*STANDING FAST IN CHRIST*
_Galatians 5:1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bo***ge._

*INSPIRATION*
We are indeed sinful, and we cannot save ourselves or deliver ourselves from our wickedness. We deserve death and punishment for our evil. So as Paul asked, "Who will deliver me from this body of death? " Here is the answer: Jesus Christ can deliver us from the body of death! Jesus can set us free from the bo***ge of sin that entangles us! And once he sets us free, we are free forever.

*PRAYER*
LORD, You sent Your son so that I could be free. We sinned; we made mistakes, but You still cared for us. You made a way for us. It boggles my mind how much You care for us – for me. Deliver me through Your son. Set me free of my sin and transgressions. I come to You in the name of Jesus, who has covered and washed me. *HERITAGE OF GOD*
_Psalm 127:3 Lo, children are an heritage of the LORD: and the fruit of the womb is his reward. 4 As arrows are in the hand of a mighty man; so are children of the youth. 5 Happy is the man that hath his quiver full of them: they shall not be ashamed, but they shall speak with the enemies in the gate._

Today we mark the *Children's Day* and many are still looking unto God for such blessings whilst some have them in abundance but refused to care for them and these lovely children became destitutes. Some even went as far as aborting and throwing the foetus in the toilet.

What you don't know is that, your children are your investment. When your bones are withered and your lion cannot roar again, they are the ones that will take care of you. Provided you bring them up in the right way and you lead them through the path that leads to the Kingdom of God.

Invest in your children today, educate and discipline them the right way and you will never regret. Those who are looking unto God for the fruit of the womb, the Lord will bless you with good health, good husband and a God fearing child. *SELF INFLICTED HINDRANCE*
Times without number have we attached to our selves, excessive loads that always result to an impediment in our lives.

In the guise of looking for help or an assistance we get extra luggages from families and friends and the enemies use this as an avenue to hinder our progress.

Lot was a self inflicted hindrance in Abraham's life. He was the excessive luggage proving to be an obstacle in Abraham's journey.

Abraham never settled until he parted way with Lot. All promises God made to Abraham was never fulfilled until their separation because Lot was never in God's program and blessings for Abraham.

How many times have you caused a setback for yourself by getting an extra handbag from the family. The family may have good intention but what about the handbag itself. Several times have they become impediment to your success as they soon become remote camera that monitors your day to day activities and they send negative reports to their masters.

Today, I pray that every Lot that is destabilizing your progress, blessings, health and fruitfulness shall be removed and destroyed in the mighty name of Jesus. Joseph was sold into slavery by his brothers and this led to the fulfillment of his dreams. He eventually became the anchor leg for the children of Israel to flourish.

Moses was thrown away only to end up in the palace to be tutored as a prince in order for God to use him to lead Israelites away from slavery.

Your position or situation today may not be alright for you but have you ever considered the purpose of God for putting you in that situation. Maybe you are there to help others to make a breakthrough.

Instead, you are full of complaints, blaming God for your predicaments or thinking it was the evil machination of one witch or wizard from your village.

If Joseph had not endured, he wouldn't have become the Prime Minister of a foreign nation and if Moses had not endured the hardship and rigour of a princeship he would not have become a five star general that led his people away from slavery.

Review your position today and discover the reason for being there. *KINGDOM OF GOD*
_(Rom. 14:17) For the kingdom of God does not consist of food and drink, but righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit._ Are you righteous?, Do you seek peace and do you really have joy in Holy Spirit? Without all these mentioned above, you cannot enter into the kingdom of God. How prepared are you?
Honestly search your mind. The Centurion knew the type of person he is and he confessed that he is a sinner that Jesus cannot come into his house (Mathew 8:5-13 ) but he was struggling to be righteous and was also seeking the peace and welfare of his wards.
(Psalm 15:1-5) LORD, who may be a guest in your home? _Who may live on your holy hill? 2 Whoever lives a blameless life, does what is right,and speaks honestly. 3 He does not slander, or do harm to others, or insult his neighbor. 4 He despises a reprobate, but honors the LORD’s loyal followers. He makes firm commitments and does not renege on his promise. 5 He does not charge interest when he lends his money. He does not take bribes to testify against the innocent. The one who lives like this will never be upended._

*PERFECT LOVE*
_1John 4:18 There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love._

*INSPIRATION*
Humans are fearful beings. Survival is our primary goal, and the fear of death is one that many people struggle with for their entire lives. God has given us the chance to live without that primary fear. God has allowed all Christians to not fear judgment day and enjoy everlasting life. God's love for us is without fear, but can we say the same? This should be our ultimate goal, one that we must strive for. The reward: a life in heaven, next to our savior, Jesus Christ.

*PRAYER*
Eternal and forgiving God, you have shown me light of truthful and pure love. With all my being I wish to reciprocate it to you. Forgive me, my Lord, for my times of weakness and fear. My faith has wavered, my knees have buckled, my eyes have shed tears, but I pray that you know that I know that you were always with me. I long to stand next to you in heaven, and with each breath I take, I get closer to that day. Merciful God, I pray all of this to your name, Amen. *ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF GOD'S GOODNESS*
Lord, you are the fountain of every blessing. Thank you for creating me and delighting in me. Thank you that I am becoming the person you want me to be. Thank you for giving me so many wonderful gifts. Help me to develop them to the greatest potential, and use them for your glory. Lord, you call me day and night, revealing your will and inviting me to follow you, yet distractions often drown out your voice. Free me from all that hinders me and help me to form habit of attentiveness so that I may know you and follow you faithfully. Help me to trust in you always, coming to you for the fulfillment of all my needs and longings. Holy Spirit, everything I am and have and do flows from your goodness. I rejoice that I belong to you. You desire that my soul be purified of every sin. Draw me closer to you through the limits of my life. Show me how to take the next step away from my weaknesses and towards you.
