Happy New Month of May my beloved EG3 Family.
Heavenly Father we thank you the gift of a new Month. Lamentations 3:22-23 says your mercies are new every morning, so we receive fresh mercy, fresh grace and new strength for the next 31 days.
Lord go before us this month. Order our steps in your Word. Let every appointment be divine, every meeting be productive and every decision be led by wisdom. Close doors that are opened to harm us and open doors in our favor that no man can shut.
We commit our Families, our Work, our business and our schools into your hands. Bless the enterprise of each one of us and the works of our hands (Psalms 90:17). What we couldn't finish in April, we receive grace to complete this Month.
Let favor speak for us before men, protect us from accidents, sickness and all forms of evil both physical and spiritual (Psalms 91:10).
Make us a blessing this Month. Help us to notice someone in need this month, to encourage the fainthearted and to show Christ wherever we are. Let our lives win souls for Christ and bring you glory.
We declare Deuteronomy 28:13 this Month. May we be ahead always, victorious in all struggles and battles, winners in all spiritual contests and fruitful in all endeavors. May lines fall for us in pleasant places this month and always, in Jesus name 🙏🏽

Importance of Welfare as a Christian

Welfare is very important in Christianity because it reflects God’s love and care for others. Christians are taught to help the poor, support the needy, and show kindness to everyone. The Bible teaches that helping those in need is like serving Christ Himself. Welfare promotes unity, compassion, and selflessness among believers.

It also strengthens the church community, as members care for one another in times of difficulty. By practicing welfare, Christians obey God’s command to love their neighbors and demonstrate true faith through actions, not just words.

In summary, welfare is important because it shows love, builds strong communities, and reflects the character of Christ.

Happy Good Friday my beloved EG 3 family!
On this sacred day, we pause to reflect on the depth of God’s love revealed through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross. Good Friday reminds us that through His suffering, we have received redemption, grace, and the promise of new life.
As it is written in Isaiah 53:5, “But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon Him; and with His stripes we are healed.” Today, we remember that every pain, every sorrow, every sin, and every burden was carried by Christ.
I pray for you and your loved ones: just as Jesus was crucified on the cross, may every sin, struggle, heartache, disappointment, fear and problem in your life be nailed to that same cross. May every weight you carry be lifted, and may you walk in the freedom He has given.
According to Colossians 2:14, “Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us… nailing it to His cross.” May everything working against you be cancelled in Jesus’ name.
On this Good Friday, I declare over your life:
Blessings that overflow beyond measure (Deuteronomy 28:2)
Divine favour that opens doors no man can shut (Psalm 5:12)
Healing in your body, mind, and soul (Jeremiah 30:17)
Good health and strength each day (3 John 1:2)
Wealth and provision according to God’s riches in glory (Philippians 4:19)
May the power of the cross bring restoration, peace, and breakthrough into every area of your life. May you experience the fullness of Christ’s love, and may your heart be filled with hope as we look forward to the victory of resurrection.

Happy New Month of April my beloved EG 3 family.
As we step into this beautiful new month, I pray it brings you abundant blessings beyond your expectations. Just as it is written in Ephesians 3:20, “Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think…”, may God surpass your hopes and fill your days with joy, peace, and divine favor.
May you be surrounded by protection in every step you take. According to Psalm 121:7-8, “The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in…”. No harm shall come near you, and you shall dwell in safety and confidence throughout this month and beyond. I declare over your life good health, both in body and mind. As 3 John 1:2 says, “Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.” May your strength be renewed daily, just as promised in Isaiah 40:31, and may you flourish in vitality and wholeness.
May April open doors of wealth and prosperity for you. In line with Deuteronomy 8:18, “For it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth…”, may your efforts be rewarded, your dreams nurtured, and your resources multiplied in ways that bring lasting impact.
I also pray for your growth spiritually and physically. May your faith be strengthened and your wisdom increased, for James 1:5 reminds us that God gives wisdom generously to all who ask. May your life expand in purpose, success, and fulfillment.
This month, may favor locate you, uplift you, and distinguish you. As declared in Psalm 5:12, “For thou, Lord, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield.” May everything you lay your hands upon prosper, according to Psalm 1:3. Welcome to a month of blessings, protection, health, wealth, and unstoppable growth. This April, may you walk boldly into divine opportunities and experience God’s goodness in everything you do.

And I pray that the Lord will provide you with the *strength* to March victoriously through the Month. May He provide hourly, daily and weekly *guidance* for your walk and work through the Month. May He grant you heavenly and spiritual *wisdom* to make the right decisions and choices. May the Lord fill you with *hope* and *energy* to keep going and never give up. May His *Love* rekindle a desire in your heart to spread love and goodwill throughout this month and may He keep you on track as you pursue goals and tasks that are noble and honorable in His sight. Lord I thank you on behalf of all your sons and daughters in ECWA Gospel 3 international Apata for carrying us through February, the 2nd month of the year. Thank you for the grace you supplied sufficient enough to strengthen us during our low moments, and for the joy we experienced. Thank you for the lessons we learned in all facets of life and living. Thank you for the blessings we received from you. Thank you for the comfort you gave us in our moments of grief. Thank you for the wisdom to navigate the twists and turns during the course of the month and all that we can't even express by word of mouth. To you be all the glory. For the remaining hours of February, pls enable us to fulfill your will and purpose, and to complete the task you assigned to each of us in the month of February, in Jesus name 🙏
