*Note...“7And as you go, preach, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven is at hand.’ 8Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. FREELY YOU HAVE RECEIVED, FREELY GIVE.." Matt 10:7-8.*
*FREELY RECEIVED, FREELY GIVE.*
In the parable of dragnet- Matt 13:47-51, the Lord Jesus charged believers to enclose some of every kind in the kingdom dragnet. So when He sent the 12 disciples on a mission, as recorded in our text, as part of His charge, He instructed to give FREELY to EVERYONE, since they had also received freely- see our opening scripture Note, above.

Let's take a further look at the different kinds around us, who need to meet the Lord Jesus:
*5. Nicodemus: a Spiritual Leader of the Jews. John 19:38-40, John3:1-19* The account of the burial of the Lord Jesus after His crucifixion includes that: *"..39And there came also NICODEMUS, WHICH AT THE FIRST CAME TO JESUS BY NIGHT, and brought a mixture of myrrh and aloes,... 40Then took they the body of Jesus,..to bury." John 19. Kjv.* Joseph of Arimethea and Nicodemus were mentioned as prominent citizens, involved at this critical time that most followers distanced themselves from Christ. Indeed, Nicodemus's born again identity couldn't be doubted.

*6. Anna: A Devout, Righteous widow, and Prophetess. Luke 2:36-38.* At the presentation of the child Jesus Christ: *".. 38And coming in that instant she gave thanks to the Lord, and SPOKE of HIM TO ALL THOSE WHO LOOKED for REDEMPTION in JERUSALEM. Luke 2:21-24, 36-38. Nkjv.* It's evident that apparent religious, as well as truly devout spiritual leaders, also need the salvation of God through the Lord Jesus Christ, to advance Christ's kingdom effectively. They're also all around, and we must pray for, and reach them too.
PRAYER.
Our Lord and God, You know best how to reach those who profess to know you, but don't, as well as how to ignite the faith and fire in those you have kept to serve you. As we pray, create the hunger in them, and perfect your work in them through us, for the enlargement of your kingdom. In Jesus Name. Amen.
