Title: They will hear

Text: And her neighbors and her cousins heard how the Lord had shewed great mercy upon her, and they rejoiced with her. - Luke 1: 58 KJV

Testimonies tell their own story. Testimonies speak. Testimonies tell of what God can do and what He will do. Mary had gone through a period of barrenness. Her neighbors heard what God had done for her. Some of those neighbors must have poked fun at her before now. They called her barren, an old woman, childless, a man, etc. They put a label on her- Elizabeth, whom they called barren. God did not let the label or tag stick. He removed the barren tag the world had given her. Her mess was over. God knows how to turn your story to glory and your shame to fame. Men will hear your story. They saw you when you were down, but next time they see you, you will be up. Get ready for your testimony, for it will come, and they shall hear—a testimony of the great things God has done for you.

TODAY'S PRAYER: My world will yet hear and see God turn my test into a testimony and my shame into glory.

Title: Darkness is not your master

Text: Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son. - Colossians 1:13 KJV

The word of God says the child of God has been delivered from the power of darkness. Jesus suffered, died, and rose again, and gave us victory over hell, sin, and the curse of the law. Satan is not your lord, and the works of darkness - sickness, poverty, failure, oppression, and shame do not rule over you. Demons don't dominate you except you allow them through ignorance of what God has done for you and who you are in Christ. No wonder the Apostle Paul, inspired by the Holy Spirit, was writing that the eyes of the church be open to understand what God did for us in Christ. You have been removed from the kingdom of darkness. You have been transferred out of the kingdom of darkness. Know it. Believe it. Enforce your freedom by faith, and it shall be enforced. You do not belong in the kingdom of darkness. You have been removed, so refuse to let darkness dominate or rule you.

TODAY'S PRAYER: I am no longer a slave to sin, and I am a child of God who has been set free from the dominion of darkness.
