YOU MAY BE PRAYING FOR YOUR SET TIME, BUT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS PREPARING YOU FOR IT?

Yesterday, we explored THE MYSTERY OF THE BED CHAMBER: The private place where thoughts are formed, emotions are processed, and words are rehearsed.

Beyond been a BED we lie to sleep the BED can become a CLASSROOM, a COURTROOM or an ALTAR.

We also learnt the Thought filtration process which includes:

IDENTIFY the Thought.
INTERROGATE the Thought.
TEST the Thought
REPLACE the Thought with God's word
SPEAK the new Thought.

Because your set time may be public, but your preparation is private.

What you cultivate in the secret place will eventually influence what you carry in the public place.

“Commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still.” — Psalm 4:4

What an awesome time it was in God’s presence @ GPC Jos

From a deep worship session to a timely Word, we were reminded that when human ability reaches its limit, MERCY SPEAKS!

There are moments when human ability is not enough, moments when speed cannot guarantee victory, times when strength cannot guarantee conquest and places where qualification cannot guarantee opportunity.

But when DIVINE MERCY meets your SET TIME, what God has spoken can move into PERFORMANCE.

This Sunday, we explored:

-- The power of Divine Mercy

-- Why preparation must meet divine timing
-- How mercy preserves, positions, restores and opens doors

THIS IS INDEED OUR SET TIME

In our previous teaching, we explored UNDERSTANDING GOD’S TIMING. This Sunday, we took another powerful step as we delved into UNDERSTANDING DIVINE ACCELERATION.

We were reminded that Satan doesn’t have the power to bless. God is the One who controls times and seasons and determines when what He has ordained will manifest.

Every good desire placed in our hearts is not necessarily meant to manifest immediately. There is a process, and that process often requires WAITING.

But waiting is never wasted time! While we wait, God is:

PROTECTING us
PREPARING us
POSITIONING us

Then comes DIVINE ACCELERATION—when God increases the speed of manifestation of what He has already ordained.

7 WAYS TO UNDERSTAND DIVINE ACCELERATION

1️⃣ Discern the season
2️⃣ Respond quickly when you hear God’s voice
3️⃣ Don’t abandon wisdom
4️⃣ Increase your capacity
5️⃣ Stay humble
6️⃣ Stay focused
7️⃣ Give God all the glory

When God accelerates a season, preparation must meet opportunity.

Don’t despise the waiting season. God may be using it to prepare you for the speed of what is coming!
