the resurrection principle for perfection of everything.
To do this expectedly, the idol of tribal oath must be exposed side by side with implications of the oath on the whole world.
According to Habakkuk 3:9
"Thy bow was made quite naked, according to the *oaths of the tribes,* even thy word. Selah. Thou didst cleave the earth with rivers"
Any thing destructive in this world is orchestrated by the idol before which tribal oath swore.
As stated above, our bow is naked or empty as well as our words due to the side effects of the tribal oath. Naked bow means bow without arrow. Bow here represents war ammunition, but the armament is without bullet. This can be called toothless barking dog. Due to the side effects of the tribal oaths we can not protect the spiritual and physical geographical boundaries of the world, hence the world is taken over by all sorts of sins and laments of life, including climate change. Pandemic, endemic, epidemic, sickness, and disease are all over. Poverty, witchcraft, divorce, and war are everywhere e.t.c.
The second implication of tribal oaths is the words of instruction that are empty as the bow without arrow. This means that gross disobedience has taken over the world. Preaching will not peer us, and

Resurrection Millennium Summit unfolds that, according to Christ in Matthew12;31-32, sin against the Holy Ghost is responsible for all evil of the world.
For deeper understanding, sin against the Holy Ghost is traced to an idol before which tribal oaths were swore, as seen in Habakkuk 3:9. The portion says:
"Thy bow was made quite naked, according to the oaths of the tribes, even thy word. Selah. Thou didst cleave the earth with rivers."
As established in Resurrection Millennium Summit, the above portion of the Bible discloses the bane of the pain of the world.
For the purpose of carity, let us define the word tribe that oath was taken for?
Simply put, a tribe is made up of people with the same cultural background and language. The cultural background and the language of the people are guided and preserved by the government as an institution and marriage institution. The side effects of the oath on the whole world is however ratified by blood relation. This means that without blood relation, the side of the demonic oath wouldn't have been there.
The culture of the people is the term of the tribal and the language, as we all know, is from annoyance of God due to the frustrating project of building the Tower of Babel.
This simply means that people of the same tribe are people who live together observing the terms of the tribal under the cover of the annoyance of God.

Resurrection Millennium Summit further disclosed that on the third day that Queen Esther prayed, she took 'if I perish I perish' decision ( Esther 5:1). With the power of God in that third day, Esther delivered Jew from annihilation or planned Holocaust by Hamman.
There is a threat of Satan marauding around the world for massive destruction and slaughter ongoing. This will be curtailed by the application of the rule of resurrection by the church.

The Christian religion research book known as Resurrection Millennium Summit observed that this third Millennium is the resurrection day of the body of Christ called church, from all sins and ordeals of life, even pollution. This third millennium to God, who sees a millenium, which is one thousand years as one day, is the resurrection day of Church as prophesied in Hosea 6: 1-2.
The Resurrection Millennium Summit unfolds the history of third days noted in the Bible and the importance to enable the church to explore this advanced third day for 100% salvation, perfection, and giod government all over the world.
The first third day in the history of this world was the day God created trees, grass, and herbs (Gen 1;13). Let me say the first living things were created on the first third day of this world because plants are living things.
What are the importance of trees, grass, and shrubs to man and his environment?
The importance of trees to man and his environment are too many. In the first place, trees pump sufficient quality oxygen for us to breathe, and we get drugs and fruits from trees as well. Papers and books are sourced from trees. Similarly, town forests, made-up trees, source revenue for government's use, and that create jobs. Tree fights pollution by clearing air through absorbing carbon dioxide, which the same tree uses for photosynthesis. It also absorbs carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, and nitrogen dioxide. Trees cool the temperatures of the earth, etc.
Our wild and domestic animals feed on grass, and indeed, there can't be man without what God created on the third.
In the light of the above, this first technical third day of the world after the death of Christ must be taken seriously by church as prophesied. We must not be ignorant about this, no matter what.
We have many third days to see in the Bible and the power of God in those third days. This will prepare to embrace the rule of resurrection power that was released to us on this first technical third day in this world.
