- Strength and endurance
- Movement and posture
- Safety and well-being

Ergonomics is applied in various fields, including:

- Workplace design (chairs, desks, etc.)
- Product design (tools, devices, etc.)
- Architecture (buildings, spaces, etc.)
- Transportation (vehicles, seats, etc.)

By prioritizing ergonomics, we can:

- Reduce injuries and discomfort
- Improve productivity and performance
- Enhance overall well-being
