This Christmas season, Pastor John Gray's Relentless Church has donated thousands of thousands of dollars to its members supporters, and guests.
Gray, a former pastor in the Lakewood Church of Joel Osteen in Houston, Texas, revealed the presents before Christmas during the Sunday service.
Pastor Gray pledged that the Relentless Church would give a family $100,000 in bills for the benefit of both parents and expecting a new child.
One more gift that Gray and his wife, Aventer, announced was to pay rental to a churchman named Rashad for an entire year. After the turn of the year the Grays also promised to bring Rashad to a car dealer to help him buy a car. A picture of the ceremony depicts the churchman throwing her face down to the ground.
This is the words of pastor gray “There is an individual who serves faithfully. He is here all the time. I didn’t know until just recently that he didn’t have a place to stay or a vehicle to drive,” Aventer Gray said of Rashad. “But he is always here and he is always serving, and he is always faithful.”
The grays are also providing the Relentless worship squad a grant of $3,000 to one member from the community. Also, the trainer graduated from her master's.
He went further by saying “Every time I come to worship rehearsal or preparation, you are there serving, always kind, unbelievable kindness and smile, sweet wonderful spirit,” John Gray said. “We want to bless you and let you know that we are just going to sew $3,000 into you just to let you know that we appreciate you.”
"Is it alright if we sew into our own?" Gray told the audience, who cheered in their support.
The Grays also promised to pay the utility bill for a frequent visitor to the church named Sandra.
The Grays have promised to pay a frequent visitor's utility bill called Sandra. We heard the women were faced with an immediate threat that their power would be cut off at home.
“Relentless is going to pay your power bill so you can have lights for Christmas,” Aventer Gray said.
Not all Relentless Church's gifts have been made public. The Greenville news spokesman said the donations totally amounted to $30,000.
