KNOWING JESUS FOR MYSELF: THE WORKS OF CHRIST 1 - The Obedient Life of Jesus 3
MAIN TEXTS: John 5:30 - I can of Myself do nothing. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is righteous, because I do not seek My own will but the will of the Father who sent Me. NKJV

John 6:38 -For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me. NKJV

Phil. 2:5-11 - The attitude you should have is the one that Christ Jesus had: 6 He always had the nature of God, but he did not think that by force he should try to remain[b] equal with God. 7 Instead of this, of his own free will he gave up all he had, and took the nature of a servant. He became like a human being and appeared in human likeness.

➢ JESUS SPOKE WHAT THE FATHER AUTHORIZED HIM TO SAY - JOHN 12:49-50

Mark 14:60-61a - And the high priest stood up in the midst and asked Jesus, saying, “Do You answer nothing? What is it these men testify against You?” 61 But He kept silent and answered nothing.

He spoke WHEN He is supposed to talk and kept quite WHEN He was supposed to keep quite
Mark 14:60-62

John 1:14
