GOD WILL MAKE AN UTTER END
**“What do ye imagine against the LORD? he will make an utter end: affliction shall not rise up the second time.”**
**Nahum 1:9 (KJV)**
What Does “Utter End” Mean?
An **utter end** is when God brings an issue to a complete and permanent conclusion.
* It is when God **closes a chapter and opens a new one**.
* It is when God **opens a door that no man, woman, or power can shut**.
* It is when God says that what you have experienced will **never return again**.
* It is when God completely destroys the power behind a recurring affliction.
God demonstrated this when He delivered Israel from Egypt:
**“The Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever.”**
**Exodus 14:13 (KJV)**
What they had been running from was coming to an **utter end**.
# HOW CAN GOD BRING AN UTTER END?
# 1. THROUGH DIVINE EMPOWERMENT
God empowers His people and puts the enemy under their feet.
David declared:
**“I have pursued mine enemies, and overtaken them: neither did I turn again till they were consumed. I have wounded them that they were not able to rise: they are fallen under my feet.”**
**Psalm 18:37–38 (KJV)**
There comes a time when God gives you **fresh strength, fresh grace and fresh oil** to overcome what previously overcame you.
You may have struggled with it before, but **this time will be different**.
God is empowering you to rise above it.
God is giving you grace to overcome it.
God is putting it under your feet.
# RECEIVE FRESH GRACE
Receive **fresh grace**.
Receive **fresh oil**.
Receive **fresh strength**
Receive **fresh empowerment**.
What defeated you before will not defeat you again.
What followed you before will not follow you into your next season.
What kept repeating itself is coming to an end.
**I declare over your life:**
**AFFLICTION SHALL NOT RISE THE SECOND TIME!**
**Every recurring battle is coming to an end.
Every repeated affliction is coming to an end.
Every cycle of defeat is coming to an end.
God is closing the chapter and opening a new one.**
