ABOUT US: AMAZING GRACE CHURCH
ARTICLE 1.0 INTRODUCTION
Amazing Grace Church is a purpose driven church® that is multi-cultural and multi-demographical in nature. Amazing Grace was founded on prophetic platform as a response to divine instruction given to God’s Servant our Founding Pastor and President Rev. Edward Olumese. After the mandate was delivered and during a time of prayer for clarity, t
he Church officially started public worship in the sitting room of God’s Servant on the 1st of October 1989, with about 20 people including children. The Church has since grown to be a cooking pot for revival across the sphere of her reach with five (5) branches in Nigeria and four (4) branches in Africa, and they are all thriving beautifully. The Church continues to grow under the spiritual oversight and leadership of our Lead Pastor, Pst. Olumese Edward Olumese. The Church has remained consistent to its purpose and is breaking new grounds and frontiers.
1.1 OUR MANDATE
As delivered directly to God’s servant in the encounter with God that birthed the ministry, our mandate is:
“To train soldiers for God’s end time army, in righteousness and holiness shall God’s army prevail”
1.2 OUR VISION
In line with our submission to the purpose driven church paradigm, our vision emphasizes the five purposes of the New Testament church:
“To bring people (Evangelism), into God’s family (Membership), teaching them to be God’s army (Discipleship) in order for them to fulfill God’s purpose for their lives (Ministry) and glorify God (Worship)

ARTICLE 4.0 OUR IDENTITY (LOGO)
4.1 OUR CORPORATE COLOURS AND WHAT THEY REPRESENT TO US
Purple: signifies Royalty, Dignity and Excellence. Gold: connotes Affluence, Wealth, Malleability and of course Royalty. White: signifies righteousness, professionalism and knowledge.
4.2 OUR LOGO ELEMENTS AND WHAT THEY MEAN TO US
Our logo is made up of basically two elements, A CROSS and THE REPRESENTATION OF THREE PERSONS. This is what our logo means to us:
Out of the finished work of Christ (signified by The Cross in white) springs forth a victorious, royal and total life in all three dimensions of man i.e. Spirit, Soul and Body (signified by the representation of Three Persons in purple and gold)
