TOPIC: I AM THE TRUTH

TEXT: John 14:6 (KJV)

"Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."

READ ALSO: John 1:14; John 8:31–32; John 17:17; Ephesians 4:21; 1 John 5:20.

Beloved, when Jesus declared, "I am the truth," He revealed that truth is not merely a principle or an idea—it is found in His Person. Jesus is the perfect revelation of God, and everything He says is completely trustworthy.

There is a deep spiritual revelation here: when Christ is your Truth, you will not be easily deceived by the lies of the enemy. The standards of the world may change, but God's truth remains forever.

Jesus said in John 8:32, "And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." The truth of God's Word brings freedom from deception, sin, fear, bo***ge, and false beliefs.

The enemy operates through deception, but Jesus came to reveal the truth. Therefore, do not build your life on human opinions, emotions, or worldly philosophies. Build your life on Christ and His Word.

John 17:17 declares, "Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth." God's Word is the standard by which we should examine our thoughts, decisions, character, relationships, and lifestyle.

Beloved, walking in truth also means being truthful in our dealings with others. A believer should not live by lies, manipulation, hypocrisy, or deceit. Let Christ be seen in your words, character, and actions.

When you do not know what to believe, look to Jesus. When circumstances contradict God's promises, hold on to His Word. When the world presents another standard, remain established in Christ.

CONCLUSION

Beloved, Jesus is not merely a teacher of truth; He is the Truth. Therefore, know Him, believe Him, follow Him, and build your life upon His Word. When Christ is your foundation, deception will not have the final word over your life.

Deliver me from deception, confusion, hypocrisy, and every false belief. Let Your Word guide my thoughts, decisions, character, and lifestyle, and help me to reflect Christ in all I do. In Jesus' mighty name. Amen.

TOPIC: I AM THE LIFE

TEXT: John 14:6 (KJV)

"Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."

READ ALSO: John 1:4; John 10:10; John 11:25; Colossians 3:4; 1 John 5:11–12.

Beloved, when Jesus said, "I am the life," He revealed that He is not merely the giver of life—He is Life itself. True life originates from Him, is sustained by Him, and finds its purpose in Him.

John 1:4 declares, "In him was life; and the life was the light of men." Without Christ, a person may possess wealth, success, pleasure, and recognition, yet still lack the true life that comes from God.

1 John 5:11–12 says, "God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son." Therefore, to have Christ is to have life.

Jesus also declared, "I am the resurrection, and the life" (John 11:25). He is the answer to spiritual death, hopelessness, and the fear of the grave. Because Christ conquered death, everyone who believes in Him has the hope of eternal life.

Jesus came that we might have life and have it more abundantly (John 10:10). This abundant life is not merely material possessions; it includes peace, joy, purpose, spiritual vitality, and the grace to fulfil God's will.

Beloved, when your strength is weak, look to Jesus. When you are confused, look to Jesus. When you are discouraged, look to Jesus. When your faith is tested, hold firmly to Jesus. Colossians 3:4 says, "When Christ, who is our life, shall appear..."

The world offers many substitutes—money, fame, pleasure, possessions, and human recognition—but none can satisfy the deepest need of the human soul. Jesus alone is the Life.

CONCLUSION

Beloved, Jesus is not merely part of your life; He is your Life. Make Him the centre of your heart, family, decisions, ministry, career, and future.

If you have Christ, you have the greatest treasure. If you have drifted away from Him, return to Him. If you are searching for purpose, surrender completely to Him.

Jesus is the Life, and whoever has the Son has life.
