What would you write if God handed you a blank cheque?
Today’s word brought us clarity on how to ask wisely, live faithfully, and discern God’s priorities in our prayers:
🔹 Place God’s Priority First – Matthew 6:33
🔹 Pursue Purpose, Not Pressure – Mark 10:35
🔹 Avoid Selfish or Seedless Requests – James 4:3
🔹 Ask According to God’s Will – 1 John 5:14
🔹 Ask for What Will Keep You in Faith – 1 Tim 6:9
We were also warned:
Don’t fill in your “blank cheque” when you’re ruled by emotions — whether happy, sorrowful, distressed, or in desperate need (Judges 11:30, Mark 6:22).
Wait on God’s voice — He gives according to purpose, not pressure.
This wasn’t just a sermon — it was a call to seek divine wisdom and kingdom-centered desires.
