*BIBLE READING:* Jer. 33-36

*TOPIC* : *ALL ROUND PRESERVATION*

*TEXT:* "And the LORD did that thing on the morrow, and all the cattle of Egypt died: but of the cattle of the children of Israel died not one.And Pharaoh sent, and, behold, there was not one of the cattle of the Israelites dead............ " *Exodus 9:6-7*

God's package for His children is all round preservation.

As He preserves them He preserves their families, businesses and all that concerns them.

He didn't leave any aspect of them for the devil to devour.

So never permit any form of loss in your territory by anti-covenant.

If you have ten children for instance, no matter their number, all are ordained to live to fulfill their glorious destines.

If you have several businesses, all should flourish to the glory of God.

It is not the will of God that you should suffer any form of loss.

Nothing good in your life should die.

The redeemed of the Lord have been bought out of any form of death by the blood of Jesus.

There is a divine exemption between them and evil.

No death or plague is permitted to come near their domain.

Not one good thing should die.

The Bible says, "There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling." Psalms 91:10.

In the old covenant, Goshen was a no-go area to any form of plague that came upon Egypt.

When God sent hail and it smote throughout all the land of Egypt, concerning Goshen, the Bible says, "Only in the land of Goshen, where the children of Israel were, was there no hail." Exodus 9:25-26.

The ten plagues God sent where only upon the Egyptian.

He severed the land of Goshen where His people dwelled and none suffered any form of loss, not even of the cattle.

Child of God, you are operating under a better covenant by the blood of Jesus which redeemed you unto God.

You have a spiritual covering, a superior Goshen.

So wherever you are or dwell, whatever you own or any of your interest is a no-go area to any form of evil.

Concerning you, not one thing of your inheritance should be lost, stolen or dead.

*BIBLE READING:* Jeremiah 21-24

*TOPIC* : *THE PREVAILING WISDOM*

*TEXT* : "But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy." *James 3:17*

God's wisdom works, it is the prevailing wisdom.

In Genesis 26, the Bible records that there was famine and people went down to Egypt in search of greener pastures, but Isaac hearkened to the wisdom of God and dwelt in Gerar.

While others might have complained and given excuses for their inability to sow because of the famine, he laid hold of God's wisdom and sowed in Gerar and received in the same year, a hundred fold increase and grew until he became very great.

In 1 Samuel 1:5, Hannah had been going to Shiloh annually with her family but a time came when the wisdom of God caused her to separate herself and pray fervently to God for a male child.

By hearkening to that wisdom, she did not only become a mother of a notable prophet in Israel, God added five more children to her. Hallelujah!

In Genesis 30:31-43, Jacob manifesting God's wisdom through an unusual insight, knew how to breed the kind and colour of cattle that enabled him to overturn Laban's gimmicks.

Joseph became a voice in a strange land via the spirit of wisdom at work in him.

Even Pharaoh knew that such a manifestation could only be by the Spirit of God. He said, "Can we find such a one as this is?" (Gen. 41:38).

Child of God, it is time for you to soar by divine wisdom.

Your mind is alive and your spirit is able to receive illumination from above because it is linked with the Spirit of God. (Job 32:8.)

What you receive from books and educational resources are facts and facts have no control over darkness.

It is only the light of God that can subdue darkness.

So go for the wisdom of God.

You have His word with you.

The battles of life are not won by the energy of the flesh, but by the Spirit of God through the agency of the wisdom of God. God's wisdom prevails over the affairs of this life because the spiritual governs the physical. It is the ever-winning formula to every situation that would ever come your way as a child of God.

What are the issues before you? What is that challenge before you posing so big as though there is no solution to it? You have been too long in that situation because you have not applied the wisdom that prevails.

The Bible says, "The labour of the foolish wearieth every one of them, because he knoweth not how to go to the city" (Ecclesiastes 10:15). There is a way to go which makes you extraordinary; there is a higher way to operate in and live above life's struggles (Isa. 55:9). There are divine strategies to apply to have dominion in earthly places. Operating in God's wisdom gives you access to the realms of the supernatural.

God's wisdom is knowing the scriptural step, according to God's word, to take in any situation. It is the correct application of scriptures to real-life issues. When you operate scriptural principles, you become supernaturally outstanding. I pray for you today, that by the application of God's wisdom, your life would accelerate in the right direction to the amazement of all.

*TOPIC* : *GO FOR GRACE 5*

*TEXT* : "Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need." *Hebrews 4:16*

If you want to keep basking in the grace of God in the journey of life, prayer is inevitable.

Scripture says, "Pray without ceasing." (1 Thess. 5:17) because prayer is what gives you access to grace.

At the root of a man enjoying grace is a life of prayer.

In Acts 4:31 and 33 says of the Apostles, "And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness.

And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all."

When prayer is a lifestyle, grace is available.

God gives grace to the humble and one of His requirement of expressing humility is to pray.

Hence he says, "If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray..." 2 Chron. 7:14.

Meaning if you are humble, then pray and you will command God's attention who gives grace to the humble.

Elijah was a man of like passion but he could do extraordinary things because he was a man of prayer. (James 5:17).

Are you in need of grace to run the race of life then you have the key to approach it which is prayer.

"If there is a man to pray, there is a God to answer."

God is waiting for you in the secret place to continually to shower His grace on you.

If you can dwell in the secret place, then you will display grace unlimited in the open place to the glory of God.

GO FOR GRACE 4

TEXT: But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble. James 4:6

So many had God in the race of life but along the line, He disconnects from them because of pride for "God resiseth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble."
If you want to have God continue with you in the race of life making you enjoy more grace, be humble. Jesus says, "Take my yoke upon you, and learn of of me; n for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls." Matt. 11:29. And Philippians 2:5 counsels, "Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus,"

Keep pride away from you. It is the nature of the devil which kicked him out of heaven where he was in his office as Lucifer full of glory. Now in his defeated position on earth envious of man, he goes about possessing them with such spirit which many foolishly misjudge as a form of carriage, so as to disconnect them from God and His grace, so he could own them. Whoever that is wise will not succumb to the spirit of pride because he has all to lose: God and men who are His hands.

Scripture speaks of his people, Jacob, the lot of his inheritance in Deuteronomy 32:7-15; God found him in a desert land, in a waste howling wilderness, led him about, instructed him, kept him as the apple of his eye, shielded him as an eagle covereth her young, beareth them on her wings, fed him and made him suck honey out of the rock and oil out of a flinty rock. But when pride entered him, scripture says, "But Jeshurun waxed fat, and kicked: thou art waxen fat, thou art grown thick...then he forsook God which made him, and lightly esteemed the Rock of his salvation." And God said, "...I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end shall be..." vs 20. What a woeful end because of pride! Do not open your life to disgrace because of pride which cuts off grace from men.

Prayer: My Father! My Father! As I begin to pray, I reject the spirit of pride, I receive grace for humility.

GO FOR GRACE 2

TEXT But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD. Genesis 6:8

The grace of God distinguishes men. It set them high above others. While others are struggling in life, the grace of God makes others enjoy uncommon speed and favour in what they do. It exempts them from evil. What destroys or affect others negatively or even kills them stay off a person who has found grace in the eyes of the Lord just like Noah.
Scripture reports of Noah in Genesis 6:9, "These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just and perfect man in his generations and Noah walked with God" The person Noah was, made him to find grace in the eyes of the Lord; to the extent that far ahead of the time that God intended to destroy the Earth with flood, he instructed him to build an ark that would house him and his household from the flood. What a grace!

Noah walked with God. He was just and perfect in a world that was full of wickedness. He made up his mind to reverence His God and walk in His ways. He never deviated from the leading of God, walking with Him as He leads. If you can also make up your mind to walk with God as Noah following God as He leads, you will find grace in the eyes of the Lord. As the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, let your every day life be upright in righteousness and you will soar in grace. Living holy puts you in a class of grace that is overwhelming. You cannot confess righteousness and do wickedness, yet expect the grace of God to shield you. This is what results to disgrace in the midst of confrontation.

Prayer: My Father! My Father! As I begin to pray, help me to love righteousness and live holy.

GO FOR GRACE

TEXT: But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain... 1 Cor. 15:10

Apostle Paul who was least among all the disciples of Jesus for (he was added after Jesus had died) could achieve so much because of the grace of God as spelt out in our anchor text. You can stand out if you also can go for the grace of God. God is waiting for you in the throne of grace.

Grace is what makes men to stand out among their contemporaries. It is what gives uncommon speed and unusual access in life. What others toil over and labour on, with little effort, a man of grace pulls through in it. In the place where people complain that things are not working, when a man of grace arrives there, the place begins to work for him because of grace.

Grace is God in the race. You cannot have God and things do not work for you. You cannot have God and gold do not honour you. You cannot carry God and what He created do not bow to the God in you. Grace makes efforts to count and reduces stress. It frustrates oppositions as declared in Job 5:12.

When Nehemiah had the burden to build the broken walls of Jerusalem, he knew the importance of grace and favour and he prayed to God for His mercy which procures His grace and favour upon a man to rest on him. He prayed that God should grant him mercy before the king so he would allow him to go and accomplish the task of building the broken walls of Jerusalem. And when he approached the king and made his request, the king granted him all he requested according to the good hand of God upon him Neh. 2:8. And all through the assignment, it was evidential that God was with him. If there is one thing to desire it is the grace of God. So, go for grace and you will not be disgraced.

THE GOSPEL OF CHRIST

TEXT: For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another. For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. Galatians 5:13-14

Child of God, allow the Spirit of God to overwhelm your heart with His love, for that is the gospel of Christ. The gospel of Christ is the gospel of love. Without love, there is no Christianity. Salvation was on the platform of love (John 3:16). Love is so vital in the kingdom. It is the first fruit of the Spirit mentioned in Galatians 5:22-23. It is the nature of God and the determining factor of your knowledge of God, for in 1 John 4:7-8, scriptures says, "Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. He that loveth, knoweth not God; for God is love."

Whoever is born of God does not have to struggle to love but is propelled and helped to love by the Spirit. "... the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us." (Rom. 5:5). But why then is there so much hatred, envying, wrath, strife among believers? Brethren lying against brethren without an iota of guilt; unnecessary rivalry and unholy competition everywhere. It is because of carnality. Galatians 5:16 says, "This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh." The love of many has waxed cold. They have drifted from their first love. When you love Him, His love constrains you (2 Cor. 5:14). Your conscience is alive and would never be at peace in accommodating offence against God or man, likewise keeping malice or committing any form of unrighteousness against your neighbour.

Let your life preach the gospel. Let it be concerned about the pains of your neighbour as the Lord Jesus, the High Priest of our faith is concerned about you.

Prayer: My Father! My Father! As I begin to pray, Holy Spirit breathe afresh on me, help me to love as I ought to.

*BIBLE READING:* Isaiah 52-55

*TOPIC* : *ALLOW GOD REACH YOU*

*TEXT:* "But Naaman was wroth, and went away, and said, Behold, I thought, He will surely come out to me, and stand, and call on the name of the LORD his God, and strike his hand over the place, and recover the l***r." *2 Kings 5:11*

In the scenario of our text, Naaman, the captain of the host of the king of Syria was a great man with his master and very honorable but he was a l***r who through the help of his little maid, a captive from Israel, came to Elisha for healing.

When he got to the door of the house of Elisha with his horses and with his chariots, Elisha sent a messenger unto him, saying, "Go and wash in the Jordan seven times, and thy flesh shall come again to thee, and thou shalt be clean."

Instead of rejoicing that he has gotten a solution to his leprosy, he was angry because he had a preconceived method of how he would be prayed for and he almost missed his healing.

Child of God, release yourself unto God.

Be meek and allow Him perfect His deeds in your life.

Allow Him reach you with His healings, provision and direction.

All you need from the Lord is an instruction and not how dramatic you expect the instruction to be.

Your ability to obey His demands is what brings about the desired result.

Scripture says, "He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions."

Don't programme your mind that your name must be mentioned via prophecy for you to receive the touch of God.

Thank God for the servants of Naaman who were sincere and concerned for their master's healing and convinced him to yield to the instruction of Elisha and he did and he eventually came out whole, with his flesh like that of a child...

God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty. (1 Corinthians 1:27).

However, He wants to reach you, please allow Him.

I pray for you, your life shall not be complicated.
