IN THIS NEW YEAR, EX*****ON IS A KEY. NO MORE EXCUSE!
The first deaf person Apostle Johnson Suleman prayed for in a programme as a young Evangelist didn't hear...
It was embarrassing but it didn’t deter him from praying for the sick.
Today he runs a “Jehovah The Doctor” programme where he prays for persons with terminal illnesses and they get instantly healed.
The first time he ever tried to dance the “You don’t serve a dead God…” dance on the altar as a young evangelist, he fell down embarrassingly.
But it never deterred him from preaching and doing the dance repeatedly until it became his trademark, though he admitted he learned it from Papa Ayo Oritsejafor.
The first crusade organized by Apostle Joshua Selman was a huge “failure” from all human standard. But that never deterred him from preaching.
Today, his crusades in European nations are held in stadium facilities packed full to God’s glory.
The first sermon Billy Graham preached during bible school was a huge flop.
It was so bad that he ran out of the podium. But his failure and imperfection didn’t stop him from ever preaching again.
Before his call to glory, he was reputed to be the evangelist who had preached to more souls than any other since the birth of the Church in the Acts of the Apostles.
The first programme organized by David Ibiyeomie was a colossal failure.
He said he printed over twenty thousand handbill and not up to twenty people turned up in the meeting.
But it never stopped him from holding meetings. Today, wherever he stands to preach, crowds come to hear him declare the Lordship of Jesus.
My point is, it is okay to start with your imperfections.
In trying to be perfect before starting, you may never start or get anything done.
Take the step as an amateur, make the mistakes and improve along the process.
God never calls perfect men to fulfill a divine assignment.
Moses complained of being a stammerer.
Gideon complained of the poverty of his father’s house.
Jeremiah complained of being too young.
The list goes…
God calls the imperfect so that they won’t rely on their skill, strength, expertise or perfection to fulfill His assignment; rather, they will rely absolutely on Him for strength.
So, in case you feel inadequate, unready, imperfect and deficient, you are in a good place.
Move in obedience and rely absolutely on God’s help.
In this new year, ex*****on is key.
You have prepared long enough. It is time to take action.
NO MORE EXCUSE!
2026 MUST ANSWER!
