NOTE:
• Sacrifice is one of the ways we conquer idolatry and materialism
• Anything stopping one from making sacrifice Is fighting progress
WHAT IS SACRIFICE?
• Sacrifice means to lay down something dear for something that is important
• Giving up something valuable now in order to gain something much better in the future
• To give up, to forfeit, to let go and surrender all
• A means of appreciation
• An expression of love and value for GOD above other things
• An expression of honor and regard for GOD
• An expression of one’s faith
• A sign of brokenness
• It is an index of your total commitment to GOD
