Few among things that 'waste time' include but not limited to these:
Procastination, Worrying, Multitasking without priority, Lack of planning, Social media addiction, Gossiping, Indecision, Toxic relationships, Television, Negative environment, Holding grudges/unforgiveness, Doing things you hate, Lack of goals setting, Age i.e thinking you're young, bad association, moral vices, Low or no zeal, laziness, always complaining, not being led by the Spirit of God and many more. Ecc 3:1-8
Brethren let's check ourselves and prune any of these out of our system.

May you reap benefit of time you managed well in Jesus Name. Amen

The word "time" and "season", was mentioned over eight hundred times in the Bible, this caught my attention and importance placed on it by God. Ecc. 3:1-8 plainly enumerate few aspects of time implications. To this end, we should all realize that time wasters is a real phenomenon. I decree in the name of Jesus that you will be delivered from powers, system, government and establishment that waste your time in Jesus Name. Amen.
