TOPIC: THE GREAT WHITE JUDGMENT THRONE

REVELATION 20:11-15 (NIV)

11: Then I saw a great white throne and him who was seated on it. Earth and sky fled from his presence, and there was no place for them.

12: And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Another book was opened, which is the book of life. The dead were judged according to what they had done as recorded in the books.

13: The sea gave up the dead that were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them, and each person was judged according to what he had done.

14: Then death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the second death.

15: If anyone’s name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.

THE GREAT WHITE JUDGMENT THRONE

The time will come for all humans, living or dead, to face the Great White throne of judgment (vs.11-12) based on their deeds.

Everyone will be judged fairly, as "all have sinned" (Rom.3:23). Believers would have been condemned but Christ's sacrifice paid their penalty (Rom.6:23).

Regardless of how one dies, all souls will be resurrected for judgment. The lost will be judged, while redeemed believers were raised during the Rapture and previous resurrections.

Those not found in the Book of Life will face the "second death" (vs.14-15, cf.Rev.3:5).

QUESTION:
How do you treat your faith in light of the Book of Revelation?

PRAYER:
Lord Jesus, let me not stand before the white judgment Throne for Christ's sake, Amen.

11: Sa'an nan na ga wani babban kursiyi fari, da wanda yake a zaune a kai, sai sama da ƙasa s**a guje wa Zatinsa, s**a ɓace.

12: Sai na ga matattu manya da yara, a tsaitsaye a gaban kursiyin, aka kuma buɗe littattafai. Sai kuma aka buɗe wani littafi, wanda yake shi ne Littafin Rai. Aka kuwa yi wa matattu shari'a bisa ga abin da yake a rubuce a cikin littattafan, gwargwadon aikin da s**a yi.

13: Sai teku ta ba da matattun da suke a cikinta, mutuwa da Hades kuma sun ba da matattun da suke a gare su, aka kuwa yi wa kowa shari'a gwargwadon aikin da ya yi.

14: Sa'an nan aka jefa mutuwa da Hades a tafkin nan na wuta. Wannan ita ce mutuwa ta biyu, wato, tafkin wuta.

15: Duk wanda ba a sami sunansa a rubuce a Littafin Rai ba, sai a jefa shi a tafkin nan na wuta.

HUKUNCIN BABBAN FARIN KURSAYI

A ƙarshe, lokaci ya yi da dukan mutane, masu rai ko matattu, za su bayyana a gaban Farin kursiyin hukunci, aya 12, domin a yi masa shari’a bisa ga ayyukansu.

Za a yi wa kowa shari’a da adalci, domin “dukan mutane sun yi zunubi, sun kasa kuma ga darajar Allah” (Rom.3:23). Za a kuma hukunta Masu Bi, amma Almasihu ya biya sak**akon zunubansu bisa giciye, (Rom.6:23).

Anan, babu maganar ta yaya ne mutum ya mutu, mai karɓar jukunan zai bada matattunsa, bisa ga aya 3. Tabbacin ne cewa kowanne mai rai, matacce ko mai zunubi mai rai, zai zo da rai a tashin matattu.

Anan an tada dukan batattu zuwa ga hukunci, domin wadanda aka fansa sun riga sun tashi a lokacin fyaucewa da kuma bayan tsanani, shekaru dubu da s**a shige, a tashin matattu na farko, kuma waɗannan ba waɗanda aka fada bane a 1Tas.4:13-18; Wahayin Yahaya 20:4-6.

REVELATION 20:7-10 (NIV)

7: When the thousand years are over, Satan will be released from his prison

8: and will go out to deceive the nations in the four corners of the earth—Gog and Magog—to gather them for battle. In number they are like the sand on the seashore.

9: They marched across the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of God’s people, the city he loves. But fire came down from heaven and devoured them.

10: And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

THE INNATE CORRUPTION OF HUMAN NATURE

It is alarming to witness the depths of human depravity, even after experiencing the reign of Christ during the millennium.

When Satan was released from his confinement, he swiftly deceived many, rellying vast numbers to rebel against God.

These people surrounded the camp of the Saints, but they were consumed by fire from heaven.

Satan, alone with the beast and false prophets, faced ultimate judgment in the take off fire.

QUESTION:
Why do so many persist in sin despite God's unwavering forgiveness?

PRAYER:
Dear Lord, empower me to overcome a stubborn spirit and keep me aligned with your will, in Jesus' name, Amen.

Yana da ban tsoro sosai ganin yadda zukatan mutane s**a lalace, sun dandana sarauta mai kyau ta Almasihu a cikin ƙarni sa’ad da aka tsare Shaidan a cikin rami marar matuka. Ana sa ran cewa duk ya k**ata su bi Yesu, amma karanta aya 7&8.

Bayan shekara dubu daya sun cika, za a saki Shaidan daga kurkuku kuma ba da dadewa ba ya zagaya duniya don ya rudi mutane. Kamar yadda ya taba yi, ya tattara su “Daga Gog da Magog, wadanda suke wakiltar kowane babbar taro na mutane k**ar yashin teku, wadanda s**a yi yaki da Allah da mugunta, shi kuma ya halaka su farat daya”, aya 7&8.

Wadannan mutane s**a je s**a kewaye sansanin tsarkaka don yin yaki, amma wuta ta sauko daga sama ta cinye su. An jefa Shaidan da ya yaudare su a cikin tafkin wuta da kibiritu tare da dabba da annabawan karya.

TAMBAYA:
Me ya sa ka ke ganin mutane da yawa s**a ci gaba da yin zunubi duk da gafarar Allah da yawa?

TOPIC: THE ANGEL WITH THE KEY TO BIND SATAN

REVELATION 20:1-6 (NIV)

1: And I saw an angel coming down out of heaven, having the key to the Abyss and holding in his hand a great chain.

2: He seized the dragon, that ancient serpent, who is the devil, or Satan, and bound him for a thousand years.

3: He threw him into the Abyss, and locked and sealed it over him, to keep him from deceiving the nations anymore until the thousand years were ended. After that, he must be set free for a short time.

4: I saw thrones on which were seated those who had been given authority to judge. And I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded because of their testimony for Jesus and because of the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or his image and had not received his mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

5: (The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were ended.) This is the first resurrection.

6: Blessed and holy are those who have part in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ and will reign with him for a thousand years.

THE ANGEL WITH THE KEY TO BIND SATAN

Angels are God's messengers sent to deliver judgment or reward.

Following Christ's Victory over all His enemies at the battle of Armageddon (19:v15-21), an Angel from heaven came with a key and chain and his authorised to bind Satan for a thousand years, vs.1&2.

Satan is bound, and cast into the bottomless pit and denied the power to deceive the nations of the earth for one thousand years.

During this period, believers who came out of the tribulation will be given life and granted authority to judge and rule the world with Christ, vs.4 (see also, 1 Corinthians. 6:2,3; Luke 19:17-19).

QUESTION:
What can make anyone miss the joy of Christ's Victory over Satan at last?

PRAYER:
Lord Jesus, on my pilgrim's Journey, let me always keep in my heart the truth that only Jesus has absolute Power over Satan and demons in Jesus' name. Amen.

2: Sai ya k**a macijin nan, wato, macijin nan na tun dā dā, wanda yake shi ne Ibilis, shi ne kuma Shaiɗan, ya ɗaure shi har shekara dubu,

5: Sauran matattu kuwa, ba su sāke rayuwa ba, sai bayan da shekaran nan dubu s**a cika. Wannan fa shi ne tashin matattu na farko.

6: Duk wanda yake da rabo a tashin nan na farko, mai albarka ne, tsattsarka ne. Mutuwa ta biyu ba ta da iko a kan irin waɗannan, amma za su zama firistocin Allah da na Almasihu, su kuma yi mulki tare da shi har shekara dubu.

MALAIKA ƊA MABUƊIN KULLE SHAIDAN

Abubuwan da s**a faru a nan sun biyo bayan nasarar da Almasihu ya yi a kan dukan makiyansa a yakin Armageddon.

Mala’ika mai iko ya sauko daga sama rike da mabudin da sarka a hannunsa domin ya daure Shaidan har shekara dubu, aya 1&2.

Mala’iku manzannin Allah ne don isar da sakonsa ga kowacce halitta, hukunci ko lada. Anan, saƙon shine a daure Shaidan kuma a jefa shi cikin rami marar matuka, a rufe shi, a sa hatimi a kansa. Ta haka zai rasa ikon rudin al’ummai na duniya na tsawon shekara dubu da Yesu zai yi sarauta a cikinsu.

Wannan shine lokacin da aka baiwa Masu Bi ikon yin hukunci da mulkin duniya tare da Almasihu, duba 1 Korintiyawa 6:2&3; Luka 19:17&19. Wadanda s**a fito daga cikin tsananin za a sāke ba su rai, kuma za su yi mulki tare da Almasihu, aya 4.

Menene zai iya sa kowa ya rasa farin cikin nasarar da Almasihu yayi a kan Shaidan daga karshe?

TOPIC: THE RIDER ON THE WHITEHORSE: BATTLE OF ARMAGEDDON

REVELATION 19:11-21 [NIV]

11: I saw heaven standing open and there before me was a white horse, whose rider is called Faithful and True. With justice he judges and makes war.

12: His eyes are like blazing fire, and on his head are many crowns. He has a name written on him that no one knows but he himself.

13: He is dressed in a robe dipped in blood, and his name is the Word of God.

14: The armies of heaven were following him, riding on white horses and dressed in fine linen, white and clean.

15: Out of his mouth comes a sharp sword with which to strike down the nations. “He will rule them with an iron scepter.” He treads the winepress of the fury of the wrath of God Almighty.

16: On his robe and on his thigh he has this name written:

king of kings and lord of lords.

17: And I saw an angel standing in the sun, who cried in a loud voice to all the birds flying in midair, “Come, gather together for the great supper of God,

18: so that you may eat the flesh of kings, generals, and mighty men, of horses and their riders, and the flesh of all people, free and slave, small and great.”

19: Then I saw the beast and the kings of the earth and their armies gathered together to make war against the rider on the horse and his army.

20: But the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who had performed the miraculous signs on his behalf. With these signs he had deluded those who had received the mark of the beast and worshiped his image. The two of them were thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur.

21: The rest of them were killed with the sword that came out of the mouth of the rider on the horse, and all the birds gorged themselves on their flesh.

THE RIDER ON THE WHITEHORSE: BATTLE OF ARMAGEDDON

John describes a rider of a white horse, symbolizing Jesus, coming for battle rather than peace.

His titles include "KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS," and he lead the armies of Heaven against the beast and the Kings of the earth in the final battle of Armageddon [vs.11-21].

QUESTION:
What should we do with the known king of kings and lord of Lords?

PRAYER:
Lord Jesus, I pray that the hearts of the Kings of the Earth be melted and start living righteously for Christ's sake, Amen.

ECWA Education Administrators’ Conference Concludes with a Call for Holistic Wellness in Schools

Rev. Dr. Ayuba Asheshe, the General Secretary of the Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA), officially declared opened the two-day ECWA Education Administrators’ Conference on August 20, 2026, at the ECWA Headquarters Conference Centre in Jos. Representing the ECWA President, Rev. Dr. Asheshe led the high-level assembly of school administrators, principals, primary school coordinators, and head teachers under the theme, “Wellness in ECWA Schools for Educational Performance.”

In his keynote declaration, Rev. Dr. Asheshe charged participants to pursue excellence in their respective institutions by prioritizing the comprehensive well-being of students and staff. He emphasized that a wellness-centered approach is instrumental not only in elevating academic outcomes but also in cultivating purposeful and value-driven lifestyles among learners, consistent with the foundational ethos of ECWA educational institutions.

Delivering the conference's keynote address, Rev. Prof. Stephen Oluwarotimi Baba, Director of the ECWA Education Department, reinforced the critical role of education in societal development. He underscored the unique mandate of educators as both problem solvers and catalysts for positive transformation, urging them to remain steadfast in their pedagogical responsibilities.

The conference featured a robust series of technical presentations addressing the multifaceted dimensions of wellness. Mrs. Elizabeth Luka led the first session with a paper titled “Dietary Wellness,” advocating for balanced nutrition as a cornerstone of physical health and cognitive function. Rev. Oladele Olarewaju Lere-Jimmy followed with a presentation on “Substance Consumption and Its Related Risks,” charging administrators to intensify awareness campaigns against illicit substances among the student population. Dr. Dapap concluded the sessions with an in-depth discourse on “Mental Health,” stressing that sound mental well-being is indispensable for sustainable productivity and a healthy lifestyle.

The proceedings culminated with a closing ceremony where Rev. Dr. Ayuba Asheshe expressed profound appreciation to the delegates for their resilience and unwavering commitment to the advancement of Nigeria’s education sector.
