*2023 CHRISTMAS PARTY CLUBS (CPCs) HOLDING THROUGHOUT DECEMBER*

Dear Aunties & Uncles,

Greetings to you and yours in the name of the Lord!

Following the arrangements for the CPCs that are happening across the State, here are some guidance and vital instructions:

*A. ESSENCE OF A CPC*
Many children, today, *don’t regularly attend Church and have never heard the true meaning of Christmas*. Christmas Party Club is one of the Party Club Ministries of Child Evangelism Fellowship that presents the Gospel to Churched and unChurched children. *Christmas Party Clubs include a Gospel-centered Bible lesson, games, a memory verse, songs, and more* to teach children around the world about the true story of Christmas.

Children learn about how God can give every child the best gift — salvation. Through a Christmas Party Club, *you and your Church can work alongside CEF to reach the children in your community with the true story of Christmas* this year.

1. Each Teacher that *plans to ORGANIZE a CPC* will be the Team Leader responsible for the overall implementation of the CPC.

2. A Teacher who *successfully organizes a CPC will SEND A REPORT of the CPC* together with clear photos and/or short videos and impactful Testimonies (if any).

*B. THINGS TO DO*
*BEFORE YOUR CPC*
1. *Pray. Pray. Pray.* Pray....for the success of program and the children's hearts to be opened to receive the word of God without being familiar with it.

2. *Invite. Invite. Invite....* All the children in your neighborhood, school, etc. There is a sample Invitation Card in the CPC material. You may want to make your own.

3. *Draw out your Program* (see sample included). An exciting element could include Puppet Show, Mascots (eg Barney), Santa Claus, games, short/role plays, activity sheets, etc.

4. *Get a Team*. Work with other teachers who will help you out with taking various segments of the CPC. Involve your Host too.

5. *Plan out a budget and work within the limit of the resources God provides* through you, friends or parents. Part of the items on your budget could be, but not limited to food, snacks, drinks, gifts, balloons, etc.

*DURING YOUR CPC*
1. As always, *depend on the Holy Spirit.*

2. *Remember the Gospel points in all your teachings*

3. *Remember to make applications to the saved and unsaved children* in all your teachings

4. Remember to *effectively counsel children who make decisions.*

5. Work with time

6. Work as a team.

7. Let the children be orderly.

8. Take attendance.

*AFTER YOUR CPC*
1.Gather your team to thank God and make evaluations.

2. *Send your Report within 48hours*. Forward to the state office .

May the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God, and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit be with you all. Amen! 2 Cor. 13:14
