What a powerful contemporary service we had today!

We were reminded from Romans 15:13
_"May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope."_
God doesn’t just give us hope, He fills us with it. Joy and peace are the overflow of trusting Him.

And from Hebrews 6:19
_"We have this as a sure and steadfast anchor of the soul..."_
No matter what the winds of life look like, our hope in Christ keeps us steady, secure, and established.

The highlight for many of us was our children’s beautiful playlet on The Parable of the Talents.
It was a powerful reminder that God has given each of us gifts, time, and opportunities. We’re not called to bury them, but to invest them, grow them, and return them to Him with increase.

Today we leave here established in hope, anchored in Christ, and challenged to use our talents for His glory.

May the God of hope fill you this week. Keep believing. Keep trusting. Keep investing.

Today in chapel we were reminded from Hebrews 10:36

"For you have need of endurance, so that when you have done the will of God you may receive what is promised."

God is calling us to stand firm. To keep going even when it’s hard. To trust that He who began the work will complete it.

After service, we had the privilege to visit and pray with the family of our dear staff, Mr. Bala Kamven, as his daughter recovers from surgery. We stand with them in faith, believing God for complete healing and strength.

Church is not just a place we go. It’s a family we do life with.

Grateful for God’s Word and for each other.

Today we gathered together, members in the compound and our chapel community as one family in God’s presence.

The sermon "Established in Integrity" reminded us of two truths to carry this week:
The integrity of the upright guides them, Proverbs 11:3.

Let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’ ‘No’", Matthew 5:37.

God is building us into people whose words can be trusted and whose lives reflect Him both in public and in private. No pretence, just Christlike character.

Thank you to everyone who came, worshipped, prayed, and fellowshipped with us today. Your presence made the service even richer.

Let’s go into this new week walking upright, speaking truth, and standing firm in integrity.

We love being church together.

Today was a glorious and refreshing time in God’s presence.

We had the special privilege of hosting students from The Christian Institute who are currently accommodated in the compound as they carry out their practicals in various hospitals and clinics within our community.

To see young men and women committed to both excellence in service and devotion to God was such an encouragement to our church family.

We were reminded that skill without sound doctrine is empty, and service without a firm foundation will not stand.

Today marked the first Sunday of August, and what a beautiful way to start the month!

We gathered around His table for Holy Communion, remembering the ultimate sacrifice that bought our freedom.

We also camped out in Hebrews 10:24-25, being reminded that we are established in fellowship, not just for a Sunday morning, but as a lifeline for our daily walk. Let’s keep stirring up love and good works, and let’s not give up meeting together!

Sunday mornings look a little different when our students aren't in the building, but today reminded us that presence isn't just about physical seats. It's about the ties that hold us together as a family.

‎We gathered, we worshipped, and we came to the table together to remember the ultimate sacrifice in communion as one body, even with some of our favorite faces missing from the room. We felt you with us in every prayer, every song, and every quiet moment of reflection.
