WHEN YOU ALLOW YOUR PERCEIVED LIMITATIONS TO HINDER GOD DESIGNED PURPOSE FOR YOU

Then, Moses said to the Lord, "O my Lord, I am not eloquent, neither before nor since you have spoken to your servant, but I am slow of speech and slow of tongue"
So the Lord said to him, who has made man's mouth or who makes the mute, the deaf, the seeing, or the blnd? Have not I, the Lord? "Now therefore, go and I will be with your mouth and teach you what you shall say"(Exo. 4:10-12).
The Lord's purpose for Moses was to assume the Leadership of his people and deliver them from the prevailing affliction, slavery and take them to the land of liberty designed by God. Unfortunately, Moses was being threatened by personal limitations and the fear of external forces of resistance. Despite God's assurances of victory he persists in heightening the threat by himself.
This same situation is the like of what has kept many of us at the low level of life for so long. One of the very dilemma of man is when he loses focus on God and dwell intensely on the challenges likely to truncate his visions. Failure is bound to be the harvest.
The Bible says, " the earth is the Lord's, and all it's fullness, the world and those who dwell there in"(Psa 24:1). And again, that there is nothing too difficult for Him to do.
God knew Moses perceived limitations as no hindrances at all to the achievement of the task despite it's magnitude. Moses on his part saw them as stumbling blocks. His problems are, low self esteem, lack of faith and fear. His solution is a change of mindset and change of focus. It took God promise upon promises to change his perspective. Until that point, it was difficult for Moses to move forward.
Many of us needs healing from these same like self imposed limitations that have kept us at the same point over the years.
As you change your perspective today, progress is bound to be yours for the taking. For there's no fear anywhere except ourself imposed fears. F

In life, we relate with each other at different levels. Different things bind us together at different time e.g. the environment we live together in, place of worship, the schools we attended together or places of work. Yet with these connecting factors, that does not make us true friends. We may be mere acquaintances or colleagues because we do not break personal limitations of going a step further.
Beyond these, whether we are men or women, boys or girls, each of us at a particular time must have one thing or the other we are looking for on whom should be our true friend. That common trait when eventually found as people continue to relate as mere acquaintance or colleague becomes the knitting factor that will eventually trigger the commencement and development of true friendship. Again, whether we like it or not, something from the eternal must first draw two people together before the development of friendship. Some of these traits could be ones facial attraction, voice, gesticulations, the way one carries him or herself (comportment) or ones mode of dressing etc. The truth is that, everyday, we pass by our future husbands and wives, business partners, helpers of destiny and the rest. But because of our lack of openness and the timidity on our part we miss them. Yet we go about complaining that life has not been fair to us. How often in the past you may have passed that person who would have become your spouse in life. Because your face is always looking downwards, you miss them.
As you go out today and continue your socialization with the larger members of the society (men & women), propelled by the demands of the day, Look-Up-Straight and do not lose focus of that singular trait in whom you’ll eventually knit with as a true friend, or would be true partner in life.

If u are a good student of history and the development of human society, you will realize that one of the unique things about living in today's world is the abundance and the great opportunities available to humanity in almost every area of life that you want to explore. The truth is that for almost everything you want to do, wether it is starting a business, ministry, have a better relationship your spouse & others, make money, become the best sports writer, artist, musician, pilot etc somebody somewhere have already done it before and left traced or clues in some form.
There are resources, personalities who have already successful ly done it before and left traced or clues in some form.
There are resources, personalities who have successfully done what you want to do and who are available when you ask. When you take advantage of them you will discover that life is simply what is called a connect-the-dots game and all the dots have already been identified and organized by somebody somewhere. It is just for you to follow the blueprints that have been provided.
But the question is, why is it that people don't see out those clues. The answer ranges from ignorance, pride, wrong assumption of what people may say (copying from another), fear that one may be turned off if asked or they simply feel that it is hard work to seek out those blueprints.
To help you seek out such solutions, begin to look out for a teacher, coach, mentor or resources that have such information you need. Look for someone who is already done what you want to do, seek for appointment with them through which by engaging him or her, you can get the information required. You can also arrange a lunch or offer to showcase them in a program which will offer you an opportunity to learn from them.
As you do that, sooner than later you will eventually arrive at your destination. I will u good luck!

A very important globally recognized step as recognized by experts to exceedingly achieve great success in life is ones ability to set and pursue ones goals. Success minded people are therefore known as goals oriented people
Goals will not only influence your luck factor but will amazingly shore up your value to great heights. The wonderful thing about goals is that:

1. They give you a sense of control over the direction of change in your life.
2. It gives you the feeling that you are in the driver's seat.
3. It assures you that your hands are on the wheel.
4. It makes you feel that your life is going in the direction you want it to go
A person without goals is like a ship without s rudder, bring carried whichever way the tide and winds are blowing. But a person with clear and specific goals is like a ship with a rudder sailing straight and through to it's destination. Under-achievement and failure is primarily ones inability to decide exactly what you want, what it looks like, when you want it, and how you will attain it. The truth is that 'you can't hit a target that you can't see.'
Intelligent and in-depth discoveries have shown that almost every unhappy person will confess to having no real goals. They have no clear sense of meaning and purpose in life. However the clearer you are about what you want, the more rapidly you will attain it. "SUCCESS IN LIFE IS NOT AN ACCIDENT."

A popular school of thought affirmed that, leaders are not born but made - made just like anything else, through self determination, hardwork, self discipline, great sacrifice and mentoring amongst other innumerable factors. These and more are the price would be leaders will have to pay to become one.
Dynamic leadership is powerful. A call to leadership is an awesome responsibility. Leadership therefore is, the discipline of deliberately exerting special influence within a group to move it toward goals of beneficial permenance in order to fulfil the groups real needs. A true leader is s model to his followers.
For those who aspire to be great leaders in any field of life's endeavour - commerce, ministry, family, academic amongst numerous other fields, the guestion they need to ask themselves are as follows:-
-Can you take a repremind without blowing up?
-Can you laugh with others when the joke is on you?
-Can you take a turn-down without becoming discouraged?
-Can you keep your spirit s up when things go wrong?
-Can you keep cool in emergencies?
-IF YES - then, you're on your way to being a great leader. CONGRATULATION!

It is said that, knowledge is power. The truth is that not all knowledge is power. But, only knowledge that can be utilized to bring about a benefit - positive transformation, progress etc, knowledge that someone will pay for, is power in today's economy.
If you want to be lucky in today's world, you must be on the knowing that the future belongs to the competent. It belongs to those who are very good at what they do; those with the critical knowledge of how to get results, and those who are adding to their knowledge base every day. Valuable knowledge increases your network and your ability to get results, not only for yourself but for other people too.
To move ahead faster especially in your financial life, to earn more, you must learn more. Your glass ceiling is within yourself. Learn new information, ideas, skills that you can apply to your work, ministry, career, profession, business etc. to create added value for yourself, your organization or customers (those that patronize you).
Today, we have gone from muscle power to mind power; from brute power to brain power, which is what the information age is all about. For the rest of your life, the knowledge content of your work and your ability to communicate same is largely going to determine the value of what you do, the amount you earn and the quality of your life. Therefore, instead of moving about complaining, why not focus on the acquisition or creation and dissemination if ideas, knowledge, skills that will elevate your value, improve your life and add value to humanity.
