THE PATH TO PROGRESS

Text: My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children. Hosea 4:6

To progress in life, you must consciously break free from the hold of ignorance by seeking knowledge. The veil that covers the mind and faces of people is ignorance. Ignorance is a mangrove where heroes are buried as zero, successes as failures, writers as readers, proprietors as clerks. For you to leave where you are to where you are supposed to be, you must conquer ignorance by exposing yourself to quality knowledge.

The first quality knowledge you must consistently seek, is the knowledge of God. Apostle Paul declared, "That I may know him Phil. 3:10. The knowledge of Godmakes you occupy your place as the Son of God indeed;it makes you walk in dominion. It was the knowledge of God that stood out Daniel, Meshach and Abenego. It was the knowledge of God that made Apostle Paul to declare, "I know whom I have believed..." His knowledge of God that He keeps what is committed into His hands made Him to trust God.

To know God, you must go for His word. No one can ever get the best of God without His word. And the word was God. If you must overcome your ignorance of God and the things of God, read God (His word). In the word of God is the Spirit of God. All that you need to know is in His word. I pray for you, wherever you are held captive because of ignorance, be free in Jesus name.

PRAYER: My Father! My Father! As I begin to pray, I receive fresh grace to consistently study your word.

IMPACT YOUR WORLD

Text: And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion...

Genesis 1:26-27

Hear me child of God, it does not matter the family you were born into on earth, or the circumstances of your birth, you are a child of purpose created by God to make generational impact; therefore, impact your world. You were not created to fill up a space or become just like another person, but you were a deliberate product of divinity to transform humanity.

While creating every other thing, God spoke them into existence but when it came to man's creation, God involved the fullness of the Godhead, spelling out the unique method and purpose of the creation. He said of you, just as He said to Jeremiah, "Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations" (Jeremiah 1:5).

God planned your creation to meet a unique purpose and created you in His image and after His likeness to achieve it.

You are not an ordinary being, so wake up to be who God created you to be. In God lies your purpose, in Him is the 'how' to achieve it, in Him is all you need to get there. Therefore, arise from where you are and begin to take those steps of generational impact. You may be under a temporary pain, but you are sure to have eternal gain. Refuse to be discouraged, refused to be talked down. Even if you fail, refuse to be on the ground. Rise up and go for your purpose. Rise up and make impact.

PRAYER: My Father! My Father! As I begin to pray, I awake to take the right steps to making generational impact.

GUARD YOUR HEART 2

Text: Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of i are the issues of life. - Proverbs 4:23

To keep your heart with all diligence there are certain things you ought to do as disclosed in the Holy Scriptures. In verse 20 and 21 of Proverbs chapter 4, the Bible says "My son, attend to my words, incline thine ear unto my sayings. Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart. In other words, you are to devote time regularly to hearing, studying and meditating on God's word till it becomes a part of your thinking. Also you are to do the following:

Put away from thee a forward mouth, and perverse lips put far from thee". Vs. 25. Forward mouth and perverse lips refer to lips that are not easily managed or controlled, that deliberately speaks contrary in a way that is judged unacceptable, wrong and unreasonable by most people, more importantly by the word of God.

"Let thine eyes look right on and thine eyelids look straight before thee. Ponder the path of thy feet and let all thy ways be established. Turn not to the right hand nor to the left: remove thy foot from evil." Verse 25-27.

Listen, the heart processes what the eyes looks at, so be mindful of what you look at. What is not your intention as related to righteousness should not catch your attention. Job made a covenant with his eyes that he would not look upon a maid. David stirred at Bathsheba and ended up committing sin. Let your eyes be focused and not yield to distraction. Also think before your feet moves. Wherever is not the path of righteousness, make no move there.

I pray for you, you shall keep your heart with all diligence.

GUARD YOUR HEART

Text: Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life. - Proverbs 4:23

Child of God, our hearts can be home to several things either good or bad if not guarded to only dwell on the good. Whatever you choose to welcome and accommodate in your heart will either be fertile for Jesus or Satan.

Generally, when you choose to love the world, you open up your heart to filthy communications, worldly songs etc., hence your heart will be filled with filth or immoral thoughts, greed, bitterness, idolatry and will be moved to compromise and witness against Christ. Judas Iscariot (Matthew 26:14-15) of his own free will, offered to betray Jesus Christ. It came to the religious leaders as an answered prayer as Judas agreed to point out Jesus to the arresting officers. A paltry thirty silver coins were given to Judas the average price for a slave man. His greed and love of money had caused him to yield his heart to Satan for evil works. If however, you choose the path of holiness and godliness, you are to reject every evil communication, literatures, films, songs etc. Only edifying words, godly songs, the words of encouragement should you open your heart to, and your heart will be filled with joy, peace, patience and love (Galatians 5:22) and these make it suitable for God's use.

As you go through the days of your life as a true Christian, guard your heart against infiltration by thoughts or things that pollute your heart for Satan's use. Resist such evil thoughts and turn to Christ by meditating on God's word, praying and fellowshipping with the Spirit and He will rule your heart with the help of His Spirit.

Prayer: My Father! My Father! As I begin to pray, by your Holy Spirit, create in me a clean heart where Christ will be pleased to dwell in.

BORN FOR GREATNESS 2

Text: Pray without ceasing. - 1 Thessalonian 5:17,

But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, - Jude 1:20

Child of God welcome to your Rhema for living this great day. Today, we will further look at what you must do to manifest your greatness. Your greatness needs to be revealed, and this can be quickened and facilitated on the altar of prayer. In other words, child of God, you need to pray without ceasing.

Prayer makes your potentials to manifest. It shoots forth your destiny. You need to build up yourself on your most holy faith praying in the Holy Ghost. Jude 20. Not to pray is to have the potential of greatness in you but you are limited. It is to leave you gifts dormant, unutilized. But when you pray, your gifts are quickened and they begin to manifest greatness. Prayer stirs the gifts of the Holy Spirit in you. It suppresses the flesh and makes your spirit to come alive and you begin to receive inspirations and revelations that will bring forth your greatness. In you are deposits of greatness that would make you an envy of your generation but without prayer you cannot realize it. The secret was revealed to Daniel in Daniel 2:17-19 when prayer was engaged. He and his friends desired mercies of the God of heaven concerning the secret, and answer came.

Prayer makes things possible. When you pray, the Holy Ghost overshadows you and makes seemingly impossible situation in your life, possible thereby shooting you to greatness. I see you manifesting your greatness by fire.

PRAYER: My Father! My Father! As I begin to pray, my greatness, begin to manifest by fire.

IS GOD'S POSITION FIRST ? 2
Text: I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.- Revelation 22:13

Many claim to put God first in their speech, but in their actions, you see them placing their money and other things before God.

One way you can determine the position God occupies in your life is in your response to the affairs of the kingdom of God. Let us consider your commitment to tithing first. When you receive your Salary or any form of income, do you first take out the tithe which is God's or you do so after every other spending? What about your offering'? Do you set aside your offering to worship Him according to how much He
has blessed you, or do you give mindlessly and sparingly? In your service attendance, are you regular or do you choose
which service to attend giving one form of excuse or the other? What is your commitment to praying for the kingdom, for the body of Christ? Do you intercede for the church of God, for fellow believers, for the salvation of souls and even the peace of the nation or is your prayer centered on just the things that concern you?

The scriptures say, "Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: they shall prosper that love thee" (Psalms 122:6). "And seek the peace of the city whither I have caused you to be carried away captives and pray unto the LORD for it: for in the peace thereof shall ye have peace (Jeremiah 29:7).

Prayer: My Father! My Father! As I begin to pray, help me to put you first in my life.

THE POWER OF IMAGINATION
Text: These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the LORD God made the earth and the heavens, And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground. - Genesis 2:4-5

God imagined creation and created the heavens and the earth in His mind before they actually manifested physically. God saw every creation that it was very good before it manifested physically. "And God saw verything that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day." Gen. 1:31.

You were created in the image and likeness of God (Genesis 1:26-27) with same creative ability as God, the child of God (Psa. 82:6). If you can imagine that glorious home, that sound health, that good job, that promotion, that life of favour you desire as spelt out in God's word and speak them into being as God declared, you will see their manifestation.

The greatest nation is not any of the nations on the earth, but the nation of the mind; that is why it is called imagination. There is so much greatness that God has packaged for His children in His word, if only they could imagine it, they will step into it. When scriptures become pictures, they are easily captured. If you can see scripture beyond the letter and picture them with the eyes of your spirit, nothing can hinder their manifestation. Why your declaration does not come to pass is because you did not see them before saying them. If your mind can picture them and your mouth says them, then your eyes will see them and your hands will handle them.

PRAYER: My Father! My Father! Help me to work on my mind.

WHEN YOU PERSIST 5

Text:And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters' table. Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour.-Matthew 15:27-28

I challenge you this day to be persistence in the place of prayer. With this divine key, you will unlock any door of fulfillment shut against you. When you persist, you will always prevail. A woman of Canaan cried unto Jesus, saying, have mercy on me. She was asking Jesus to heal her daughter who was grievously vexed with a devil. But Jesus kept quiet, even when He eventually spoke, He said, "I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of house of Israel." (vs. 23-24). Rather than go away, the woman came forward and worshipped Him saying, Lord, help me (vs. 25). But Jesus replied, "It is not meet to take the children's bread and cast it to dogs" (vs 26). Jesus referred to her and her daughter as dogs, yet the woman was not angry, neither was she discouraged. She still persisted on her request making the statement in our anchor text and she provoked the Lord to heal her daughter.

Child of God, persistence in the place of prayer does not give room for discouragement or offence. Men may ridicule you wanting to discourage you. Some may misunderstand you as Eli initially did to Hannah and even your five senses would want you to have a rethink, but persistence focuses on what one aims to achieve. It does not give up until the expected desire is granted.

PRAYER: My Father! My Father! As I begin to pray, I ask for grace to persistence in place of prayer.

*TOPIC* : *WALK IN TOTAL LIBERTY*

*TEXT*: "But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed". *Isaiah 53:5*

What a great day to recall how Jesus traded his life for our liberty!

Therefore, it is an error to suffer again what Jesus Christ suffered for.

It is not normal for judgements and sentences to be repeated upon father and son.

No believer is supposed to repeat the sentence passed on Jesus in his own life.

He went through everything with you on His mind; it was a game of substitution, we traded places with Him.

He went through everything patiently just because He did not want you to repeat them in any way.

This is the reason you do not have to suffer or be stagnated.

You have no contract with sickness, disease, setback and disappointment in life.

Whatever relationship that was supposed to exist between you and them was terminated by Jesus, He paid them off and told them to stay very far from anything that concerns you!

You are to walk in liberty (Galatians 5:1).

But in the absence of knowledge, a man will still make payment for what has already been bought for him.

The bible said in Isaiah 53:5, "He was wounded for our transgressions and bruised for our iniquities..."

There is no justification for you to be held bound by transgressions.

The devil should no longer play the guilt game on you.

Sin can no longer tie your destiny down.

Not anymore!

You are to walk in total liberty.

From today, whenever the devil throws thought of evil, poverty, sickness etc at you, boldly reply him; 'it was fully paid for,' I walk in total liberty.

Welcome to April.

This month may your life and those of your children wrought signs and wonders to the glory of God.

May your testimonies draw many to the kingdom.

To do signs and wonders, God needs a man.

He has chosen the redeemed and their seeds to do so on the earth and establish the rulership of His kingdom.

Signs and wonders are proofs of the authenticity of the gospel which is the power of God.

It compels believing.

Jesus speaking in John 4:48, "Except ye see signs and wonders, ye will not believe".

Apostle Paul declared in first Corinthians 2:4, "And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words from man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the spirit and of power".

To therefore be vehicles for signs and wonders, you must go for the ways of God.

You must seek to know His ways, in other words, know God.

When you know His ways and operate in them with your children as the way of life, your lives become the instruments for signs and wonders.

God made know His ways unto Moses, and through Him His acts were revealed to the children of Israel.

To know His ways you must take the rod of the word of God and eat it, keep it in your heart; declare it and act on it.

His word is the instrument for signs and wonders.

Then, it was a physical rod but now it is a spiritual.

As you fellowship with the word of God, the letters give way for the spirit of the word to enter you.

Your consistent fellowship with the word of God and the spirit of God, reveals His ways unto you.

Child of God, if you can bring up your children in the ways of the Lord and you all live by the word of God indeed you can boldly declare, "Behold, I and the children whom the Lord hath given unto me are for signs and for wonders" because the evidence is mighty for all to see.

*TEXT*: "And he tarried seven days, according to the set time that Samuel had appointed: but Samuel came not to Gilgal; and the people were scattered from him. And Saul said, Bring hither a burnt offering to me, and peace offerings. And he offered the burnt offering. And it came to pass, that as soon as he had made an end of offering the burnt offering, behold, Samuel came; and Saul went out to meet him, that he might salute him." *"1 Samuel 13:8-10*

Child of God, the Creator of all things, the Omnipotent, Omnipresent, Omniscient, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End, the God who is before all things and by Him all things consist is never late, but always right on time.

God has the perfect timing for all things, He has planned it all out making them beautiful in His own time Eccl. 3:11.

If only man can work with Him, being led by His spirit, he will come to appreciate the excellent Creator and perfect timer that is never late, but always right on time.

Therefore, never you allow circumstance or the pleasure of life make you feel that God is late. No! Never!

That God may be silent, while you are desperate does not mean He is late.

The perfect timing for that manifestation is with Him, He will show up right on time.

He is very present help in times of needs (Psalm 46:1).

He will not allow you see shame but will glorify Himself in your life.

That is why you must seek to know this awesome God, your Father and be at peace with Him.

After four days according to perfect timing, He appeared at the tomb of Lazarus and he came back to life.

But within those four days, when He had not come, they thought it was over because they never understood divine timing.

Wait on the Lord, trust Him to show up right on time.

Saul waited, but never trusted to wait until Samuel showed up hence he messed up only for Samuel to appear as appointed.
