The man on the uniform has no authority over himself.for his pledge alliance is to his county and governing authorities.
At each command he his at his duty post and even if war calls who is he to say no
The tears of his wife,the fears of his children and the wailing of his mother is not enough for him to go for a retreat
For his core duty is to serve till death.
The next time Mama emeka calls her husband could be the last
The next time office Yusuf calls his children to have a moment of bliss could be the last.
Mama heart still bleeds for her son yet no one told her that the horror of this uniform is weighed in blood.
Madam Aisha became a prayer warrior ever since her husband journeyed into the northeast, always anticipating a 'hello darling' or a 'we are sorry to inform you of the demise of your husband'.
The uniform is not a decoration or a cute outfit but a symbol of undying loyalty and sacrifices for us all.
The grave of the fallen heroes are evidence that men will fight till the end that our nation will never come to an end
Every ounce of pain and tears from our heroes are deposits of the preservation of lives.
They were and are our fathers, husbands, uncles, Wives, friends
They choose to stand because we are standing with them,and we do not stand alone for one with us is majority.
