NEW MONTH DECLARATION
Dearly Beloved,
With the joy of the Lord in my heart, I welcome you to the month of August in the year of our divine Multiplications.

God has been faithful to His words for as many that believe and key into it. Taking us through the themes we have had in this year. January exposed the year to us as our year of divine multiplications. February launched us into Divine speed. With this speed, we walked through the month of March with Divine Ease. It was easy for us to enjoy those blessings in April because of the Total Freedom we enjoyed. Just because our freedom was total, we were able to have all things pertaining to life in Abundance in the month of May. The resultant effect of abundance was a Net-Breaking Catch Experience in June. In July, beyond the catching of fish, Jesus perfectly transformed Peter's life (just like you and I) from being an ordinary fisherman to a fisher of men. In deed, the month of July was characterized with perfection/completion.

Beloved, have you ever noticed the spiritual implication of number 8 in the bible. Worthy of note is the fact contained In the book of Genesis. God created the heavens and the Earth in seven days. When God rested on the 7th day, the following day, which was the eighth day, signified a new creation, new order, and spiritual life. This set the pace for other implications of the number 8 (This shall be explored in our various teachings this month)
Until we are transformed into the likeness of God we keep living in the shadow of ourselves. Peter's life changed after the encounter by the riverside. He was no longer the Peter we used to know. In this month, God is set to change your story. And to do that, He is changing you first. The reason you are still at the level you are is because you are still who you used to be

The bible in Luke 5:36-38 says
And he spake also a parable unto them; No man putteth a piece of a new garment upon an old; if otherwise, then both the new maketh a rent, and the piece that was taken out of the new agreeth not with the old.
And no one puts new wine into old wineskins; otherwise the new wine will burst the skins and it will be spilled out, and the skins will be ruined. But new wine must be put into fresh wineskins.

Isa 62:2 says
The nations will see your righteousness,
And all kings your glory; And you will be called by a new name which the mouth of the Lord will designate.
Did you start the year on a wrong note?
Does it seems to you that everything is over?
Are you tired of the life you're living?
I have a goodnews for you. This month, get set for a new experience, new encounter, new mandate, new direction, new vision that will make divine multiplications a reality in your life.

It is to this end I declare the month of August as our month of NEW THINGS

Happy new month to you All

NEW MONTH DECLARATION
Dearly Beloved,
It gladdens my heart to welcome you to the month of March. Undoubtedly, the month of February was historic in the lives of our dear country. The just concluded month which was declared as month of Supernatural Speed was characterized with series of challenges ranging from naira scarcity, hike in fuel pump price, academic standstill, unrest, and lots more. But for those who are spiritually sensitive, you'll agree with me that indeed, God was (and still ) at work in ensuring the fulfilment of His promise.
Of a truth, many will go through the new month struggling and sweating profusely to get things done, but for us our case is different.
In alignment with 2023 mandate (year of Divine Multiplications) & having encountered supernatural speed to fulfill this mandate, it is possible to mount on eagles wings and fly in the atmosphere of ease.
In 1 Kings 18:44-46, we read the story of how God granted Elijah divine speed that he outran the king’s chariot. Elijah did not struggle to achieve this because God's hands was upon him.
In Isa 10:27 the bible says And it shall come to pass in that day, that his burden shall be taken away from off thy shoulder and his yoke from off thy neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing
Hear this, heavy weight and burdens hinder speed. As for you, God's anointing is coming upon your head to easy your affairs. So, you've got to personalize the word of God coming to you through His servant. And the word is this: in the month of March, you're divinely matching forward with ease.

It is on this note that I declare the month of March as your month of Divine Ease

TOPIC:GIVING PATTERN BY GOD'S PEOPLE

BIBLE READING:
EXODUS 35:4-10

KEY VERSE:
“And they came, every one whose heart stirred him up, and every one whom his spirit made willing, and they brought the LORD's offering to the work of the tabernacle of the congregation.”Exodus 35:21

MEDITATION:
In the text for today, God instructed Moses to take offering for the building of the Tabernacle. However, God did not want everyone to participate in giving the offering. Only those who had willing hearts were to be partakers in the giving of this offering. The Lord's offering was collected in Exodus 35:4–35 and Exodus 36:1–7. These scriptures reveal the pattern and lesson in kingdom financing. When churches want to embark on projects that will add value to God's work, leaders must receive clear instructions from God before they go to God's people to request them to give. Notice that Moses spoke to the people at the instance of God. The lesson here is that Lord's Tabernacle will be built without stress when God commands it. The people gave so much that Moses had to stop them from giving (Exodus 36:5-6).Also note that only the willing-hearted came to give. They came because their heart was stirred within them, and their spirit was willing. They did not come because Moses prophesied wealth or abundance. Moses did not cajole or coerce them into giving. He simply delivered a simple message from the Lord to His people. Skilled labourers used their skills in the building of the Tabernacle. The giving pattern was in response to projects that God is interested in.Do you give because you were cajoled or promises of immediate reward was made to you?

PRAYER:
Dear Lord, create in me a willing heart to give to your work.

TOPIC:LAZINESS IS A CHOICE

BIBLE READING:
PROVERBS 6:6-11
6 Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise!7 It has no commander, no overseer or ruler,8 yet it stores its provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest.9 How long will you lie there, you sluggard? When will you get up from your sleep?10 A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to rest11 and poverty will come on you like a thief and scarcity like an armed man.

KEY VERSE:
“The sluggard will not plough by reason of the cold; therefore shall he beg in harvest.”Proverbs 20:4

MEDITATION:
Some in life have made the choice to be lazy, and are quick to blame others for their lack of success. They live by manipulating and using others for their own selfish purposes. Many sometimes forget that the freewill God gives us to exercise by making our choices in life can be directed positively for their good, and to bless others, or negatively for self-destruction. God has deposited in each of us natural talents and abilities, as well as spiritual gifts for one reason - use them to produce quality results that have potential for both earthly and eternal rewards. The parable of talents in Matthew 25:14-30, where five, two and one talents were given to 3 stewards respectively by their master based on their abilities is instructive. Recall that the one who had one talent went to bury it. He made the choice not to work with his hands. He was simply lazy, and he paid dearly for it. Infact, Jesus called him an unprofitable servant (vs. 30). Therefore, if you desire to be successful, the following must be avoided: never underestimate your abilities or belittle yourself; don't count yourself out; never use your ethnicity, lack of education or poor background as an excuse; don't use your age as an excuse for not pursuing your ambition or goals; don't use your current circumstance or disadvantage as an excuse. You must quit laziness! It enslaves and demeans a human being. When last did you do genuine re-introspection to honestly position yourself?

PRAYER:
Oh Lord, deliver me from the company of the unprofitable servant.

TOPIC:THE RETURN OF THE PRODIGAL

BIBLE READING:
LUKE 15:11-24
11 Jesus continued: “There was a man who had two sons. 12 The younger one said to his father, ‘Father, give me my share of the estate.’ So he divided his property between them.13 “Not long after that, the younger son got together all he had, set off for a distant country and there squandered his wealth in wild living. 14 After he had spent everything, there was a severe famine in that whole country, and he began to be in need. 15 So he went and hired himself out to a citizen of that country, who sent him to his fields to feed pigs. 16 He longed to fill his stomach with the pods that the pigs were eating, but no one gave him anything.17 “When he came to his senses, he said, ‘How many of my father’s hired servants have food to spare, and here I am starving to death! 18 I will set out and go back to my father and say to him: Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you. 19 I am no longer worthy to be called your son; make me like one of your hired servants.’ 20 So he got up and went to his father. “But while he was still a long way off, his father saw him and was filled with compassion for him; he ran to his son, threw his arms around him and kissed him.21 “The son said to him, ‘Father, I have sinned against heaven and against you. I am no longer worthy to be called your son.’22 “But the father said to his servants, ‘Quick! Bring the best robe and put it on him. Put a ring on his finger and sandals on his feet. 23 Bring the fattened calf and kill it. Let’s have a feast and celebrate. 24 For this son of mine was dead and is alive again; he was lost and is found.’ So they began to celebrate.

KEY VERSE:
And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him.Luke 15:20

MEDITATION:
One of the most agonising moments in the life of any family is the 'straying away' of a loved child from home. The story in today's bible reading is not only centred on the prodigal child, but also on the father's response to the return of a lost son. The young man wanted unfettered freedom and liberty far away from his father's control. He thought of exploring the world around him. Spiritually, living far away from home may not necessarily be measured by distance. People can live under their parents in same house, but may yet be far away from home. The danger of leaving one's home and the comfort therein could be grave. Free from home, and his father's watchful eyes, the young man wasted his substance in riotous living and with prostitutes. He was free from control and discipline. Freedom from godly discipline is deadly to any person, not just children! When one moves out of God's presence, he ceases from dwelling under His protective cover. Like Jonah was brought back to his senses by a loving father after his ordeal in the belly of the fish the father of the prodigal son waited expectantly for the return of his lost son. The boy returned to the warm embrace of his father when he had come to his senses and returned home. What will you define as true freedom in life?

PRAYER:
Dear Lord, please teach me what true freedom is in life.

TOPIC:SACRIFICE OR BROKEN AND CONTRITE HEART

BIBLE READING:
PSALMS 51:15-19
15 Open my lips, Lord, and my mouth will declare your praise.16 You do not delight in sacrifice, or I would bring it; you do not take pleasure in burnt offerings.17 My sacrifice, O God, is a broken spirit; a broken and contrite heart you, God, will not despise.18 May it please you to prosper Zion, to build up the walls of Jerusalem.19 Then you will delight in the sacrifices of the righteous, in burnt offerings offered whole; then bulls will be offered on your altar.

KEY VERSE:
“The sacrifice of God are a broken spirit: a broken and contrite heart, O God, thou will not despise.”Psalm 51:17

MEDITATION:
David was remorsefully and repentantly praying before God following the sin of adultery with Bathsheba and murder of her husband, Uriah (2 Samuel 11). When God rebuked David, he was repentant. He acknowledged that it wasn't sacrifices or gifts that would appease God. He had plenty of such sacrifices he could bring to God. But he noted that what God delighted in was a broken, humble and repentant heart, because he knew God would not reject such. By a sharp contrast, when King Saul was instructed to destroy everything about the Amalekites, and he chose to disobey God, he brought sheep and goats for sacrifice, which he reckoned would appease God. He goofed badly! God was angry and rejected him as king (1 Samuel 15). God cannot be hoodwinked into overlooking sin by our material offerings, no matter how big. When we have fallen short and sinned, all He asks us to do is to humble ourselves, pray and ask for forgiveness from a remorseful and repentant heart. Afterwards, the very gifts and sacrifices we bring to Him in place of genuine heart repentance came from Him! That's attempting to 'bribe' God with His own money! How foolish we can be sometimes! The state of our hearts maters to God the most and it will be our wisdom to align ourselves with this principle in our Christian walk. When have you tried to use your gifts or talents or treasure to circumvent a genuine need of repentance that would save your soul?

PRAYER:
Create in me O Lord a clean heart today and always.
