🔥 MEET OUR GUEST MINISTER – MINSTREL JID 🔥

The Jos District Youth Council (Jos DYC) is delighted to introduce one of the gifted ministers who will be joining us at the 2026 Jos DYC Conference, taking place at ECWA Staff School, Jos, from 20th–23rd August 2026.

🎤 EJIDIKE UGOCHUKWU, popularly known by his stage name MINSTREL JID, is a dynamic music minister, teacher of the Word, recording artist, songwriter, project manager and entrepreneur.

He serves as the Plateau State Chairman of FOGMMON (Fellowship of Gospel Music Ministers of Nigeria) and is the CEO of JidRecords and POCIE Nigeria Enterprises.

Minstrel Jid is also the convener of “The Grace Experience,” a city-wide musical conference in Jos. He is a recipient of the prestigious JOGAMA Awards and was listed among the Top 100 Changemakers in Plateau State by the Wiggins Center for Leadership and Mentoring Initiative. He has also been recognized as a two-time Ukraine Best Gospel Artist.

🎶 With a heart for Christ and a passion for excellence, Minstrel Jid has blessed many through his music and ministry. His maiden album, The Speaking Heart, was released in 2014, with notable songs including Here I Am, Eze’mo, Gracious, Mercy Beckons, and Lifter of My Head, among others.

He holds a Master’s degree in Project Management and is passionate about seeing lives transformed through the Gospel.

🌟 MEET OUR GUEST TEACHER — BARR. MRS. OLIVIA DAZYEM

We are delighted to introduce Barr. Mrs. Olivia Dazyem as one of our distinguished guest teachers at the 2026 Jos DYC Conference.

Barr. Mrs. Dazyem currently serves as the Chairperson of the Plateau State Gender and Equal Opportunities Commission and Special Adviser to the Governor on Gender. She brings with her a wealth of experience in law, governance, gender advocacy, and the protection of vulnerable members of society.

Before her current role, she served as Commissioner for Information and Communication, Commissioner of Justice in Plateau State, and Chairperson of FIDA Plateau.
She has been actively involved in efforts to combat gender-based violence, human trafficking, and child labour, while championing the protection of women and children.

Her work has also included institutional collaborations aimed at addressing social vices and harassment, including engagements with the University of Jos.

🎤 MEET OUR GUEST SPEAKER — 2026 JOS DYC CONFERENCE 🔥

The Jos District Youth Council (Jos DYC) is delighted to introduce Pastor Dr. Yakubu Samuel Nzee, PhD, as one of our distinguished Guest Speakers at the 2026 Jos DYC Conference.

📌 ABOUT OUR GUEST SPEAKER
Pastor Dr. Yakubu Samuel Nzee, PhD is the Director of JETS Sustainable Development Resource Centre (SDRC) and serves as an Adjunct Faculty Member at ECWA Theological Seminary, Jos (JETS), as well as Remnant Christian Network Theological Seminary, Makurdi (RCNTS-Adullam).

Born on 15th April 1968 in Jos, Plateau State, Dr. Nzee gave his life to Jesus Christ in September 1987 and was baptised in December of the same year. He holds a PhD, Master of Divinity (MDiv), and Postgraduate Diploma in Theology (PGDT) from ECWA Theological Seminary, Jos.
With decades of impactful service, Dr. Nzee has served in the oil industry and later pursued a career in academia. As a passionate teacher, mentor, and scholar, he has supervised numerous theological theses and contributed significantly to shaping a new generation of Christian leaders.

He currently serves as:
🔹 President, JETS Alumni Association (JETSAA)
🔹 Member, JETS League of Friends
🔹 Member, Board of Governors, JETS
🔹 Senior Research Fellow, Yusufu Turaki Foundation Institute of Philosophy, Science and Theology (YTFIPST)
Beyond academics and leadership.

Dr. Nzee is passionate about leadership development, discipleship, community transformation, music, songwriting, teaching, and mentoring.
