I BELIEVE IN THE CHURCH; BUT I HATE RELIGION –
(Winning Wisdom, Episode 009)
Why do I still need to tell people that I believe in the
church? It is because of my hatred for religion. Some
people who are yet to understand the difference
between playing church (which is religion) and the real
Christ-like life tend to think it is the church you are
against when you are actually against religion. The
church of the living God still remains the only hope for
the perishing world.
Please if you don’t gain any other thing from this
write-up today, never lose sight of this – THE CHURCH
IS THE PEOPLE. THE CHURCH IS NOT A PLACE. The
church is not the sanctuary. The church is not the
synagogue. The church is not the building. THE
CHURCH IS THE BODY OF CHRIST.
Don’t let anyone fool you that until you are in a
particular place, you are not serving God. Most of such
people are either the blind leading the blind or they are
using you for selfish purposes. The church is not a
congregation of babies who are always in need and in
want of things from God but cannot get it from their
Father without the assistant of a pastor. The church is
not a nursery school where we spoon-feed people
eternally; the church is supposed to an association of
Kingdom giants.
Anyone who does not acknowledge the gift of God in
you enough to start showing you how you can use it
to bless your world should not be your pastor. Anyone
who tells you that your gift is only mostly useful in a
building or in a place of worship is a religious fanatic;
please don’t follow him.
Greatness is the heartbeat of God for every of his
children. Your greatness should not be limited only
inside your congregation. As a matter of fact, a good
leader should show you how you can be a blessing to
your world in a grand style. A good leader should
teach you how to think big and not think small. A
loving leader should show you how you can use your
gift to expand God’s Kingdom in your sphere of
influence. This is what is referred to as empowerment.
Empowerment is not fasting and praying for months
so that you can expect to get a new job in the New
Year. True empowerment is receiving the ability and the
Grace to fulfill your destiny in a glorious way.
George Washington Carver was a man that heard the
voice of God in an unprecedented manner. Through his
relationship with God, he was able to do unimaginable
things. If he had been caged in a building, and
inflicted with the pulpit spirit, his destiny would have
been largely limited by religion. He would not have
been such a tremendous blessing to his world, and
earned so much respect and dignity for the black race
who were once condemned to be slaves.
The gatherings of the saints of God should be for the
purpose of bringing down solutions from heaven to
solve the problems of mankind; it should not be for
unproductive religious practices. George Washington
Carver would several times lock himself in the
laboratory or forget himself in the Garden just to make
the will of God done on earth as it is in heaven. He
asked God to teach him about the peanut. And God
gave him more than 300 applications of the peanut
that we are all benefiting from till today. That is a
good way to make our God proud.
God does not feel proud if all we do is spend several
hours in prayer and bible study without coming out
with practical steps to transform our society. Prayer
and Bible are not for us to feel good as serious
religious Christians. God is interested in our results
(fruits), not our activities. Yet, most people are now
celebrating their activities instead of results. If you
have been involved in this kind of life, please stop
deceiving yourself. What God wants to see is your
fruits. What God is interested in is seeing how much of
Kingdom influence you have been able to bring to your
society and to your world.
Again, I like to make it clear. The church is the solution
to the problems of mankind, and NOT RELIGION. What
most people are busy doing in their auditoriums is
religion. Religion is the reason why pastors are more
interested in identifying those who are paying tithes
rather than those who understand the meaning of
tithes. Religion is the reason why pastors prefer to tell
you to be very active and faithful in the sanctuary but
they don’t emphasize to you that you are a gift to the
entire body of Christ and to the world. Religion is the
reason they think you are on your way to hell if you
miss church on a Sunday morning or you miss any of
the ‘important’ services. Religion is the reason why
they emphasize how well you must give money but
forget to teach you how to make money. They keep
telling you to give but they never reiterate in your ears
that you should let money start working for you so that
you are no longer a slave to money. Religion is the
reason why all they want to do is to prepare you for
heaven, and make you largely irrelevant on the earth.
I hate religion with all my heart. Religion is one of the
major causes of the backwardness of the black race.
Religion does not teach you how to live for people; it
teaches you how to live for the sanctuary. Religion is
what makes you think that you need to get to a
particular auditorium or sanctuary before you can meet
with God. If you claim to be a Christian, when did God
stop living inside of you? Jesus made it clear that true
worshipers do not need to go to any mountain (place)
any longer to have an encounter with God. True
worshipers worship God in spirit and in truth.
Religion is what makes people say Holy Spirit lives
inside of them, yet they refer to themselves as sinners.
If you call yourself a sinner, stop saying you have the
Holy Spirit. He does not abide in a sinful place.
Religion is an instrument of the devil to steal, to kill,
and to destroy. God has called me as a bullet in His
gun to kill every from of religion that is limiting His
people. Religion is what emphasizes law (do’s and
don’ts) but does not show you how to believe in the
nature of Christ in you in order to live a victorious life.
Religion is what tells people to serve God for what they
can get, and not tell them to serve Him with what He
has given them by Grace. Religion is what tells people
that God blesses them based on what they do instead
of telling them to do great things because they are
already blessed.
Religion is what makes a pastor tell you to believe God
to do something for you without telling you to believe
in what God has already put inside of you. It is
religion that emphasizes spiritual things to the point
that you begin to lose your common sense.
Please, if you notice any form of religion in my life,
kindly show me some love by letting me know so I can
make amends as soon as possible. I encourage you to
express your hatred for religion as much as possible.
God hates it so much. Because it is against His nature.
He is called the truth, the way and the life. Choose to
live for the TRUTH instead of religion. Religion is a lie
of the devil. Choose to lead someone in the right WAY.
Refuse to allow religion take away people’s glorious
LIFE from them. And great will be your reward on earth
and in heaven.

IRRESPONSIBLE GIVERS ARE BAD MANAGERS; THEY
ARE NOT KINGDOM SEEKERS – (Winning Wisdom,
Episode 034)
God told Adam in the Garden of Eden to be fruitful, to
multiply and to replenish the earth. This simple
command means nothing else but to manage the earth
productively and profitably. But you need to know that
it was not just a command; it was also a blessing. It is
such a tremendous blessing to be a manager of the
resources of this earth. But so many people have lost
their management skills.
Several people do not even know anything about
working hard to develop their management
capabilities. Such people are the kind of people who
will say “I don’t care what my Pastors do with my
money; all I know is that I am obeying God, if they use
it for a wrong purpose, God will judge them”. Such
statements are irresponsible statements. People who
make such statements do NOT truly have the love of
the Kingdom in their hearts.
Of what reward and benefit is it to you that God judge
your pastors for misusing resources entrusted into
your hands? You think you love God by obeying Him in
blindness. But how come you have little or no idea
about what it means to seek the Kingdom of God on
earth?
If you love the Kingdom of God, you want to do
everything to manage the resources of the Kingdom
very profitably. You want to make sure that you are not
just giving but you are actually seeing Kingdom
expansion taking place as a result of your giving.
Responsible people do not just ‘sow’ seeds anyhow.
They give money for targeted specific purposes. They
give money when they know that their labor of love will
transform people’s lives. They are not lackadaisical
about how the work of God is being done. They know
that the essence of the Kingdom of God is to bring
solutions to the problems of mankind.
When Jesus announced that the Kingdom of God was
now on earth, He was simply saying the time has come
for the reign of satan and evil to be over. Yet, the more
you give, the more evil and suffering is increasing in
the society, and you think you are doing God a favor.
Please begin to find out the results of your giving. You
are here on earth to seek FIRST God’s Kingdom, and
not self-gratification and self-righteousness of
obeying the law that has already been fulfilled in
Jesus.
The Kingdom of God is not about religion. It is not
about obeying God foolishly. The Kingdom of God is
not about being zealous without knowledge. The
Kingdom of God is not about having a form of
godliness but lacking the power thereof. The Kingdom
of God is about serving the purposes of God with
understanding. Jesus who brought the Kingdom of His
Father to this earth told us very clearly that He no
longer calls us servants (who do not have an idea of
what their master does). Now, He calls us friends so we
can know all things as He knows. Now, we are joint
heirs with Him, and as He is so are we in this world.
Yet, some people are priding themselves in their
ignorance. They are proudly saying they do not want
to know what their tithes is being used for. They are
simply saying nothing concerns them about WHAT the
Master is doing and HOW the master is doing it. Even
if their resources are not yielding the Kingdom
expected results, they don’t care.
Well, I like to tell you that it is because of your
uncaring and non-challant attitude that you have not
been able to touch many lives. It is because of this
attitude you are not fulfilling your destiny. It is
because of this you are trapped in a job you hate with
the meager salary that can barely feed hundred people.
Yet, you keep gratifying yourself because you don’t
miss your tithe.
Until you get serious and prudent about maximizing
every resource that God is giving you, you may end up
as a nonentity in life. You are not on earth to just be
waiting for heaven. If going to heaven is your sole
purpose of being on earth, God would have killed you
immediately you became born again. You are here on
earth to fulfill destiny and transform lives and nations.
And until you learn how to manage your resources,
and direct them to fulfill specific Kingdom goals, you
are simply wasting your time.
Many unbelievers have been good managers of the
resources on the earth, and that is why God is letting
them manage more. Yet you keep shouting that the
righteous will inherit the riches of the gentiles. Do you
think God is an unreasonable person? Do you think
God is partial? He rains on both the good and the evil.
If unbelievers are the best managers, He lets them
manage more resources, and even witches and
wizards will find it extremely hard to stop them.
All you need to free yourself from those generational
curses you are almost worshiping, as the reason for
your limitation is to acquire exceptional management
wisdom and skills from God. God has given you so
many useful resources. You have so much treasures
inside of you. If you learn how to manage them very
wisely, you will discover that generational curses are a
piece of crap.
The Kingdom of God is not in meat and drink. You
claim to know the Kingdom of God but all you are
thinking about is meat in the cathedral and the evil in
the society keeps multiplying on a daily basis. What
then is the purpose of the Kingdom of God if it is not
to quench every form of evil that is troubling mankind?
The Kingdom of God is not just for the feeding of
pastors so that they can preach to us. I am not
against pastors feeding but the Kingdom of God is for
transformation of lives. Therefore, if all the money you
are giving is not leading to the transformation of
destinies, you are wasting your money. It does not
matter how many buses you buy or how many
buildings you build, if the society is not feeling the
impact of the presence of God among you, you have
missed the mark. If your light is not shining to elevate
the nation from the despondence of poverty and
mediocrity, what you are parading is not Kingdom; it is
simply religion.
The Kingdom of God is to decorate people’s lives NOT
just to decorate buildings. The Kingdom of God is for
giving birth to songs of joy and abundance in families,
not just to buy musical instruments in the sanctuary.
What is the essence of all the music and dancing if
your light is not shining very bright such that you
become the envy of the world?
How come Jesus was so focused on changing lives
and shaping destinies when He was on earth, instead
of building cathedrals? Is it not this same Jesus we
should follow? I am not saying places of worship are
bad, but let us learn to put first things first. Let us
understand the priority of the Kingdom of God. The
priority of the Kingdom of God is people, and not
congregational ego and show-off.
Jesus showed us His priority. He went about doing
good, healing all who were oppressed. Without
understanding the Kingdom, all you will do with your
life is to obey the law BUT you will never go about
doing good. You will give tithes and offering and you
will think you are done with life. You will allow religion
to waste the precious life that God has given you, that
is supposed to touch millions of people on the
complacency of obeying the do’s and don’ts of the
law.
Please know that the Kingdom of God is all about
righteousness, peace and joy in the hearts and lives of
people. Therefore, if you are truly seeking the Kingdom
of God, when you give money, begin to make sure that
it will increase the Joy of the Lord in the hearts of
people; begin to make sure that your seed will let
righteousness reign in the land; begin to make sure
that your giving will lead to people starting to live in
peace and harmony.
Where your heart is, your treasure is there also. Let
your heart be in the purpose of your giving. Refuse to
be a wasteful steward if you want to be entrusted to
manage more resources for your King. Choose to live a
responsible life. Learn to multiply your resources.
The blessing of multiplication is already in you. One of
the best ways to know if you have been sowing your
seeds correctly is that your seeds gets multiplied over
time. It means if you are doing it responsibly, the more
you give, the more you are able to give. But when you
are giving and things are getting worse for you, you
have been irresponsible. Do your due diligence and
begin to live a great life.

CHRISTIANITY IS NOT A RELIGION; STOP BEING
FOOLED_PART 2 – (Winning Wisdom, Episode 025)
Why else would people decide to deactivate their brains
and put it in their pockets before they enter church
services? They listen to sermons from some ‘powerful’
man of God, and they gullibly open their hearts to all
manner of errors without questioning anything. How
else will someone tell you that you need to sow some
seeds to him before you can be prosperous and you
believe? Simple common sense should have told you
that IF it is seed sowing that makes prosperous, the
person should be the one sowing seed to you so he
can be prosperous as well. If the law of sowing and
reaping by giving money to someone is so much potent
and working like he claims, then he doesn’t need to
appeal to you to sow to him.
The Bible says “be ye transformed by the renewing of
your mind”. He did not say you should be transformed
by renewing your spirit. Your spirit does not need
renewal; you are already a new Creation if you believe
and profess Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. If
your mind is to be renewed, don’t you know your brain
is also supposed to work? Christians please begin to
use your brains. God gave you your brain as a tool
needed by your spirit man to dominate the earth. If you
refuse to use it (under the authority of the Spirit of
God), you are simply donating your neck to religion for
a wicked slaughter. No matter how much spiritual you
claim to be, if you don’t think, you will stink. It is
religion that makes people stink. When you are
stinking, it means you have nothing in your life that
will attract people to Christ.
Christ did not die for you so that you will be sinking in
life; He died so you can reign as a King on the earth.
The reason why people are getting tired of you is
because you don’t have anything to show but your
impotent and fruitless religion. If what you have
cannot transform lives and cause the development of
your nation, it is not Christ; what you have is religion,
and it is useless to your world. The power of Christ is
a transforming power. The power of Christ makes you
the head and not the tail. The power of Christ takes
you from shame to fame. With the power of Christ, your
country should not be famous for corruption. With the
power of Christ, your country should be discipling
nations, and not begging nations for help. When you
embrace religion instead of Christ, the more you pray,
the worse things become in the country. With the
power of Christ, your life should be full of Grace and
NOT disgrace. Now, please tell me – what do you
have? Is it religion or Christ?
When people become deeply engulfed in the flood of
religion, they lose all forms of analytical thinking
capabilities. And they begin to live life with zero
discretion. Even people that know nothing about
spiritual things are doing exceedingly exceptional
things in life. Yet, the only thing some Christians can
boast of are their unproductive self-gratifying spiritual
experiences. It does not matter how many times you
fall under the anointing, if you are always rising up as
a victim, you are not receiving anointing; you are
simply practicing insanity.
For all the spiritual experiences you have claimed to
have for all these years, where is the positive
transformation taking place in your life? How far have
you gone in the fulfilment of your glorious destiny?
Does it make sense that you are reputed to be the
‘hardest’ praying person, yet you are one of the most
backward people around? My friend, real prayer does
not make people backward; it is religion that renders
people useless.
Real prayer is talking clearly to God and hearing back
from God. Real prayer fuels you with passion to live a
glorious life, and not a mediocre life. Real prayer
delivers to you convincing strategies of making your
world a better place. Stop wasting your time thinking
you are praying if no advancement is taking place in
your life. True prayer gets immediate replies from God.
Until you get a reply from God, you have not truly
prayed. Please go and learn how to do it properly, and
free yourself from every time-wasting religion.
Any worship, or sermon or doctrine that will deny you
the use of your brain is from the pit of hell. If your
brain is not useful, God would not have ever given it to
you. Even God (who is greater than any man) says you
should come unto Him so that you can reason
together. But how do you want to reason if you no
longer make use of your mind? In fact, in many
assemblies, they never want you to reason together; all
they want is for you to cluelessly accept whatever they
say. They are happy once you are a non-thinking
person.
Imagine this happening in a sane society - Pastor told
a congregation to start eating grass, and they think
they are receiving ‘anointing’. They are not receiving
anointing; what they are receiving is a beating. If they
have to put a heavy loud speaker on you before you
receive ‘power’; I like to let you know that it is not
power you are receiving; you are simply being an
animal. Religion has killed so many people. They are
on the earth but they are living corpses. Religion has
done a bad job of converting a lot of well-grown adults
into senseless animals.
What else is as fruitless as religion? Religion is an
attempt to reach God while Christianity is God Himself
living inside of you. Religion is being subject to the
elements of the world while Christianity is the Victory
that overcomes the world, even our Faith. Religion is
trying to serve God as a servant / slave in order to get
something from God while Christianity is being
empowered to be Sons, and joint Heirs with Christ.
Religion is all about struggling with the stronghold of
sin and flesh while Christianity is the freedom of the
Spirit of life in Christ Jesus that nullifies the limiting
law of sin and death. Religion is about fighting devils
and demonic powers, while Christianity is being
conscious of who you are as more than a conqueror.
True Christianity is knowing that He that is in you is
greater than He that is in the world.
I hate religion with all my heart. If not for religion,
Nigeria would have been one of the greatest nations in
the world. Nigeria has the biggest church assemblies,
and the highest number of pastors compared to any
other country. Imagine if all the Christians in Nigeria
and Africa are not into religion. Imagine if every
Christian understands that they are the LIGHT of the
world. Imagine that most Christians in your country
have adequate understanding of who they are to the
point that they are looking for every form of darkness
in the society in order to quench it with the great
LIGHT within them. Think about how sweet our story
would have been if we understand how royal we are as
a priesthood.
How can you have so many church gatherings in your
country and the darkness keep getting thicker by the
day? Are you continuously keeping your light under
the bushel or you never really got any light inside of
you? Light signifies solutions; but religion has made
many Christians specialize in crying about their
problems. Jesus said you should let your light so shine
before men that they may see your good works and
glorify your Father in heaven; but all you are doing is
to pray, and when you are not praying, you are
complaining.
Yet without shinning their light to the world, religion
has instead made leaders engage in the habit of
continuously and endlessly spoon-feeding babies in
the church and milking them of their hard-earned
money, without growing them into Sons to go
transform the society and the world for Christ. Will you
keep watching religion in the church or you are ready
to kill it as I am? Do you want to continue wasting
your time on religion or you truly want to live as a
Christian? The choice is yours!

STOP GIVING MONEY TO GOD; HE DOESN’T NEED
MONEY – (Winning Wisdom, Episode 033)
The idea of giving money to God, if not thoroughly
understood can become a dead religion without you
being aware of it. They might have told you that you
are giving your money to God as a baby Christian. But
please grow up, and refuse to remain a baby for life.
God is not a human being. He does NOT ever use
money.
It is only the people on this earth who need money.
God is not in want; He is not in need. He created
everything on this earth. He put everything we would
ever need on earth, before He even created us.
Therefore, to say that you are giving your money to
God may be an undeserved insult on Him. Do not say
or think it without understanding what you are doing.
All the cattle on the hills, and all the gold, silver,
copper, diamond in the field were created by Him. If He
ever needs one, would He have asked you? Please stop
being deceived that you are giving your money to God.
Only human beings use money. And money is only
needed on earth. They do NOT spend money in heaven.
Therefore, if you ever use money at all, it is either you
use it for yourself or you use it for other people.
Using your money for the expansion of God’s Kingdom
does not mean you are giving money to God. It simply
means you are using your money to fulfill your purpose
on earth. Using your money for kingdom expansion
simply means you are using it for the best possible
course you can ever use it for. If no one has told you,
even the end purpose of Kingdom expansion on earth
is not for God. The Kingdom of God on earth is for the
benefit of human beings.
The more of the spread of God’s Kingdom we have on
earth, the more peace people can have here, the more
easily joy can be in the hearts of men, and the more
righteousness can reign in our lives. We want His will
to be done on earth so that we can live a better and a
more quality life. We want to enjoy heaven on earth,
NOT because God wants to become a human being
and wants to start living on the earth. It is because His
will on the earth is the best thing that can ever happen
to us. He lives inside of us so we can represent Him on
the earth. And therefore, He wants the best of life for
us.
Money is an invention of man. It was not God who
created money. Man invented money to make the trade
of goods and services less cumbersome. Money simply
signifies value. God has put so much value on this
earth, and inside human beings. Therefore, in order to
exchange this value from person to person, we
invented money. Money is just an equivalent of useful
resources we have in us, and on earth.
In order to be able to use money to fulfill your purpose
in life, you need to begin to see money from this
perspective. When you are giving your money whether
in a church service or anywhere else, you are simply
exchanging value from person to person. And it will be
a waste of your resources if you are giving value to
someone who does not know what to do with it.
It is a waste of your resources if you are always
adding value to someone who is not in need. We
should be adding value so that there will be nobody in
lack and want in the church. We should emulate the
first Christians that ever lived. Nobody lacked among
them. This should be the goal of every local church.
Pastors should not keep impoverishing people and
claim they are serving God. All leaders and pastors
should know how to add value to people’s lives. Let us
bring glory to the Name of Christ by eradicating
poverty among the Christians. Let us teach sound
wisdom and knowledge, instead of always telling them
to give their money to us before they can get rich.
Apostle Paul, as great as he was went to do a menial
job in order to take care of people. He said very clearly
that his hands worked hard night and day to minister
to his needs and to those around him, so that he was
not a burden to anyone. All he was after was how to
show love and get the gospel to the people effectively.
Yet the only thing some pastors think they can do is to
receive money from people. They do not remember that
it is more blessed to give than to receive. Please begin
to use discretion in your giving and STOP wasting your
resources.
You need to START CONSCIOUSLY being aware of the
value you are exchanging your money for. It is unwise
if you are not sure that your money is actually adding
value to someone. This life is all about adding value to
yourself so that you can add tremendous value to
other people, and money is one of the tools needed to
make this process successful. You CAN NEVER add
value to God. Please STOP thinking you are giving
money to God. Don’t let anyone keep using the idea of
giving money to God to deceive and swindle you of
your hard-earned money.
God is the one adding value to your life. And 99% of
the time, the value He adds to your life is not in form of
money, it is in form of intangible assets. When God
wants to add value to you, He gives you wisdom,
insight, revelation, understanding, and power (ability).
Solomon was the richest person that ever lived. Yet,
God never gave physical money to Solomon. He gave
him wisdom, and the wisdom brought all the money he
would ever need in life. Therefore, realize that it is God
who is wanting to add value to your life, and it is
NEVER in the opposite direction.
If God ever asks you to give Him money, He is speaking
metaphorically. Jesus made it very clear that the way
to take care of Him is to take care of the people in need
– feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, and taking
care of the sickly and the prisoners. If you are not
making sure that your money is going to the needy, it
simply means you are wasting your money. Stop living
in self-delusion of obeying God without knowing what
your money is being used for. Obey God by consciously
taking care of the needy – spiritually, mentally, and
physically.
Your pastor has no business collecting your money
EXCEPT he is actually in need or He is using it to help
the people in need. Never forget that the purpose of
money is to add value to human lives. It is to
transform lives. Money is supposed to be used to feed
spiritually, mentally and physically starving people.
Money is supposed to be used to free people from their
spiritual, mental, and physical prison. Everything about
the use of money is ALL ABOUT PEOPLE. God does not
need it.
All that matters most to God is that you are using your
money for the right purpose. Whether you give it in
form of tithes, or you give it as offering, or you use it
for the ministry, calling and assignment that God has
given you, as long as you are using to add value to
people and transform lives, your money is being
utilized for the right purpose. All I ever use my money
to do is to add value to humanity and expand God’s
Kingdom.
Friend, it is very crucial for you to always seek for
wisdom. And to make sure that with everything you
get, you get understanding. When you have wisdom
and knowledge, you will know what to do with your
money. You will know how to multiply your money in
order to be able to do more of God’s will. You will not
need to wait for any pastor to tell you that you have to
sow seed to him or pay tithes to him, especially when
God is not leading you in that direction. Please stop
giving your money blindly; start using your money to
fulfill your purpose on earth.
