‎25TH MAY
‎TEXT: Proverbs 2:6–7
‎For the LORD gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding. He holds success in store for the upright, He is a shield to those whose walk is blameless (NIV).

‎THEME: Favored Is the Person Who Delights in the Truth

‎God blesses people who love truth and live by it. Truth helps us know what is right and keeps us close to God. A person who delights in truth loves God’s Word, listens to His instruction, and chooses to do what pleases Him. Such a person enjoys God’s wisdom and favor.

‎Truth leads us to Jesus Christ. Jesus came to teach us God’s truth and show us how to live. When we follow Jesus, we learn to love what is right and walk in God’s ways.

‎In Proverbs 2:6–7, we learn that wisdom and understanding come from God. He gives wisdom to people who seek Him and live upright lives. A person who delights in truth does not follow lies or sinful ways. Instead, they trust God and obey His Word.

‎God protects and guides those who walk in truth. Even when life is hard, He gives them strength and peace. People who delight in truth become wiser and grow stronger in faith.

‎Jesus Christ is the perfect example of truth. He obeyed God in everything and taught people to follow God’s ways. Through Christ, we receive help to live in truth and enjoy God’s favor. When we stay close to Jesus, our lives become pleasing to God. Let every believer make this their lifestyle, because God rewards those who truly serve Him in every area of life.

‎PRAYER:
‎Heavenly Father, thank You for giving us truth and wisdom. Help me to love Your Word and walk in Your ways. Keep me from wrong choices and teach me to live rightly. Lord Jesus, help me to follow You and delight in truth every day. Let Your favor remain upon my life and help me to serve You faithfully in all things. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.

‎23RD MAY
‎TEXT: Matthew 5:6
‎Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied (NIV).

‎THEME: Having Pure Hunger for the Will of God

‎To hunger for the will of God means to strongly desire what God wants. Many people want success, blessings, and comfort, but God wants us to first seek His purpose for our lives. A pure hunger for God’s will means loving His plans more than our own desires.

‎Jesus Christ is our perfect example. He always wanted to please God the Father. Jesus said His joy was to do the Father’s will. Even when it was difficult, He obeyed God completely. Through Christ, we learn how to love and follow God’s will with all our hearts.

‎A person who has pure hunger for God’s will spends time in prayer and reads God’s Word. Such a person wants to know what pleases God and chooses obedience over selfish desires.

‎Jesus showed this kind of hunger. He did not live to please people or Himself. He came to do the Father’s will and save mankind. Even at the cross, Jesus surrendered fully to God’s plan. This teaches us that true love for God means trusting Him and following His way.

‎When we hunger for God’s will, our lives begin to change. We become more like Christ, grow in holiness, and find peace in following God’s purpose.

‎PRAYER:
‎Heavenly Father, give me a pure hunger for Your will. Help me to love Your plans more than my own desires. Teach me to follow the example of Jesus Christ and obey You in all things. Fill my heart with love for Your Word and help me to seek You daily. Let my life please You and bring glory to Your name. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.

22ND MAY
‎TEXT: 1 John 2:15-17
‎[15]Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them.
‎[16]For everything in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—comes not from the Father but from the world.
‎[17]The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever (NIV).

‎THEME: What is worldly fades, do not fasten yourself to it

‎This world will not last forever. Money, fame, beauty, and possessions will all pass away. Many people become too attached to worldly things and forget about God. The Bible teaches us to enjoy life but not to make the world our main focus. As Christians, we should remember that our real home is with God.

‎In our Bible text, John tells us that the world and its desires will pass away. This means everything on earth is temporary. Wealth, pleasure, and success will not last forever. We should not allow these things to control our hearts.

‎Jesus Christ is our perfect example. Though He lived in the world, He did not follow worldly desires. He obeyed God and focused on His purpose. Jesus came to save us and give us eternal life. Through Him, we learn to put God first and not be too attached to temporary things.

‎As believers, we should love God more than the things of this world. We must live with heaven in mind and do God’s will because only what is done for God will last.

‎PRAYER
‎Heavenly Father, thank You for reminding us that this world will pass away. Help us not to love worldly things more than You. Teach us to follow Jesus and live for what is eternal. Help us to do Your will every day and keep our hearts focused on You. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.

‎21ST MAY
‎TEXT: PSALM 51:1
Have mercy on me, O God, according to your unfailing love; according to your great compassion blot out my transgressions (NIV).

‎THEME: Show Me Mercy, O Lord

‎Mercy is God’s kindness and compassion toward us, even when we do not deserve it. We all need God’s mercy because we are not perfect. Sometimes we fail, feel weak, or face hard times. In those moments, we can cry to God and ask for His mercy.

‎In this Bible text, David asked God for mercy after he sinned. He trusted God’s love and forgiveness. As believers, we also need God’s mercy every day.
‎God showed His greatest mercy through Jesus Christ. Jesus died on the cross for our sins so we can receive forgiveness and have peace with God. Through Christ, we can come boldly to God and ask for mercy.

‎The first thing we learn is that we must humble ourselves before God. David did not hide his mistakes. He asked God for help. When we come to God sincerely, He hears us.

‎God’s mercy brings forgiveness and restoration. No matter our mistakes, God is ready to forgive us through Jesus Christ when we repent.

‎God’s mercy also helps us in difficult times. When life is hard, we should pray and trust God. His mercy gives us strength, peace, and hope.

‎As Christians, we should also show mercy to others. Since Christ has shown us love and forgiveness, we should forgive and help people around us.

‎PRAYER:
‎Heavenly Father, show me Your mercy today. Forgive my sins and help me in every area of my life. Give me strength in difficult times and help me trust You always. Thank You for Your mercy through Jesus Christ. Help me to show mercy to others. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.

‎20TH MAY
‎TEXT: Psalm 18:2
The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold (NIV).

‎THEME: Rock of Ages, Cleft for Me

‎The words “Rock of Ages, cleft for me” show God as a strong and safe place for His people. A rock gives shelter during danger and storms. In the Bible, God is called our Rock because He is strong, faithful, and never changes. The words “cleft for me” remind us that Jesus gave His life for us so we can find safety and salvation in Him. Jesus is our refuge from sin, fear, and trouble.

‎God is our Rock because He protects and strengthens us. In the Old Testament, people trusted God for safety in hard times. This points to Jesus Christ, who is our true Rock.

‎Jesus is the Rock of Ages because He died on the cross for our sins. He was wounded so we could be forgiven and saved. Through His death, He made a way for us to come to God. When life becomes hard, we can trust Jesus because He never fails.

‎To hide in the Rock means to trust Jesus every day. We should pray to Him, obey His Word, and depend on Him in times of trouble. Those who trust Christ will stand strong, even in difficult times.

‎Jesus is our safe place, our strength, and our hope forever.

‎PRAYER:
‎Heavenly Father, thank You for being my Rock and refuge. Thank You for sending Jesus Christ to die for my sins. Help me to trust You in every situation and stay close to You always. Strengthen my faith and help me stand firm in difficult times. Keep me safe in Your love and guide me every day. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.

14TH MAY
‎TEXT: Proverbs 11:3
‎The integrity of the upright guides them, but the unfaithful are destroyed by their duplicity (NIV).

‎THEME: Mode Me Into a Person of Sound Character and Integrity

‎God wants His children to live with good character and integrity. Integrity means being honest, truthful, and doing what is right even when nobody is watching. Many people want success, but God cares more about our character than our achievements.

‎Jesus Christ is our perfect example. He lived a holy and truthful life. He never lied or sinned. Through Christ, God can change our hearts and help us live rightly. When we follow Jesus and obey His Word, our character becomes more like His.

‎The Bible says that integrity guides the upright. A person with integrity follows God’s ways and does not follow evil. Joseph in the Bible showed integrity when he refused to sin against God, even when no one was there to see him.

‎Good character grows when we pray, study God’s Word, and allow the Holy Spirit to lead us. God wants us to be honest, faithful, humble, and kind. Our lives should show the character of Christ everywhere we go. Sometimes doing the right thing may be hard, but God blesses those who walk in integrity. A good character brings peace, favor, and honor from God.

‎PRAYER
‎Heavenly Father, thank You for Your Word. Please mold me into a person of sound character and integrity. Remove every bad habit and help me to live honestly and faithfully. Let my life reflect the character of Jesus Christ. Help me to obey You in everything I do. Fill me with the Holy Spirit and teach me to walk in truth and righteousness every day. Thank You for changing my life. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen

‎2ND MAY
‎TEXT: Colossians 1:17–18
‎He is before all things, and in him all things hold together. And he is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything he might have the supremacy (NIV).

‎THEME: The Benefit of Putting Jesus First in Your Life

‎Many people put different things first in life. Some put money first. Some put work first. Some put people first. But the Bible teaches that Jesus must be first in our lives. When Jesus is first, He gives our lives direction, peace, and purpose.

‎This passage teaches that Jesus was before all things. He is not just a good teacher. He is Lord over all. It also says that in Him all things hold together. This means Jesus sustains our lives. Without Him, life becomes empty and unstable.

‎The text says, “He is before all things.” This means Jesus existed before creation. He is greater than everything in this world.

‎It also says, “In him all things hold together.” Jesus is the One who keeps everything in place. He gives strength, wisdom, and help every day. When we put Him first, we learn to depend on Him.

‎The text also says Jesus is the head of the church. This means He leads His people. We should listen to Him, follow Him, and obey His word.

‎The last part says that in everything He might have the supremacy. This means Jesus should have first place in every part of our lives. He should be first in our thoughts, choices, work, family, and plans.

‎When we put Jesus first, He gives peace in trouble, wisdom in decisions, and strength for daily living. The greatest reason to put Him first is because He died for us and rose again. He saved us and gave us new life.

‎PRAYER:
‎Lord Jesus, thank You for loving me and giving Your life for me. Help me to put You first in every part of my life. Lead me in my thoughts, choices, and plans. Give me peace, wisdom, and strength every day. Teach me to follow You and trust You always. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen

‎30TH APRIL
‎TEXT: Colossians 1:27
‎To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory (NIV).

‎THEME: He is Jesus, the Only Hope of Glory

‎Many people are looking for a better life, peace, and a good future. They try money, success, or knowledge, but still feel empty. The Bible teaches that true hope and glory come only from Jesus. Glory means living in God’s presence now and forever. This hope is not something we can get by our own effort. It comes from Jesus alone.

‎This verse tells us about a “mystery.” This means something that was hidden before but is now made known. The mystery is this: Christ lives in those who believe in Him.

‎Christ in you” means Jesus lives in your heart through faith. He is not far away. He is with you and in you. Because of this, you have hope. This hope is sure, not uncertain. It means you will share in God’s glory.

‎Jesus is the only hope because only He can save us from sin. We cannot save ourselves. Jesus died and rose again so we can have new life. When we believe in Him, we are forgiven and made right with God.

‎This hope also helps us live each day. When life is hard, Jesus gives strength. When we feel weak, He helps us. When we are unsure, He guides us. Our future is safe because it is in Him.

‎So, Jesus is everything. He is our life, our hope, and our future glory.

‎PRAYER:
‎Lord Jesus, thank You for living in me and being my hope of glory. Help me to trust You every day and follow You with my whole heart. Strengthen me and guide me in all I do. Let my life show Your glory. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.
