Our guest speaker, Sheikh Abdulrahman Ahmad, will throw light on the topic, "Zakat vs Taxation: understanding the principles of Islamic charity and modern tax systems"

Did you know?

Surat'ul Fatiha is also known as As-Sab' Al-Mathani?

Amongst many other names including "Ummul Kitab", Al Hamd, Ummul Qur'an, , Fatihatul Kitab etc, this name is specifically significant as it highlights the importance of the Surah to the everyday living of a Muslim. There is no valid Salat without Surat'ul Fatiha in every of the Rakats.
