There is a place where we lay it all down, our plans, our desires, our strength and just surrender to God’s plan for us.

Consecration is our response to the One who has called us. A life surrendered. A heart set apart. A people committed to His will.

May our lives continually say, “Lord, I am Yours. Have Your way in me.”

And as the Lekki Believers Convention continues today, we invite you to come expectant and ready for all that God has in store.

As we go into this week, let’s make meditation a daily practice. Spend 10–15 minutes each morning meditating on God’s Word and reimagining your life according to what God is saying, not your circumstances.

* Pray, then pause to receive. Allow God to speak and give you answers.
* Digest the Word. Hearing the Word is not the same as receiving it.
* Speak what God is showing you. As you know and declare His Word, it begins to shape your life.
* Give God absolute control. Praise, worship, and pray in the Spirit.
* Guard your heart. Never hold on to offense; remove anything that hinders your receiving.
* Receive nourishment, and grow. Prayer opens you up to the nourishment that produces growth.

God does not have a giving problem. He has already given. Our responsibility is to receive.

This week, don’t just hear the Word. Meditate on it. Digest it. Speak it. Receive it. Live it.
